Shoalwater offers plenty of amenities to enjoy including; an outdoor pool, indoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool, tennis courts, fitness room, grilling area, outdoor shower, indoor hot tub and fantastic boardwalk to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Location is great as well, close to shopping, dining, and lots of fun in the sun. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Great for Older parents

Geriatrc spring break - perfect unit. Ground floor location with a beach view. Our older parents age 86/85/83 really enjoyed easy access to pool area and board walk. Short walking distances from parking lot etc. Spacious 3 br/ 3 ba for privacy.

Great Beach Condo

My family and I loved being in the first floor!! Having kids, it made it so easy to lug all the beach essentials back and forth everyday. Beds were comfy and everything was neatly decorated for a modern beach condo. We also loved the oversized patio being on the corner!

Lovely 1st Level Condo

The room is nicely decorated and we all enjoyed not having to use the elevator. It was very clean and conveniently located to shopping and dining options. The only problem we ran into was that the air conditioner could not seem to cool the entire unit equally. The master bedroom couldn't get as cool as the rest of the unit.If you sleep better in a cold room it was an issue. Otherwise everything was fantastic.

Absolutely perfect!

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed, it held our group of six with room to spare! The condo is updated and very clean, the beds were a dream to sleep on. Myself and my mother suffer from feet and back issues so the ease of getting to the pools, parking lot, and beach was excellent for us. You can literally step off your patio into the pool area. We could sit on the large patio and watch our kids play in the pools and enjoy the ocean. We basically had the entire pool area and beach to ourselves our entire trip. The location is also great for visiting shops, restaurants, and parks. I would love to return to this location many times in the future. Security was very present making rounds ever so often and staff were always ready to assist if needed. If you are looking for a quiet beautiful stay with minimal people this is your place!

Disappointed

Repairs, maintenance issues, overall property and amenities were just low quality compared to several others we have stayed at. Response from booking agency was non-existent and property management. Very disappointed in the property.

Not the same!

We have stayed in this unit each summer for the past 5 years - we love the decor, the location & especially the convenience of the first floor. However, this year was not an enjoyable vacation. We were told there was ongoing construction but weren’t expecting it to be so unbearable. The construction crew totally takes over the beautiful patio each day charging their phones, having/storing their lunches - it was totally theirs from 7.30- 5 each day. The noise all day was deafening- no sleeping late or naps on this vacation. Once they leave at 5 the scaffolding still totally blocks the view we have always enjoyed & looked forward to.

Overall good time

Thankfully, the construction blocking our patio was finished on our second day there so we were able to exit the gate from our patio to the pool instead of walking all the way around the condo. We were overall pleased with the condo. The light switches were a bit weird and some plugs didn't work. Bring hangers and a dust pan with you because there aren't any provided.
