Amazing views and location, with Florida's Top Beach just steps away. You'll want for nothing. A peaceful retreat when desired, and all the action of the Beach less than two blocks away!

The open floor plan is a perfect layout for entertaining families or an adult vacation retreat. Fully-stocked gourmet kitchen features professional stainless appliances, granite counter tops throughout the unit. Enjoy dining in the adjacent dining area or dinner and drinks on the private balcony with water views and gentle breezes.

The beautiful furnishings and 60' flat screen TV in the family room, as well as a flat screen TV in each bedroom will make you feel pampered. This home-away-from-home is completely family-friendly. Full size washer & dryer in unit for your convenience.

-Huge King Master bedroom has a flat screen TV, walk-in closet, large master bath with jacuzzi tub and walk-in, glassed shower, as well as double sinks.
-Guest bedroom has King Bed with private bathroom, large walk-in closet and a flatscreen TV. -Third bedroom features two full-size beds and spacious closet a flatscreen TV with a gaming cable attached. There is a full guest bath with shower just off the hall for convenience.

You'll enjoy the privacy of the heated pool and spill-over spa, with a stocked pool locker with beach buggy, beach chairs, pool and sand toys. tiki huts and loungers are on the pool deck for your convenience. Clearwater Beach, is consistently ranked as one of Florida's Top Beaches, and it’s just a 2-minute walk away. Secured, under-building parking and elevator for easy luggage transport.

Convenient location means you can walk to the area's many great restaurants, listen to live music at local bars & watch the sunset at Pier 60. There are plenty of water activities to do at the Marina! Dolphin & Pirate Cruises, charter boats, para-sailing, jet-skis or just pure beach relaxation on white sugar sand. This condo exceeded our expectations. It is just as nice as in the pictures. Very clean and well kept. Kitchen is very well stocked; even the knives were sharp! Easy access to the beach and the Pinellas bike trail.Mary was a great communicator and very responsive.We would definitely stay here again.

We Enjoyed your Clean, Beautifully decorated Condo. Walking distance to Everything. We parked our car & never had to drive anywhere. We love a nice full sun pool. This condo pool doesn’t get ANY SUN. It’s a North Facing full Shade Pool. Lovely place & Really Enjoyed our Stay.

Beautiful condo and beautiful area

The condo was very nice, clean and well located. Our family enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and attractions. There was plenty of space for us for all of us. It was nice to have beach chairs and accessories already there.

Fantastic place to relax with your family

This is a fantastic location and the layout that sits right on the bay and is only steps from the beach. Easy walks to all kinds of great restaurants and numerous activities. Highly recommend and Kevin is a phenomenal host!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is obviously very heavily used as much of the furniture and carpets are quite worn. The condo is in a very good area and accessible to the beach and amenities.

Exceptional place to stay!

Not only was the condo in a perfect location, but it was beautifully decorated and extremely spacious. Hands down one of the best places we have rented from! Additionally, the cleaning staff were very accommodating as well as the owners. Our time spent in Clearwater was amazing and yours will be too, especially if you stay here.

Picture’s don’t do it justice. So spacious & comfortable. Within short walking distance to many restaurants & the beach. Pool area was always clean and enjoyable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Everything was absolutely fantastic. The photos do not do this property justice. It is much bigger and more nicely furnished than I expected. Location is excellent, comes with everything you need and more for a great time at the beach. Loved it!

Fantastic condo, close to everything!

This was a great condo, with plenty of space for our family of 6. Very clean and well stocked with towels, and kitchen supplies. A short walk to the beach and pier. Our kids loved the beach toys, and we got plenty of use out of the beach chairs provided. We would definitely book again!

Perfect location and guest service

Check in process was clean and fast. Condo was clean, organized and tidy. The location is accordance to the area is absolutely perfect. Only a couple minutes walk to local stores and good restaurants but also a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Great sunset view from balcony also made for a great experience. 5 stars and would absolutely stay there again.
