*Renters must be at least 25 years old

*Place garbage on the curb on Sunday & Wednesday evenings for pick-up

*Respect the home and neighbors as you would your own

*Violations of rules 1–4 may result in immediate eviction and forfeited refund. Rule 4 violations incur $600 cleaning fee.
