The space
This 1BR plus open sleeping loft/2BA, 750 sq ft condo includes a small, but full kitchen, stone tile flooring in kitchen and bath, 2 modern bathrooms, sleeping loft upstairs with twin bunk beds and full size futon, private master suite with queen bed (separated from sleeping loft via sliding barn doors), reclaimed wood accents throughout downstairs w/additional full size suede futon, and is located just steps away from Tahoe Donner Ski Lifts, Hiking, X-Country, and Biking Trails. A short drive from other winter resorts like Squaw, Alpine, Northstar, Sugarbowl, Boreal, etc! Condo also has a modern electric fireplace and private deck with view of mountains.

In room dining options includes a leaf table that can be moved into the living area (seats 4) plus a couple stools at the bar, and nest tables for couch dining. The condo has one bedroom upstairs (queen bed) and open but separate sleeping loft with twin bunk beds and full size luxury futon. Downstairs has additional full size, luxury futon downstair (sleeps up to 6). Best fit would be 4 adults and a couple kids.

Other features include onsite management and coin laundry facilities, DVD, two 50" LCD TVs. Free internet wi-fi and watch thousands of free movies, shows, live TV on Netflix. Please note the Internet is supplied by the entire building so on busy dates, it may be much slower than normal. Please note refunds will not be given for internet access issues but cellular LTE is readily available if wifi is slow.

Other Activities nearby include (extra fee applies): Trout Creek center (pool, hot tub, gym, cardio), tennis courts, 18 hole professional golf course/driving range, ski slope/school, cross country ski, beach club and marina, boat ramp, equestrian center, miles and miles of hiking/biking trails. Also very close to store, deli, restaurant and pubs.

*Note: Condo UNPLUGGED (aside from Internet), and is NOT equipped with phone and TV runs off internet streaming.

Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Area is the "Best Place to Begin" & has the best rates around. Great for families, especially beginners & advanced skiers will enjoy the hill too. Children 6 & Under are always FREE! Parents ski Free Tuesdays (with kids).

Guests have access (for additional fee) to Trout Creek Rec Center, which includes hot tub, pool, cardio equipment, and full gym, X country ski center, equestrian center, downhill ski area, and snow tube park (see tahoe donner site) for amenity details.

Other things to note
Please note there is a spiral staircase leading upstairs and an unattached ladder to the loft bed above upstairs bathroom. Please take care when going up and down and do not let children use the ladder without adult supervision. Owner is not responsible for any injuries caused by your negligence during your stay.
