Have the best of both worlds by staying in this centrally located, yet peaceful Savannah estate. Just one block North of the Fountain at Forsyth Park, guests are only a short walk from all of Savannah's main attractions, including: Mrs. Wilkes Restaurant, The Paris Market, and River Street.

Enter your individual access code for a keyless entry to your sprawling, ground level, two-bedroom apartment. Furnished tastefully with solid wood frames and warm textiles, The Park House is ideal for the distinguished traveler. The living room will soon become your go-to spot for winding down and spending time with loved ones. Access your favorite streaming channels or choose from an expansive cable package from the flat screen TV as a way to start or end your day. Open to the living room is a formal dining table suitable for four guests.

Just beyond the living and dining areas, a full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, glass top range, and dishwasher. Fully equipped to cook a meal, guests can opt for a quick snack or cup of coffee before exploring the city. Have a quick cup and plan your day at the kitchen island.

The first bedroom features a Queen size bed, and an en suite bath with a spacious shower. The second bedroom towards the rear of the apartment boasts a King Size bed, featuring a full bath with soaking tub and standing shower. Extended stays (or traveling with little ones) are a breeze with a washer and dryer found inside the unit.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or park on a nearby non-metered street. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 80 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.

Easy to access. Only 3 steps down to get into property. Clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. A/C worked great. Great location, minutes to anything in Savannah.

Furniture was nice and comfortable. Please note that there are three steps down to front door and no handrail. My husband and I would gladly stay here again but our friends that use a cane found it very difficult. I would definitely recommend this property.

Every morning we opened up our front door to Monterey Square for coffee. There is a cute outdoor seating area with string lights and a table to enjoy the outdoors in the evenings before we went to dinner. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare food. The place was immaculately cleaned. Very comfortable for a family of four or two couples. We always found a parking spot and most often directly out front. A beautiful walk down Bull St. to all of Savannah. We hope to return again!

Historic vacation

GREAT location!! Accommodations were close to perfect...king bathroom shower very small, no closet in queen bedroom...some noise from place above us...location to restaurants, trolley, squares was awesome!!

Nice place near Forsyth

We enjoyed our stay here in Savannah. The apartment was nice overall. The large tub off the master bedroom was appreciated. We enjoyed the small Courtyard area in back and it was convenient to be near to the downtown area. I would recommend getting the Parking pass and making sure to keep track of the street sweeping times.

Historic district apartment

The apartment was clean, simply and nicely decorated, and I loved that it is in the beautiful and walkable historic district. The beds were comfortable, and each bedroom has a very nice bathroom. Just FYI, this is a basement apartment, and it smelled slightly musty when I first entered, but there is a dehumidifier that works well and this was not a concern for me. The kitchen was mostly well stocked, but I did bring a few items that were helpful because I do a lot of cooking. The property manager was extremely responsive and texted back almost immediately when I had a question. I would absolutely stay here again!

The property has a musty smell to it during our stay + a sewage smell. The door locking mechanism needs to be replaced, it works 25% of the time, very difficult to open.

Great location, but…

Upside: great location, basement apartment off Monterey Square near Forsyth Park. Street Parking was pretty easy (drive to Bryan St garage and buy enough 1 and two day passes to cover your stay). The management company was responsive to our complaints about burnt out lights and clogged drains. (Why those weren’t taken care of before our arrival is another question). Downside: the wifi never connected to the internet. It is furnished in cheap rickety pieces. There are no luggage racks or benchesto hold suitcases. The front bedroom has no closet or clothes hooks. The bathrooms have no convenient surface to lay toiletries. We were supplied with 4 towels and 4 wash cloths and two hand towels for 4 people The kitchen had barely service for 4. They provided one dish towel and no dish strainer. Worst of all, no coffee! They did provide a can of coffee and filters for the third morning when we complained. No tea, or creamer or sweetener — but we had already been shopping. However we do expect better Even cheap motels provide cofee/tea service.

Great location

House was ready when we arrived 10 min early. Did have a musty smell when we arrived but I think it was because the dehumidifier was full. It improved once we emptied it. It is on the ground floor so we heard some noise from upstairs but not too late. The bed on the front bedroom was listed as queen but definitely a full size. The courtyard was a nice feature but needed some yard maintenance with leaves. Overall I would recommend.

All hotspots were easily walkable and lots of fun! Do be aware that the stairs and apartments can be noisy above you, as this is a ground-floor unit. Also, there is a parking fee for Saturdays, which was unclear in the parking directions. Definitely would stay here again!

Wonderful Stay in the Heart of the Historic District

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property! The amenities were clean and well-presented. The surrounding neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous! The check-in process was easy, and the staff was communicative before and during the stay. We were within walking distance of several hubs of shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again! Thank you!!

Great location, cozy house

We really loved the location and the house. Close to parks, you can walk to most downtown spots from here. Beautiful neighborhood, everyone was fantastic.

Great location

Unit is as described. It’s a garden/sub level so it’s fairly dark but large and comfortable. It’s the south so yes there were 4-5 large roaches we killed and may small bugs and that was fine. Also it’s very humid and so a large (sorta loud) de-humidifier is working the entire time and needed to be emptied 3 times over 4 days. It’s a little loud from the upstairs occupants but noise machines cancelled it out. I would 100% stay here again because of the price and location. Great spot.
