Every aspect of the home has recently been updated included UVC sanitation lights for the HVAC system and state of the art full house water filtration system. 85" TV in Family room and TV in each room. Internet and Cable TV.

Owner Club Transfer Fee $2k and mandatory - Enjoy Owners Full membership Benefits that include - Golf, Driving Range, Clubhouse Pool, Tennis Courts, Fitness Center, Use of Restaurants and Lounge. Option to rent golf carts, one for travel to the pool or evening cruise thru the neighborhood and the other for the golf course. Specific fees may apply such as golf guest fees, cart fees ect and cost of food and beverage. Feel free to inquire for more information.

Wonderful Home!

This is a beautifully decorated, well designed, fully equipped high-tech home within a friendly and welcoming country club community with ample facilities, good food and attractive surroundings. The neighborhood is very accessible and offers good walking opportunities. This modern house has breathtakingly high ceilings in every room - and you can sit out on the lanai by the pool and lake, in the sun or shade, for hours on end. The wildlife is a special attraction. These are kind and caring owners who were most helpful, and along with the top quality, tasteful decor and appointments, our entire visit was awesome and enjoyable.

Magnificent home!

I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful house in Estero FL. Inside and out everything was perfect. The cook in our group loved all the modern appliances as well as every utensil needed for a great meal. Never have I rented a place that was so well equipped. Our group of five had plenty of room for whatever activity we wanted. Plenty of seating inside to have a meal or watch the large screen tv as a group, but at the same time separate spaces where a person could have time for themselves in the comfortable bedrooms with ceiling fans & TVs as well as a cozy den at the front of the house. The outside space was fabulous. There was a very comfortable seating section as well as a separate dining area with enough room for everyone. Both were under cover & able to be curtained off if the weather was a little stormy. The grill was great & we cooked several meals on it. The heated pool & spa worked beautifully & we were able to control the timing of them. An added bonus was the underwater pool lights that changed colors to watch after dark. And the view across the lake was fantastic with its openness as well as being able the watch the wildlife. The location was perfect and so relaxing while at the same time close to shopping & dining. Our host Bob was always available to answer any questions & facilitate our arrival & departure. Thank you so much for your hospitality in this very special place.

Cheryl and her friends were an amazing group of women to host. We have a pretty tech house and Cheryl had no issue understanding how things worked. Communication was great, which is something I appreciate. The whole group took very good care of our home and felt they treated it as if it was there own. Very clean when they left and took care if everything that was asked and followed up to make sure everything was correct. We live when guests really enjoy themselves and take advantage of all the house has to offer. It would be a pleasure to host Cheryl and her friends in the future.

Expectations met

The home was everything we thought it would be. It fit the needs of our family and we all enjoyed it. I would recommend this property to others and would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I split our time between here and the Chicago suburbs. We have 5 kids and 3 grandkids with one on the way. We know what it is like to travel with family and why we chose this location. The private pool with hot tub along with comfortable screened in lanai is where we spend a lot of family time. The resort like atmosphere offering resort style pool and hot tub, Premier 18 hole private golf course, Cabana with full service, restaurants, tennis, bocce ball and even a Starbucks on property makes this an amazing vacation destination

The privacy and security the neighborhood offers. 18 Hole Beautiful Golf Course, Tennis, Onsite Restaurants. The pool at the home or the resort style pool at the club house. Restaurants and shopping very close, Publix 5 minutes away. 20 minutes to beautiful beaches.

Owner Full Golf and Tennis Privileges at the private Grandezza Country Club. Transferable with mandatory fee of $2k covers the duration of the rental. We allow very limited rentals per year as this is our home when in Florida.
