Enjoy incredible ocean views from this charming, two-story, family-friendly home in Gold Beach. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped island kitchen with loads of countertop prep space as well as an adjacent dining table for eight. Meet up in the living area and stream your favorite channels on the TV, or make your way up to the loft game room and bring some of the provided board games to the poker table. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, complimentary internet access, and multiple desks and chairs in the bedrooms for remote work or schooling.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

House was clean inside, windows were dirty that you could not see outside. Outdoor railing was dirty with algae, back deck was in need of some repair and backyard grass had weeds with thorns growing around it. Also in downstairs bathroom was a bowel under sink with water and mold.

Gorgeous, spacious home - large enough for 3 generations of family. Great library and game table upstairs and a comfy TV room downstairs. Beautiful touches in the downstairs master bath, like the stained glass in the entryway and the floor tile in front of the bathtub. Wish we could have stayed another week!

This house was such a great find. There were 4 adults and a dog in our group - but it could have accommodated more. There were 3 big bedrooms with their own bath and a smaller kids room with a double bed and bunks. There was a huge, well organized library and game table that made for fun evenings. The entertainment center was great - with access to most streaming channels. And the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking great meals. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful location for a beach stay

This house was really great. Really big, with 3 large bedrooms with their own bathroom and a smaller bedroom for kids with a bed and bunks. The kitchen was well equipped and made cooking easy. Nice entertainment center with access to most streaming channels. No immediate access to beach, but good ocean views from all upper windows.

I WANT THIS HOUSE!

I fell absolutely in love with this house. The views off decks in upstairs bedroom are to die for! The house is very clean, very big especially for mixes of family and friends. I immediately felt comfortable. The only one issues was 1 TV in entire house, I loved that not so much teenage girls. Also, closest thing to a city is 45 min drive. But you still WILL LOVE THIS HOUSE!!

Family Friendly and Great Location

Spacious, clean and comfortable place with family fun activities (movie, books, and games). Great location between Bandon and Brookings. Driving minutes from Gold Beach center and beach access.

A room for each of us - 5 bedrooms! Spacious, great ocean view. My nieces daughter was thrilled with the big library. My guests used the washer/dryer both days after playing on the beach. A lovely elegant beach retreat.

If you like clean, this is NOT your spot.

The home was dirty. We needed to wipe down all surfaces, as it was clear they were dirty immediately upon entering. Additionally, one of the upstairs bathroom showers didn’t drain, and the other had pubic hair on the wall of the shower. Yuck! The carpet was dirty and windows were grimy. Some people may appreciate the size, it was very large, but it is evidentially too large to properly be cleaned. Absolutely would not return. Wouldn’t recommend. One last note, you can’t get to the beach from this property.

Relaxing Getaway

The home was great, inside amd out. My only issue was the Queen bed upstairs. Other review reply stated it had been fixed and it wasn't. I couldn't sleep because it would squeak loudly anytime I moved.

Nice retreat

Great place with amazing views from upstairs. Can be a bit windy. Home is beautiful with lots of space, beach access is 1.3 miles north. No bbq.

Spacious with views but had issues

As others mentioned the ocean view is great from the upstairs rooms and balconies but not downstairs. Nice backyard with fire pit. House overall clean except kitchen drawers and cupboards were dirty inside and need cleaned. Front porch lights still not working and our family could not see outside and almost fell. The bed frame upstairs was broken and we had to place the mattress on the floor. No followup from vacasa. Lack of communication and responses were always scripted and generic. Would not accommodate a 11am checkout even when rental was vacant for a week following checkout.

Enjoy the yard while it's still there.

When you walk out to the end of the yard you get a view of Humbug Mountain and Sisters Rock along with Nesika Beach. The fence (as others reported) is a nuisance especially considering that the neighbors house was empty for my entire stay. Also the fence is only on one side of his yard and not the other! House was warm and bright. Driveway is a drive in-drive out if you don't mind driving on grass. The garbage did not get picked up so I dealt with that for a week. Neighborhood is quite with a few permanent resident (including the other neighbor). No sidewalks or streetlight, but that's fine with me. Overall house is good for many people or a solo adventurer. Having a yard is nice, even though it's slowly dispearing. But don't worry, erosion is a slow process and the house is set back about 80 meters from the cliff.

This property is spacious, but that's about all that was true to the photos. The photos show views of the ocean. This is possible with serious limititations only from the second floor from two bedrooms. The neighbor to the right has put up a privacy fence that obstructs the view and a grove of bushes/trees has grown tall and obstructs the views directly behind the house, not to mention the windows being so dirty we couldn't see out of them.. This property is on a high bluff, so you cannot reach the beach, hence the need to drive a mile away. Communication from property management ceased once we arrived, so there was no help to get windows cleaned, porch lights to work or to fix the musty smell we found in the house upon arrival, as well as other issues, dirty dishes on balcony, broken toilet seat, very poor quailty pots/pans.... Overall the place is feeling tired and tending towards neglect. We will not stay here again. However, we made the most of out of our stay and managed to have a good time. Just wished management hadn't gone radio silent.
