This townhome is located Oceanside in Kawama Yacht Club, in the very heart of Key Largo, minutes away from John Pennekamp State Park, known worldwide for its' excellent scuba diving, snorkeling, and fishing. The townhome is tastefully decorated with a beach house feel. Featuring 2 bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 8, a master bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with full sized bunk beds and twin sized bunk beds, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a fully loaded kitchen, and a dining room with plenty of seating space. A washer and dryer is also included.
Located with a nice view of the salt water lake and adjacent to the "beach" on the lake as well as one of the swimming pools. The layout and location is perfect for families, as the adults can relax and watch the children swim and play in the lake as they sit on the screened in back porch. Use of a golf cart is also included (must be licensed driver to operate). A gas grill on the porch is also provided, as are fishing rods. Free high speed internet and wifi that can reach to the pool area, are included, as is an Amazon echo. (just ask Alexa to play some Jimmy Buffet music, or what the weather is gonna be)
The club's amenities include an on-site marina (with boat ramp) on the ocean side of key Largo adjacent to Molasses reef. This is a gated community with 24 hour security, a salt water lake full of marine life (no fishing allowed) , a small sand beach on the ocean, a jetty where you can fish, and watch the sunrise and set, 2 swimming pools, a children's playground, and tennis courts. These amenities make Kawama the best value for your money.
