This home is a hidden gem just south of Otter Point State Recreation Site. Not only are you steps away from sandy beaches, where you can spend long days lounging in the sun or building sandcastles, but you'll also be a short drive to Rogue River. Challenge yourself on the whitewater, view beautiful wildlife, fish for steelhead and salmon, and kayak. And, for the best in Pacific Coast storm watching, Gold Beach is the place to be in the winter.

A three-car garage is on the first level of this home, so you have to climb a few stairs to get to the front door. Up there, you'll find a glorious view and a big deck for enjoying it. The cozy living area has big windows so you can still experience the views from the indoors. Keep the sliding glass doors open in the summer to hear the sound of the surf, and let the ocean breeze flow in. This room has a sofa and futons that are great for extra sleeping space at night, a 4K smart TV with cable, and a gas fireplace.

With an open floor plan, the kitchen is easily accessible from the living room. This well-planned kitchen has everything you'll need to cook a delicious meal for your group. Even if you're stirring up a big pot of clam chowder on the stove, you'll still have big windows to look out of towards the ocean. This kitchen also has a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Serving your feast will be easy - there's a breakfast bar where you can pull up a stool and grab a bite, and the dining room is right next to the kitchen. The bright and open dining area is the perfect place to gather for a big brunch or just to share a pizza.

If you're lucky enough to snag the main bedroom, you'll fall soundly asleep on the sleigh bed with a sweet featherbed topper mattress. With pleasant lighting and an ocean view through the window, you may decide to sleep in until noon and enjoy breakfast in bed! This bedroom also has its own full bathroom. The loft may be the coolest place to set up camp. This room has another great ocean view, so the kids may need to flip a coin for this spot!

Other amenities include high-speed WiFi for uploading all those fabulous beach photos and a washer and dryer to help keep everyone clean and dry. There's a rec room downstairs with a foosball table, a mini-putting green, a small pool table, and an extensive VHS library for the TV. There is endless entertainment and plenty of entertaining things to do. And there are also game and book libraries to keep everyone entertained.

With all the state parks nearby along the coast, you'll never run out of places to go. Whether you come for the sun and the sand or the fresh fish, Ocean Magic is the perfect place to call home for a while!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
