Regarding the concerns mentioned, the home is cleaned between every reservation, including the floors and carpets, and supplies are routinely stocked for guests. I’m also sorry you experienced an odor during your stay, as smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home. I appreciate you acknowledging my responsiveness regarding the lock issues. The home is professionally cleaned between stays, and we take cleanliness and guest comfort very seriously. It is also important to clarify that the claim that the host “did not communicate” and that the property did not meet its obligations is misleading. I made efforts to communicate regarding the reservation and the parking situation. I’m disappointed that the guest chose to characterize the experience this way, particularly given that the stay was not completed.
