As we find ourselves in challenging times, trying to get back to some kind of normal, we want to assure our guests that we are making every possible effort to ensure their comfort and safety when they stay at one of our properties. We want you to know that we use a professional cleaning service that strictly follows the most state-of-the-art procedures when it comes to disinfection. The disinfectant that they use is EPA registered and CDC approved. Their teams are trained to comply with OSHA standards and have completed a Covid-19 awareness certification course. The health and safety of our guests is their greatest priority.

Additionally, we have keyless entry keypad locks so you can self check-in.

Great WIFI especially important for everyone's Zoom Meetings!!

In addition to being crazy cleanā€¦ our property is also gorgeous and comfortable! The house was remodeled completely in 2016 and because of Hurricane Florence, was remodeled again in 2018! During that remodel, we updated the 2nd bathroom to include a beautiful, subway tiled, walk-in shower with frameless double glass doors, a new marble backsplash in the kitchen and added wonderful deep seat wicker furniture to our deck, to which weā€™ve just added gorgeous new cushions! Weā€™ve also added new mattresses throughout the home and now have queens in both the master and 2nd bedroom, twin beds in the 3rd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, easily accommodating 8 guestsā€¦ or more with the inflatable mattresses that weā€™ve added.
Our split bedroom design is perfect for providing privacy as the master bedroom is at the opposite end of the house from the other two bedrooms.

Our beautiful, bright eat-in kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need to feel right at homeā€¦Keurig and Mr. Coffee coffee makers, a stand mixer, electric griddle, crockpot, toaster, electric kettle and more!! We have a 49 inch smart TV, Roku to stream Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. and an antenna which gives you all the major networks, a BlueRay player and hundreds of DVDā€™s

Lastly, but probably the most important to many people is our locationā€¦it just canā€™t be beat for convenienceā€¦ just about 2 miles to Historic Downtown Wilmington and the bustling nightlife of the riverfront and about 6 miles to the sandy white beaches of beautiful Wrightsville Beach. Weā€™re also just a five minute drive to Wilmington International Airport.

This home was in the perfect location, close to downtown riverwalk and the beautiful beaches. Its in a quiet, gorgeous residential area, lovely for walking our dog with a dog park near by. The home was comfy, great amenities and very clean. Enjoyed the spacious areas, updated bathroom and stocked up kitchen. We had a very comfortable stay and felt very at home. At the end of each busy day of visiting with family and sightseeing, we were able to comfortably sit back and relax with our dogs for the evening. Beth and David were very accommodating, to the extent that they installed a solar, motion detector outdoor light to assist with nighttime potty breaks for our dogs. The neighborhood was very quiet and access to 17 was quick and easy. We will definitely stay there for any future trips to Wilmington.

Perfect Wilmington VRBO

The owner could not have been better. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect! Extra blankets & pillows, well stocked kitchen, spotless, wonderful deck to hang out on, laminated instructions, and even a washer & dryer. It was perfect for four sisters coming into town for a family wedding. Such a quiet location, yet so close to everything.. Don't think twice about staying here. It was a dream stay!

This house is in a great neighborhood and is in an extremely convenient location to downtown, UNCW and the beach. We really enjoyed walking the dogs in the neighborhood. The house has a great deck to enjoy on sunny days. Would definitely stay here again!

I am a native of Wilmington, I love this city and I cannot imagine living anywhere else! My husband and I bought the house 6 months after we got married almost 29 years ago. We moved when our children were little to a larger house, but I will always love that first home of ours so when the opportunity arose to remodel it and get to decorate it I jumped in with both feet! My husband and I and our kids have all worked together to make the house a wonderful place for guests. I have always wanted to own a B&B so I am thrilled to be able to make my dream a reality.

I used to ride through this neighborhood as a child and look at the beautiful homes and gorgeous yards and I'd say I'm going to live here one day and sure enough not only have I lived in one house, but now we live in another house in this same neighborhood! I can truly say there is no where in Wilmington that I'd rather live.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

I loved this house from the moment that I walked in it. It was like I already felt at home there. It's always been such a cozy, inviting home and with the remodeling that we have done it's even better, brighter, more airy, but still cozy. Everything is new... we've opened up some walls and reconfigured the layout so that we now have a split design with the master bedroom on one side of the house and the other bedrooms on the other, with the living room, kitchen and dining area in between, which I really love. And the deck is everyone's happy place... comfortable furnishings and enough trees and shrubs to provide just the right amount of seclusion.
