Wonderful Stay

Wonderful Weekend Getaway!

We had the best weekend stay here! The house was a perfect size for our young family and small dog to enjoy! It is incredibly clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities of home that you will need for your stay. The location was on a quiet street with easy access to all the main areas of Wilmington. Having off street parking is a bonus, though the alley is tight to navigate if you have a bigger vehicle. Our son and dog especially loved walking to the park at the end of the street in the mornings to play! We cannot wait to return for another weekend getaway!

We stayed here for the Ironman 70.3 and it was perfect. The location was great and inbetween the race start and finish. The property was clean and well done. We loved that it was pet friendly and our dog loved it. The beds were comfortable and there was a selection of pillows. It was the little touches that really impressed us such as the pillows, beds and the drawer stocked with Nespresso pods! The kitchen appliances and tools were sturdy and nice and there was an abundance of towels. There are also 6 cruiser bikes to use and although we didnt have time, it is a great amenity. This property goes above and beyond. We would definitely stay again!!

Relaxing

The house is beautiful; supplied with all the necessities; located in a nice, walkable neighborhood, very comfortable front porch to sit and relax, in the late afternoon. Our dog really enjoyed walking to the park every day.

Perfect spot

We felt right at home and comfortable in Greg’s place as soon as we arrived. It’s beautifully decorated, and the photos (while gorgeous) don’t do it justice. There’s even more space than we expected. A well stocked kitchen plus plenty of towels/blankets throughout the home. It’s located in a sleepy neighborhood of eclectic houses with a lovely park two short blocks away that our dog loved to explore. Greg was super responsive and easy to communicate with. We stayed for a week and can’t wait to come back again!

Home away from home

This property was an absolute gem. The decor is beautiful and it is so clean. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly. The beds are so incredibly comfortable. The pictures just don’t do this property any justice. Greg was very nice and accommodating. You’re close in proximity to shops eateries and the beach. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone. It was more than enough space for three couples and the kitchen is fully furnished and supplied if you plan on cooking. Thank you so much for having us!

Weekend Wedding

We spent three nights at the property Thursday afternoon-Sunday morning. The listing was well priced for the location and amenities. Check in process was simple, and the house was gorgeous . There were five adults, including two couples, and we were all very comfortable. Plenty of linens and towels provided and while we didn’t use the bikes or fire pit, it was awesome to know they were there. Location was incredible, it felt like everything we wanted to do or see was a short 5 minute drive away. Lovely neighborhood and friendly neighbors. The only hiccup we had was an issue with the door pass code that was very promptly remedied by the owner. Overall 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Wilmington.

The cutest house in the cutest neighborhood

We had a fantastic stay in Wilmington at this perfect little house. Very modern and comfortable with all the amenities. The park down the street was a winner for the pups. Greg was a fantastic host. We will definitely be back!

Delightful house

There were fresh flowers to greet us in this very trendy and beautiful house! Beds are super comfy! Fabulous well-equipped kitchen and excellent Nespresso Vertuoso coffee! The 4 of us humans and 3 pups were so comfortable! The sliding gate on the front porch is great! We could sit out there with the pups off leash. The neighborhood is so quaint with lovely refurbished homes and gardens. Wallace Park was also great for the pups! Port Java City Coffee just around the corner and very yummy! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in Wilmington as we scoped possible prospective relocation!

Great location for Wilmington events

We traveled to Wilmington for the 2022 Wilmington marathon and this location was perfect. We were able to easily get to the aquarium at fort fisher for the kids, quickly get to Wrightsville for the marathon start, and easily get to downtown locations during the race. Overall, this property is extremely comfortable, safe, and well taken care of. Highly recommend to anyone

Excellent!

We loved staying in this house! It's immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. Nice toiletries, Nespresso coffee maker, and beyond-basic kitchen supplies (like actual sharp, decent kitchen knives) were an added plus! The floor plan of the house is well-designed and very efficient. It was the perfect layout for my family of 4. We will definitely stay here again!
