A private air-conditioned foyer keeps you cool as you move into your home away from home. This condo is a fourth floor corner unit with a wraparound balcony making it a unique, choice property. Each of the three bedrooms has a private sliding glass door access to the balcony and beautiful view of the beach. Two complete walls of the living room are 100% glass, giving a breath taking panoramic view of the beach and ocean.

Just image yourself in this spacious condo for a week or more enjoying all the gulf coast has to offer. Start the day with a walk along the waters watching the dolphins as they play a short distance from you or begin the day with a workout in the spacious fitness room on the eighth floor. During the day, the family can enjoy the white sands of the beach, or the quiet outside pool. Your stress will disappear with the use of the glass enclosed pool and hot tubs provided for you on the seventh floor. If tennis is your game, enjoy a friendly match on the glass enclosed air-conditioned courts. Spend the evenings barbecuing on the beachside grilling patio, sitting quietly on your private balcony with perfect view of the sun setting on the ocean, or dining out at some of the restaurants in the area. A guide and menus to many of the attractions and restaurants in the area are provided to helping you pick the right choices for your family. As the evening continues, take a quiet walk on the beach with loved ones, or spend time crabbing along the coastline, or take a short walk down to Flora Bama (one of the Gulf Coast’s hot spots). Whatever you do, you will bring home wonderful memories to share for years to come.

The condo’s living room, kitchen and dining area are surrounded by ceiling to floor windows. The spacious living room contains a large sectional sleeper sofa and two swivel rocking chairs to provide you with plenty of sitting area. Unique to this living room is the game table. On cooler or rainy days, you can entertain yourself and friends with a game of cards, chess, checkers, back gammon, or one of many other board games provided. Or sit back and enjoy a book or magazine or watch the new 75 inch Smart TV. HD Dish satellite service and blue-ray DVD player are provided for your convenience. The condo has WIFI service for your internet connections. A Denon sound system has been installed for your pleasure.

The dining table seats 8 and the island bar seats 5, making it a perfect space for family meals together.

The kitchen has granite counter tops and ceramic accent tiles. Included are utensils you might need for everyday cooking including a crock pot, an Instapot, mixer, and baking dishes. A large side by side stainless steel refrigerator / freezer will house all your perishables with ease. The kitchen is also equipped with a stainless-steel oven / cooktop and stainless-steel dishwasher You will find a good supply of dishes and glassware along with plastic supplies for the children.

The spacious bar has granite counter tops and is stocked with all glassware and accessories needed to make your favorite beverage. The separate ice maker at the bar will provide all the ice necessary for your daily outings.

The condo has three beautifully decorated bedrooms each with a view of the beach. Floor to ceiling draperies give special accent and are lined to darken the room if needed. Care has been taken to furnish each room for your comfort and pleasure. High quality mattresses with pads have been installed in each bedroom. Each room has its own private full bathroom with tub and shower. A private sliding glass door access leads onto the beautiful balcony. You will find HD flat screen TVs and HD Dish receivers in each room. Abundant closet and dresser space has been provided with luggage racks if you prefer.

The master bedroom has a spacious bathroom with a separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. The armoire houses a HD flat screen TV, HD Dish receiver and DVD player. A sitting area next to the sliding door provides a quiet, private get away to read, compose your thoughts or just gaze at the beach.

The large sectional sofa in the living room transforms into a queen size sleeper, linens and pillows are provided.

Take time to enjoy beach fishing, water activities, parasailing, jet skis, charter boat fishing trips, dolphin cruises, a game of golf at one of the many local courses, shopping in local stores and the Foley outlet mall or visiting the Wharf for a special day of adventures.
