Words can’t describe how great the stay was at the villa. The host had everything you could imagine plus more. The villa is absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. I will definitely be returning!

Awesome Villa in Leeward Marina. Top notch with optimal layout for friends and family with perfect blue water in the backyard. 7 Star Villa with amazing property management team that is super responsive for all needs. Quick 5 mins to grace bay beach and 5 mins to national park by kyack. Must Stay !

Memorable stay

From the moment we walked in, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is tastefully decorated and very clean. The pool and surroundings were just awesome. Our grand kids did not want to leave. The hostess, Natasha, was so friendly and welcoming.

Wonderful property, highly recommend!

We had a group of 7 adults and this property was fantastic! All the amenities you need and more. Natasha was a fantastic host and readily available to help with any questions. Our group rented 2 cars and the location was perfect - grocery stores, beaches, and restaurants all within 10-15 mins. One of my favorite rentals we’ve stayed at, five stars!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The house was comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family group of 7. Bedrooms are spacious and the en suite bathrooms were nice. We didn’t realize until the last day that there was another bathroom located outside along the side of the house near the trampoline. Super close to the pool. Communication with the property managers was great and all our questions were answered very quickly. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Perfect Island Getaway!

This was our second summer staying at the house --- Villa Solymar is absolutely wonderful! The house is both beautiful and incredibly comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing and fun stay. We loved spending time at the property – whether it was paddle boarding, kayaking, or just lounging by the pool, there was always something to do. The location on the island couldn’t be better – peaceful and convenient at the same time. Natasha, the homeowner, was a pleasure to work with: responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Villa Solymar and can't wait to come back!

Amazing house, host, area & amenities!

Natasha was an amazing host who met us at the property as we arrived and made sure to ask us for our flight info to text us as we landed. The house was spectacular, photos do not do it justice. Everything was just as described if not better! In a close distance to the supermarket, restaurants and other great spots. I would no doubt stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone thinking about it. Thank you Natasha for the hospitality and letting us stay here :)

Just Like Pics/Great for Kids

Villa is exactly as depicted in the pics, kids loved the playground/trampoline, etc.,. Works very well as a home base for running around Leeward and Grace Bay/hopping on boats out of Blue Haven Marina.

Perfect Vacation Home

This property was absolutely gorgeous! The pictures in the listing didn’t do it justice—it was even better in person! Natasha was the sweetest host, providing us with excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do on the island. My friends and I had the best time staying here, and we all agreed that whenever we return to Turks, we will be staying here again!Thank you again, Natasha, for being such a great host and showing us a wonderful time!

Most memorable family vacation

The location of this home is so picturesque. The canal allowed us to kayak and paddle, where we saw turtles and baby sharks. The pool provided a private spot to enjoy the sun as well as cool off. The home itself was clean and very functional for our family of 6. Natasha and Martha provided prompt and helpful feedback whenever we needed it. We cannot wait to visit again.

Perfect Villa by the Waters with Everything You Need!!

We stayed at this villa with our family, we have 3 kids, 1 being an infant. It was the perfect villa with an amazing pool that overlooked the canal, outdoor kitchen, very kid friendly with the outdoor play area. It was very clean, comfortable, cozy and big at the same time.The house was equipped with everything you need, including baby play pen, highchair, along with things you need for the beach like beach chairs, speaker. Natasha was an amazing host that checked up on us, and was quick to respond if we needed anything, she found us cleaners and babysitters along with recommendations for food. Definitely coming back here in the future with the family

Amazing House - Amazing Experience

This house and the overall experience was amazing. The pictures don’t fully do it justice. Very modern, comfortable, spacious, new and clean. All the amenities you could think of for the overall house, kitchen, laundry facilities, pool, water sports and beach. The neighborhood is very nice and the location isn’t a far drive from downtown and all the beaches. The host was responsive and took care of all our needs. If you can get this place take it - you won’t be disappointed. TURKS!

Graduation Trip

The property is very clean and the layout of the house is well done and spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms decor is tasteful and clean. The amenities are as they are described. The pool was great although it could have used a cleaning. The Sonos speakers were great to connect to for music in the great room. The kitchen was well equipped yet keep in mind there are no oils, spices etc. We felt safe in the neighborhood and really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone!

Fantastic Stay!

We had an amazing stay! Natasha and Anna were wonderful hosts, answering all my questions promptly and ensuring we were comfortable throughout our visit. The space was beautiful and had all the utensils and appliances we needed, including extras like a blender and an Instant Pot—things I rarely see at rental spots.Each bedroom having an en suite bathroom was a huge plus for our group, making the stay even more convenient. The green space was lovely and is perfect for families with kids.The only challenge we faced was finding the address initially, as we arrived a bit early to locate it. Anna was super helpful and shared her coordinates, which made all the difference. After that, we had no issues at all.The kettle didn’t work, but this was shared with the host and was a minor detail in an otherwise perfect stay. I’d highly recommend this place and would love to return!

We had an amazing stay at this absolutely beautiful canal front home. A striking architectural house that sits perfectly with the pool, canal, outdoor kitchen, dock, and fire pit - all right there for your enjoyment. The house is very spacious, with 4 ensuite bedrooms. The kitchen is extremely well appointed, and along with the outdoor grill provided everything we needed to cook at home most of our nights in Turks. We simply didn't want to leave the house after we got back from our afternoon excursions. The house seems quite new and all the appliances were very high quality. And a great bonus - super cold AC! A very nice treat after returning from golf, snorkeling or the beach. We especially loved the paddle boards and kayaks that we took out on the canal each day - such a fun adventure going through the canals and out to open water if desired. The Leeward side of Providenciales is peaceful and beautiful - definitely one of the most desired locations to stay. It's only about a 5-7 minute drive to the shops, restaurants and hotels on Grace Bay Road. Check-in and communication with the owners/managers was perfect and easy using Whats App. I hope we can get back to Turks again soon - and would re-rent this home is a heartbeat. Would highly recommend for anyone considering a stay in Providenciales!

Beautiful Property; New Host

The property was beautiful and as pictured on the listing. I was initially nervous to book because it only had one review, but I was happy with the villa. The bedrooms were nice and spread out, the quiet room was a nice touch since several members of my party had work calls during our trip. The master bedroom had an amazing outdoor shower. The backyard had a beautiful pool, playground, fire pit, and trampoline. The kitchen was fully equipped with state of the art appliances and kitchen accessories such as blenders, a Keurig coffeemaker, and basically everything you could imagine, but there were no seasonings. We had 2 issues during our stay: one with the A.C. in one of the bedrooms, but the hosts were responsive and fixed it within the day. The other issue was something that I think a more seasoned host would handle, and that I’m sure will be corrected in the future. The listing states that there is soap provided in each bathroom, but we weren’t provided with any bath wash or shower gel. Since soap is standard in all rentals, and listed in the Vrbo as provided, I was surprised when we reached out and were told that this was not included in our stay. We would have planned accordingly had we known, but this can be a simple fix for future bookings. Buy or bring everything that you’ll need for your stay! Overall, I would highly recommend the property, as it was clean, spacious, and quiet, and I would stay here again!
