Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful home with ocean view

We loved staying in this house! It was spacious, quiet, very clean, comfortable and had gorgeous ocean views. The beach is about a 10 minute walk from the house though there are many beaches and scenic trails up and down the coast. The kitchen had everything we needed. We bought some fresh wild salmon from the local fish market and grilled it for dinner. We even made blackberry pie from the local picked blackberries. We slept great. We would stay here again!

Good location close to town and beach. Bed in master is unusable as you fall into a huge depress...

Good location close to town and beach. Bed in master is unusable as you fall into a huge depression. Other beds are fine. Bring your own furniture if you want to sit outside as furniture out there has collapsed due to rust. Also no coffee provided so bring your own. The trash can in front of the front door is kind of tacky but once you get in it feels nice. Lots of light.

We were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the home. Needs improvement. The bed in the masterbedroom is not good, sunken middle. No mattress pad. Shower door stick at bottom of the door, very hard to open and close. Mold on shower curtain in the other bathroom. No smoke alarm in the front bedroom. No screens on the sliding door to the patio. Only two chairs on the patio. Remotes to the air-conditioning units need instructions. No instruction to the beach trail, if there is a trail never found one. Just over all not as clean as we expected it would be.

Rented this house because it was new and had a nice ocean view. The modern layout is what we like and enjoy. Unfortunately the overall cleanliness was sub par. I was making excuses for the dirty switches, dirt in the corners and overall uncleanliness due to the fact that it was peak season and booked pretty much solid. But when it came to the bags upon bags of garbage and the smell they caused in the garage, that was not OK. Yet the worst thing was how disgusting the front bathroom was. The toilet had black stains throughout the bowl and the tub/shower was not much better. I only saw this as we were doing our final check for things on the way out as we were leaving. Now I know why my in-laws weren't happy about the place and rushed out first thing the morning of checkout. Very disappointed, was the worst experience I've had with a home vacation rental.

Beautiful home

The home is a beautiful home but obviously is not rented often and is neglected in between visitors. It does not appear anyone is checking on the state of the house/cleanliness before visitors arrive. Glad we didn’t find some of the things until we were checking out.

Locks that NEED to be fixed

I noticed that the master bedroom lock was backwards, one could lock it from outside the bedroom...this wasn't so bad because one could always get out through the sliding glass door.The lock on the master bathroom toilet room was also backwards. If some one were locked in that area there would be no way for them to get out except by breaking the door. A frail person could be seriously injured by accidently being locked in.

Don't Use Vacasa: Dirty Home

Absolutely terrible experience with this Vacasa property. The house was filthy and poorly maintained - carpet wasn't vacuumed, dirty dishes left in dishwasher, stove covered in stains with destroyed handles, and curtains had visible stains.Safety hazards everywhere: rusted outdoor chairs with one completely broken, featuring sharp rusted edges that could cause injury. Two rooms had non-working lights. Cheap curtains didn't even cover bedroom windows properly.Vacasa's customer service was non-existent. I messaged multiple times about these issues but received only canned bot responses that never addressed my concerns. When they bothered responding at all.For the money charged, this was completely unacceptable. The combination of filthy conditions, safety hazards, maintenance problems, and terrible customer service makes Vacasa a company to avoid. There are much better rental options that actually care about guest experience and property upkeep.Save yourself the headache - book elsewhere. This property and Vacasa's management are not worth your time or money.

Beautiful View

There was some good and some bad. Right off the bat we could not get into the WiFi because the property management company had given us the wrong information. Figured it out because I have experience with tech thankfully. Kitchen was nit stocked very well. The beg was old and had a crater in the middle of it. The yard was in shambles. It was surface cleaned but the longer we were there we realized how grimy it actually was. No information about the house had to figure it out ourselves. The ductles split was not functioning and I had to trouble shoot that myself. If I was the owner of this property I would be disappointed in the property management company. They are not taking care of this property. Thank you for letting us stay, it could be an amazing experience if someone cared.

To start, when we arrived on Saturday afternoon there was a smell coming from the garage. Opened the door to stacks of garbage. Looked and smelled like they had been there for awhile. Messaged Vacasa and Vrbo. Were told they would contact local manager and it would be taken care of. Called on Sunday, received lip service again. On Monday they said to leave key in lock box it would be remedy. Came home late, still no resolution. On Tuesday we were on the phone again. around 3 in the afternoon someone showed up and removed 1 1/2 truck loads of trash. During our conversation we allerted the staff to other problems. No smoke detector in the front bedroom, (completely removed and a hole in the ceiling), main bedroom bath shower door scrapes along the the tile, lights not working on front or rear entrance, the air conditioner has to be reset every day (very concerning), there is mouse feces through out the house and garage as well as spiders and ear wigs. There are to double chairs out the back door to watch the water. One was broken with sharp edges, the other one looked ok. My husband was sitting in it when it collapsed. He was scraped up and badly bruised. I reported this and was told someone would be calling. I have never received a call after reporting twice. The customer service is lacking and I'm very disappointed with the company. I have been renting with you for years. This is the worst experience I have ever had. It looks nice from the outside, really

Family vacation

Beautiful home within walking distance to a beautiful beach. Enjoyed our early morning walks, there are few people and lots of wild life. Neighborhood was very pleasant although modest construction noise from units that are not completed was a slight daytime annoyance.

New house

We were pleasantly surprised at how great the view was from this new construction but not sure how long that will last with other houses being built right in front of it. It was clean and nice but Wi-Fi didn’t work for 2 days and water not hooked up in fridge. Master bath tub didn’t work and some door locks installed backwards. I would stay again once the house was fully ready and construction finished.

Close to beach

Great place and big house! It was very clean and beautiful. The neighborhood is under construction. We enjoyed our stay but there are not a lot of places to eat in the area. We spent an afternoon at the beach but it wasn’t really close enough to walk if you have chairs, snacks, toys, etc. it was easy access though. We cruised down in the car. We also did the Jet boat ride up the river and that was cool.

Lovely home, new and fresh

Wonderful location, local feel and super quiet, in a great fresh new house. The area are getting newly built with construction around, this did not create any issues for us. Would absolutely stay it the house again.

Nice house view was lacking. Called for a problem with heat pump no call from maintenance or a tech. For the money spent disappointed in lack of concern. Would rent again
