The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.

Beautiful and relaxing stay at Byculla!

We loved our stay at the beautiful Byculla villa. It is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Especially loved the outdoor patio, pool, and covered areas with easy access to the canal out to the ocean. Located in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds, itā€™s close to delicious restaurants and a 5 minute drive to Pelican Beach with very few people and great waves. Explored Leeward Going Through Beach where we only saw one other family, walked to the point and swam out to the sandbar across from Iguana Island. If youā€™re looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay, Byculla is fantastic!

Amazing house in a perfect location.

Property and pool were absolutely fantastic. The location on the waterway allowed for fun with the provided kayaks and paddle boards as well as a probated boat chart that picked us up at the private dock. Having a rental car was great to get around. You wonā€™t be disappointed with this house.

Beautiful Private Canal Property

This property was great and worked out perfect for my family. From paddle boarding and snorkeling up and down the canal or just laying out by the pool, it was amazing. We rented a private charter and the boat picked us up right at the dock of the house. Besides not having the views of the ocean, the house turned out to be perfect for the family.

Beautiful rental - professional property managemnet

We stayed at the Byculla Villa located in Leeward. It was exactly as pictured, bed was comfortable and the backyard was wonderful to enjoy the beautiful Provo weather & blue water. Highly recommend any property managed by TKCA as they were extremely professional and their team was amazing.

Vacation with friends

We enjoyed this house a lot. Plenty of space for 8 adults. Being on the canal was nice. You are a short 3 minute drive to the marina which has a market (great breakfast sandwiches). You def need to rent a car as you need to drive to all beaches. We walked to grace bay town center one day, it was about 3.2 miles. We would stay here again and loved Turks and Caicos!!

Our stay was perfect. The villa is very well located and offers many options. It offers lots of space inside and outside, and the fact that it faces the canal is a big plus. We will choose this same villa when we return to Turks.

Beautiful home lovely location

We had a lovely stayed during Christmas week. The house is beautiful and the canal w location was wonderful. The weather was fantastic and it was very nice to be able to enjoy cool dips in the pool and the canal. We used the kayaks and standing boards a lot just around the house and on trips to the ocean. It was absolutely lovely! TKCA was very responsive and helpful as well. We had a few minor issues the first few days and the response was always immediately! It made the trips stress-free.

Leeward Villa

The Villa was perfect for our family of 7! Everyone had more than enough space and the villa is beyond gorgeous. 4 bedroom. Two masters one mother in law only accessed by outside. One bunk room with sleeping for 6. Then 4th bedroom 2 kings. Located on the leeward canal that was perfect tor us! It was on a canal with kayaks and stand up and paddle boards to use. It was so cute, homey and safe. Positive is everyone had plenty of space. Huge pool. We brought rafts which i highly recommend. We could kayak canals and fish off our dock. Also had a cute outside sitting area with lots of seating. The wind was wonderful and had no bugs at all! Enjoyed sitting out there as much as we could. Also loved sitting on lounge chairs at night looking at the super moon (which was in effect while we were there!) and endless stars. Could see so many constellations while having a night cap! Kitchen stocked but was lacking a few items but had a blender and all the necessities. Had a great grill. We cooked all breakfasts, some lunch and a few dinners. Groceries super expensive but to be expected with Turks. Only negative I can think of is that it didnā€™t have its own beach. Had to pack up and explore to beach it. My only recommendation would be for the property to have beach chairs to borrow. Most but not all had beach chairs available to rent but it would have been wonderful to have some at the house! My only complaint is not the property owners fault but the property manager TKCA was not helpful assisting in planning activities and such. I had to do my own research which is not typical for our past experiences using VRBO. Leeward was a Great area..ā€¦. beautiful beach at Pelican Beach which is now called sunset beach directly in neighborhood or Grace Bay proper is a 3 minute drive. Get groceries at the grace way iga. Alcohol is not sold on Sundays, IGA Graceway on the Leeward Highway. Hired Chef Gerico a and he was BEYOND AMAZING!! Had read so many reviews on how great captain lovardo with Talbots adventures was so we hired him but instead gave us another captain and deck mate but never told us. They were ok but would use another company when we return. Overall Iā€™d highly recommend Byculla Villa and would love to go back!

Beautiful villa!

Myself and 6 friends stayed at Byculla Villa to celebrate a bachelorette party. The villa was better than the pictures when we arrived. The only thing was not recognizing that one of the bedrooms is more secluded and you have to walk from outside to get into the main part of the house. Each bedroom has a sliding door to give access to the outside, which is pretty cool. The pool needed cleaning, but the property manager was super responsive to get someone out quickly to resolve this issue. We had a boat pick us up from the dock, which was super convenient! Overall our group was really pleased with the home and would absolutely recommend it to other groups.

This was a great location and home!

I loved this property for my 46th birthday, other than the bugs are so bad that I had to re buy food! I mean they was horrible.. also the toilets was not all working I was told a party was ordered for the living room bathroom so we had no access and the other toilets was very slow we had to put water to flush them!! Other than that the staff and house was amazing

Great Stay at Villa Byculla

Villa Byculla was a great home base for a wonderful trip to Turks and Caicos. The house is beautiful and the backyard lent itself to plenty of relaxing afternoons spent by the pool. John was a great host, very responsive leading up to the trip, coordinating on check in, and providing recommendations for activities during our stay. One specific highlight was the private boat excursion I planned for our group, where we were able to have the boat pick us up from the house's dock. The management company on site was extremely helpful, they were on time to check us in, responded quickly to ad hoc inquiries, and were even kind enough to drop me off at the grocery store upon check in! Would definitely stay here again!

A few mishaps

We had a few mishaps. They had to replace the iron as well as the refrigerator. We lost a lot of our food for our cookout due to the fridge going out over night. And one of the bedrooms televisions didnā€™t work. The property manager was very on point with getting us what we needed. Overall it was great I just wished we didnā€™t have to endure those adversities.

Amazing villa

House is very spacious and accommodating. Great location and we really enjoyed the backyard swimming and kayaking. Very well stocked house with plenty of necessities. Was a little confused about how to get the keys but the owner, John was very helpful and once we got to the villa, keys were waiting for us there. John was very accommodating throughout this whole process. The food is very expensive in Turks so be prepared for that. This is a beautiful home with lots of space for everyone. We all had our privacy and beds were amazingly comfortable. Definitely recommend this house!
