Perfect stay at the beach. Townhome was right on the beach and no steps !!! Home was perfect for our family. Very clean and house was stocked with everything you would ever need. We will definitely be back soon !!!!!!

Location location Location… this is what you’re paying for. The full on ocean view and steps to the beach!The condo itself is a bit worn but clean. 3 out of the 4 people in my party took a spill on the stairs. They are painted and do not have tread or a runner on them. That is the only thing I would say to all new guests. Be careful of the stairs!You can’t beat the location and the fact that you have a parking spot when inlet gets crowded. The house itself was outfitted with plenty of beach chairs. No beach towels though.

It's so great to hear you enjoyed the location and having that dedicated parking spot — it definitely makes a difference when the inlet gets busy. We really appreciate the heads-up on the stairs, and we're going to look into what we can do to make them safer. Hope you'll come back and see us again.

The beach is literally the places backyard, it’s close enough to the water until you can make multiple trips with small children yet far enough away from the water until you’re not concerned they’ll toddle off into it… it’s an excellent place for all ages! 10/10 we will be back!

Fantastic property. The owner was always available and attentive to us. The place had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. Place was clean. The location and the view can't be matched. We loved it and will be back.

Great place to stay

My family and I love this area! This condo is the perfect location for everything, driving distance to Destin and Panama City Beach. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by! And can’t forget, RIGHT ON THE BEACH!

Stayaway steps from the beach

We enjoyed every minute with the view to the beach. We had everything we needed for a weekend vacation.

Location 10/10, air conditioning worked great, and our bed was comfortable BUT my opinion is that it is not properly maintained but it could be.When you spend what we spent for a weeks vacation you have certain expectations.-coffee table was very wobbly-we had to shove something under the dining room table leg to balance it out to use it -the chain on the master’s fan was broken and I had to take the bulbs out to keep the fan on at night -there were small black bugs in the bottom of the master shower (I have video)-the bottom floor had a substantial leak when it rained (I have video)-the top floor also had a leak when it rained and I fortunately caught it before our bags got wet-the remote in the master has buttons that don’t work so you can’t use the tv-the lent trap in the dryer was not properly cleaned it was all down the back of the dryer -there is a strong sulphur odor in the master shower, that I’m assuming was minerals in the water but it was off putting -the master bed popped loudly when you’re in the bed and we figured out one of the center legs was broken and we tried to resituate it -would have preferred more bath towels for our group they had minimal -kitchen was better stocked than most, that was nice My final note is about the stairs-if you have older guests or young children they are a hazard. You have to watch what you’re doing. My husband fell down the bottom part.We had a great time, but for the money-we were disappointed in the maintenance

Great location for small family

Location right on the beach was perfect for having a young toddler in tow. At the time of our stay, there was both a keurig and a regular coffee pot in kitchen.

The perfect vacation

This place was perfect!!! Exactly what we wanted!! Everything was exactly what we wanted- comfy beds, great balcony views, grill, beach chairs, goggles, floats and boards were a huge bonus! The location WAS AMAZING! We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay!!

Our group had a blast! The best part was waking up at 7am the sand being 10 steps from the back door and and have the entire beach all to myself! Super chill! All of the locals in this area give off great vibes! I’m looking to rebook now!

Can’t beat this location!

We loved the gorgeous ocean front view from the lanai and deck off the master bedroom! You are literally steps from the sand. The condo is tastefully appointed and Todd was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this spot. We will be back!

Wonderful stay

We were celebrating our youngest son’s birthday. It was wonderful time of food, fun and family. We cooked/grilled most of the time-the condo kitchen is well equipped. Beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed time out on the back porch talking, reading and relaxing. AND the best part is the beach right outside the back door.

Amazing!

We have stayed on Inlet Beach before - loved the easy access to the beach. The unit has been updated and is very nice. Thank you for not being stingy with paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap etc like some units are - it’s the little things. We had no issues - thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Cannot wait to return!!

Best trip to Inlet Beach

We have stayed at Inlet Beach several times now but this place was the best. This place is right on the beach and it is fantastic. Everything is well stocked and made our stay wonderful. Our goal when we go to Inlet Beach is to fish (that's what I do) and read a book (that's what my wife does) this place is great for both. The stretch of beach is a great area for all types of fishing and the ease of getting to the beach was fantastic. Todd was great to work with and made sure everything was great. I hope everyone that reads this will book this property, just not on the dates I want them. We will stay there again, and I hope it's soon.

Great Location

The unit is pretty nice and couldn’t be any closer to the water! Unit could use some upgrades to a few things like the TV in the master bedroom is antenna only and small, there is no lock on the master bedroom door and every time you lay in the master bed it sounds like it hood off the floor. All minor issues. Parking is what it is, every time we left our parking spots were taken by beach goers.

Great Location

Great location right on the beach. Todd was professional and easy to contact. The rental itself was clean, but furniture was very stained and dirty. The drapes are old and very difficult to close. The shower off the master bedroom needs fixing because I could only get warm water, not hot. But the other bathroom had a great shower so we used that one. There are no towel bars in either bathroom. Overall we had a great week, but we would not stay here again unless they fixed these issues.

The view can't be beat. The unit needs some repairs as it has aged a bit. The stairs are tricky and evidence many trippings, as did each of us. Blackout curtains are needed in the master bedroom as sun comes up early. Also need towel bars in the bathrooms. It is in a good location.

WONDERFUL

We had an amazingly wonderful stay. The property is right on a perfect section of the beach. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Check-in and out was seamless. I also wanted to brag on the property management team. There was a little hiccup with the refrigerator during our stay, and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly (the same day!) and with very little inconvenience to us, the guests. It’s not often nowadays that people go out of their way to make sure the right thing is done if it’s a bother. This team did, though. Thank you, guys! Can’t wait to stay here again!
