We enjoyed our stay in Wilmington, it is close to the downtown area and riverwalk. The hostess was easy to get in touch with and was very helpful. I highly recommend this VBRO.

Great house to stay for participating in Ironman. Away from everything. Quiet. A little concert noise from the nearby stage but nothing intrusive. Lovely home!

House was clean and had everything needed, including nice extras like soap, shampoo, coffee and creamer, bug spray and even spare reading glasses! Communication was excellent. Unfortunately, rainy weather didn't allow us to enjoy the fire pit or grill in the backyard, but definitely would have been nice. Location was good to access downtown restaurants and activities.

You will feel very good about yourself for deciding to book this property!!! We took advantage of the fire pit, porches, the kitchen that had all the tools for cooking, and then some. Somebody who knows what they’re doing in the kitchen supplied and stocked this kitchen. We had several coffee options supplied by the property as a bonus maybe what people left behind but all good stuff, I always bring my own.. we were up late and we couldn’t have done that in a hotel 10 out of 10 on the place and the host delivered their product with pride. Thanks for the card and goodies. It was a great stay..

Cozy Cabin was exactly that... Cozy! The home was immaculate with wonderful amenities not normally found at a VRBO rental. Beautifully decorated! We were entertained daily by the squirrels and birds while back-porch sitting in the mornings and evenings. Such a peaceful location.The Cozy Cabin provided a relaxing vibe between hospital visits (the reason we were there). It was definitely a comforting respite after the stresses of the day.Laura was a great host!

Quiet and oh so cozy!

This little cabin is quiet and nestled into a cul-de-sac… full of charm… and the comforts of home! Come and enjoy awhile! I know we did!

We were very pleased with this property. Everything was just as described and the details were very clear and communication with the host was prompt. This home was very nice and clean. It had everything that we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing to stay in the area for any amount of time. It was very close to all the attractions that we were needing to see and then some. It was located at the end of the street so there was no thru traffic and was very quiet. It was such a joy to get up and enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch in the glider or on the back porch. We did not get to use the fire pit but was glad to see it there for future bookings. Thank you so much for the detail in decoration and stocking this beautiful little house for us to enjoy!

Concert weekend

Stayed for a concert at Greenfield Lake amphitheater - the house is close to the venue, well equipped and located in a great location. The host was very helpful and courteous.

This house is nicely decorated and Laura has done a great job of setting up the place to enjoy all the comforts of home. She has gone above and beyond, providing extra items such as hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses and cups. Lots of pots and pans, serving dishes and storage containers for left-overs. Definitely deserves a five star rating. We stayed for 2 weeks over the Christmas holiday and was extremely comfortable. Location was handy to everything; restaurants, grocery stores and the Beach.

Death in the Family

When we found out our family member was entering Hospice in Wilmington, NC we needed a place to stay which would be suitable for our family of 4 adults. We wanted to look at houses rather than hotels since we planned to be there a minimum of 2 weeks. In particular, our elderly mother who would be traveling with us needed a railing on both sides of the steps to enter the house. Once in, mom needed everything on one level. This rental house gave us those options to help mom. As a bonus, the master bedroom had a walk in shower which helped her too. The location of this rental house was only 5 minutes from the hospice facility. We usually spent 6 - 8 hours every day at hospice and the rest of the time at the rental house which is on a quiet cul de sac. It has nice outdoor areas to sit and relax in addition to an open floor plan indoor area with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. We enjoyed the ability to cook healthy meals and do laundry while staying there. The close proximity of Greenfield Lake Park gave us an easy get away to enjoy a 5 mile walk or bike ride with beautiful views. Laura and her husband Tony were fantastic hosts. They were available to help if we had any questions or concerns. They were kind and thoughtful during our stay, helping us make the best of our unfortunate, sad circumstances. I would highly recommend this house and the host of the rental to anyone needing a clean, comfortable house in a good location with kind and helpful hosts.

Exactly what we needed in a short stay. But, would work well for a long stay. Well furnished and best of any place we've stayed. Peaceful setting. Very clean.
