The home is charmingly furnished and features many amenities for a comfortable, relaxing, and entertaining stay. The home is conveniently located nearby PGA West golf courses, Old Town La Quinta, Polo Grounds, and is only about 2 miles from the Coachella festival grounds!

The home is 1 story and has a spacious master bedroom with an ensuite master bathroom. There is a second bedroom with a nearby bathroom as well. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking and feasting needs!

The outdoor space is equipped with an outdoor kitchen featuring a grill and refrigerator. There is also an outdoor fireplace perfect for roasting marshmallows or stargazing. There is a custom saltwater pool and hot tub surrounded by beautiful vines and olive trees.There is plenty of outdoor seating weather you'd like to dine outside, relax with a cold beverage, or lay out by the pool.

The community in which the home is located, called Puerta Azul, offers a tennis court, fitness center, pool table, ping pong table, and bocce ball. Additionally, there is a large lap pool, recreational pool, and hot tub available for you.

Pool can be heated at $50 per day. Hot tub heat is included with your stay. Max temperature is for the pool is 88 degrees fahrenheit. Pool heat is 50% off for summer months from June 1st to September 30th.

There is a one time pet fee of $50. Max 2 pets. No pets over 70 lbs.

Pool service takes place every Tuesday and Friday. The gardener comes every Monday during the late morning.
