My husband and I love this rental - just steps to the beach. This is our second time in renting this particular rental. Plan to come again next year!

Everything was clean and amenities were stocked as described upon arrival. Wife and I celebrated our honeymoon and it was the perfect quiet getaway.10/10 will definitely be staying again!

Amazing Stay

From check in to check out, we greatly enjoyed our stay in SC. The Villa was awesome, clean, and in a great location. We were secluded enough to have privacy but also in a great location to have easy access to the beach. I would recommend this place to anyone and look to stay here again in the future.

I've been visiting Kiawah for 10 years and this is by far my favorite location! We will book this one many more times! Super clean and the listing agent was great!

View of ocean from porch and bed room. Nice layout. Needs some updates: kitchen cabinets, mattress, and skillets.

Checkin with key code easy. Wifi easy to sign onto. Needed to wash a few glasses the kitchen but otherwise clean. Beautiful condo and excellent location to beach, restaurants, and The Nest. We love Kiawah for biking and running paths and very family friendly.

Great Place!!

The condo is exactly as pictured! Clean and perfectly stocked with everything you will need. The location is excellent, steps to the beach. The space was comfortable and we get all over the island with our bikes. Thank you!!!

Anniversary get away

Decided to take a short get away to celebrate our anniversary and my wife wanted to go to the beach. This property was literally on the beach. Comfortable, quiet and convenient to things we like to do. Highly recommend it. Will definitely try and rebook if we go back to Kiawah Island.

It was okay. It could've been cleaner. There seemed to be dog hair embedded in the carpet which ended up stuck to the bottom of my socks. It grossed me out a bit. There was only one paper thin blanket in the bed and the duvet was almost as thin. Overall it was fine

Check in was confusing as we were sent to resort center and then sent back to gate. Found out they were doing construction around our condo and was unable to access beach quickly. Called and was offered a 20 percent discount. As we were leaving found out another guest was offered a 50 percent discount for the same reason. The place was really nice though and we enjoyed it.

Perfect location

Our second time in this unit. Love the location. So close to the beach. Some details need attention: coffee pot is on last leg, mattress a little soft, frig filtered water didn’t work. But great room furniture very nice. We will be back.

Not a queen bed. Light shines into bedroom all night.

The villa was very dated and the bed was not a queen--it was a full. Also the lighting for the paths shines directly into the bedroom through the flimsy curtains--all night long until dawn. Tiny deck wet with moss actually growing on it. Rugs wet entire time without rain. First property I've ever stayed on Kiawah that I would never go back esp at the rate charged.
