Gorgeous Bass Lake Cabin with Private Boat Dock and Deck

This gorgeous bass lake home has amazing views inside and out, and features a large private boat dock and covered deck. The home, built in 2015, sits in the highly coveted Lake Shore Park community of Bass Lake. Away from the hustle and bustle of the bass lake resort, you will enjoy the privacy that this area has to offer. This 3600 square foot home boast’s 2 en suite master bedrooms upstairs, 4 bedrooms downstairs, and a full 325 square foot granny nook attached the garage, sleeping a total of 16 people. Upstairs you will find a spacious open floor plan with 180 degree views of the lake. The top floor includes a chef-ready kitchen complete with bar seating and a large dining room table, as well as a living room area and wood fire place.

Out on the top floor deck you will find more gorgeous views with plenty of seating, a gas fireplace, a gas BBQ grill as well as a Traeger grill and pizza oven. Working your way downstairs, you will find 4 bedrooms with shared jack-and-jill bathrooms, a second living room area with a pool table, a vintage gaming console and an entertainment bar. The bottom floor also contains its own covered outdoor seating area with another fire pit and a ping pong table.

Across the street from the cabin you will find a private easement leading down to our private boat dock and covered deck. The deck sits within a beautiful cove, with 270 degree lake views, and includes ample room to sit back and enjoy your favorite beverage. Bass lake is known for its boating, fishing, swimming, hiking and mountain biking, and we are just 30 minutes from the south gate of Yosemite National Park. You are sure to enjoy our cabin just as much as we do.

Perfect house and location for a large family! We loved the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms, and there were plenty of areas to hang out. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. The views from the deck were beautiful. We would love to come back during the summer or warmer months because it truly is the perfect location for lake days.

This is a great cabin. Tons of space including bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is super nice and well kept. The kitchen had everything you could need. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint was access to the dock. The walk down was treacherous at best. Super steep and hard to access especially if you want to carry down an ice chest, rafts, etc.

Great place and excellent host!!

We had an excellent stay and really enjoyed our time in this beautiful house! Chelsea is one of the best host I have ever come across. She was really accommodating and responsive to our requests and needs. The house was well stocked and very well maintained. Would love to come back again!

Fabulous property

Beautiful cabin, well appointed and with fantastic views of the lake. The whole family was very comfortable and enjoyed time just cooking, playing and hanging around the house. Oh, and the dock of course. You will not be disappointed!

Best Stay EVER!!!

We have been coming to Bass Lake for 20+ years renting homes and this one blew all others out the water! The house is awesome, dock is even better...they have thought of everything. Only thing I would say is the walk to and from the dock is challenging if you aren't in shape..lol But would highly recommend....if I could give it 10 stars I would.

Perfectly set up for family retreat

This house has everything you need. Great space, two master bedrooms and 4 lower bedrooms. One with two double beds. There is also a separate apartment with a bedroom and full bath. The finishes were high end and the house had every amenity we needed for our trip. The deck is the perfect gathering spot to enjoy family time and take in the lake views. Cannot say enough great things. We will definitely be back.

Sweet Vacation Stay

We have been coming to Bass Lake for the last 24 years and have vacationed at several different homes. This home has surpassed all of our expectations. The amenities and spaciousness has accomodated us, our now adult children and their children.Having breakfasts and watching the sunsets on the balcony above the lake was so beautiful and relaxing.The covered patio at the dock was fantastic! We were able to spend our days without having to worry about the sun beating down on us. The dock acted as a barrier from the main waterway of the lake and softened the waves created by the boats and jet skis allowing the younger kids to play in the water with their blowup slide, rings, and tubes (adult supervision in the water with them at all times).We loved the kitchen complete with all the necessities for us to prepare all of our meals. It was really nice not having to be concerned about having enough pots and pans to cook with.Thank you for making this an absolute wonderful experience for for our family! We all loved our stay and plan on being here next summer.

Perfect house, perfect vacation

I can’t say enough nice things! 6 comfortable bedrooms, game room with a view, huge deck, spacious living room, amazing kitchen, gorgeous views. Plus an amazing private dock on the cleanest lake I’ve ever seen. The house had everything we needed and more. Know that the dock is down a fairly steep incline, so it was a little hard for the older members of our family, but otherwise, absolutely perfect! The pictures don’t even do it justice. 😊❤️

Fabulous home!

I can not say enough about this amazing home. We rent vacation homes often and this was hands down the most fully stocked home we have ever stayed in. The kitchen had every appliance/pot/pan/dish you could possible need, outside had a BBQ, smoker, pizza oven, the bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner, and the beds were oh so comfortable! It was very impressive! The lake view was amazing and so many places for our large group of 13 to hang out. The boat dock was incredibly fun and it was a covered which we truly appreciated. We will for sure rent again. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great Family Cabin

Although this cabin is a bit pricy, it turns out to be worth it in terms of convenience. When you get there and you find out you “forgot” to pack something or bring something, no worries…. There is a 99% chance that if you look through all the drawers in this cabin, or in the garage, you’ll find what you’re missing 😂 Our group “forgot” sooooo many things. But we just happened to open a drawer or a cabinet and “voila!” there it is already thought of and provided by the host. It was simply amazing and remarkable how well thought out this cabin was. The only hiccup we had was a minor plumbing issue in the master bathroom due to the extremely unanticipated heavy snows and rain that occurred in California this past winter. Other than that, this cabin was perfect. My group can’t wait to try it out again 😊

Beautiful

The property itself is beautiful, the views are absolutely stunning, and the two patios are a wonderful place to hang out all day long. There is absolutely everything you need there, they even have a toothbrush and a razor if you have forgotten yours. Unfortunately though he property is “clean” until you realize it’s not. It’s surface clean but, the couch was so gross we dropped a phone between the cushions and So many crumbs dirt and other stuff, it’s a non smoking property yet the outdoor furniture had several cigarette burns in the cushions, there were beer cans outside that hadn’t been removed from a previous party, the couches and chairs do not get moved to clean and were so many dust bunnies and crumbs when we moved as big chair to turn around. The dock was very nice. Except we had to put the cover on and when we took it out of the box there was a dead mouse and a baby mouse in there and mice holes in the cover. The garage had a bear it looked like that tried to get into it and they put a wooden board up with nails, it was on the ground and my father in law stepped on it because he couldn’t see it and got a nail through his shoe thank god it didn’t go through to his foot. The fridge in the garage smelled like something had died in it. The guest bedroom attached to that was also dirty. Despite its beauty, the property's cleanliness falls short of expectations considering the price paid.

Just Perfect

What a lovely home with fantastic views. Home is well equipped, everything you need. Host communicates very well, there were no surprises. We had a large group for the Thanksgiving holiday and everyone had a wonderful time.

Awesome Experience

My friends and I enjoyed our time here. We especially enjoyed the grill, the dock, and the pool table. Everything we needed was in the house and it is also located close to a grocery store. Would definitely come back!

Best house at Bass Lake!

We have stayed in many different homes at Bass Lake over the past 50 years and this is by far our favorite. The layout is perfect for my large family and is so well appointed. We will definitely be back! Many thanks to Chelsea for a wonderful vacation experience!

A wonderful week!

Everything on the property was great. We had 6 adults and 4 children. There was so much to do onsite for the stay inside folks and obviously so much down at the dock. We brought a boat and we spent about 4 to 5 hours a day at the dock. Lunches, boat rides etc. The kids liked swimming at the dock area. There are kayaks, life vests and all sorts of water toys available at the dock. It is about a five minute slow walk from the house to the dock. I personally liked the views from the top floor so much, I only went to the next floor down when grand kids asked to play Pac Man on the game console in the pool room. Beautiful well maintained home and property. Well stocked in every utensil you could want. My family said that it was one of the funnest vacations that we have done.

Exceptional Property

Fantastic home with everything you could ever want. The home is completely equipped and has the most beautiful view of the lake. The beds are extremely comfortable and having attached bathrooms to each bedroom is very convenient. The linens and towels are very luxurious. The covered dock is the best on the lake. We had plenty of room for our two boats. The only challenge we had was getting to the dock with the elderly because the path is a bit steep. Chelsea can tell you a more level walking area that is a short drive. It’s basically around the corner. You will be very happy with everything this property has to offer. It exceeded our expectations and provided our family with the best vacation we have ever experienced.

Beautiful spacious place for large group

This home was a perfect fit for our group of friends and kids. We had a great time traveling between the home and the private dock. The pathway to the dock is steep and mostly dirt but thankfully our group was fully capable of making the trip multiple times a day. The split living room spaces was perfect for everyone to lounge around and we made great use of the popcorn machine and pool table. It was the perfect blend of relaxation and fun. Can't wait to visit again soon!

Amazing home for the holiday

l booked this property with my group for New Year’s eve for 3 nights. The cabin is very clean. It has everything for a group stay from the fridge , stove to pans and dishes. Great game room for everyone to spend time in. Spectacular Lake views from everywhere of the house. My group is already planning to come back for summer time again.
