Folie ‘a Deuxn is a beach lover's dream come true. With its funky New Orleans vibe and amazing views, you will never want to leave. Located on quiet and secluded Pine Street in Grayton Beach, you will be swept away with the view of the beach and sand dunes of Grayton Beach State Park. A short walk down a paved road leads to the sandy path that takes you onto gorgeous Grayton Beach. It's a quiet street located in the middle of 30A.
Come relax on our huge front porch and enjoy spectacular sunsets with your family and friends. We are a short stroll to the pristine sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Perfectly situated on a quiet street, you can walk to the beach, the Red Bar, shopping, or just relax in the large hammock on the deck.
The house sleeps up to 8 people and has lots of amenities to make your stay a pleasant experience.

This is a rare treat. A true beach house not a concrete and glass condo by the beach. The porches and living areas all have that special feel that you should get by the seashore. Easy walk through the dunes to the beautiful beach. Living areas very comfortable, good kitchen and nice bedrooms.

Perfect Beach House

This was an amazing house with views of the dunes and water and sunset. Large comfortable porch. Very easy to get to beach in a walkable community.

Fun House and Great Location

We loved our trip! The fun decor in the house makes for an enjoyable stay. The view from the front porch is beautiful. We also really liked being able to walk to shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful Getaway!

The house was great! The eclectic decor made the home fit in so well with Grayton Beach. The house was a very short walk to beach access. Quick drive to The red bar and other great places Grayton has to offer. The view from the front porch was amazing- we enjoyed our stay so much!

We enjoyed our stay! Close walk to the beach and lovely sunset views over the dunes from the front porch ( which is where we spent our time when at the house). Steep stairs inside and out- not an issue for us but may be a consideration for others. We would rent here again! Thanks for the great Grayton hospitality!

This is wonderful location in Grayton Beach. House is convenient to all things 30A has to offer including being steps away from the white Sandy beach. Excellent and easy communication. We look forward to returning.

Gem in the dunes

Beautiful property! We spent so much time on the front porch and felt total peace nestled in the dunes. The property was super clean and had plenty of room for people to spread out. Felt way bigger than pictures. We never used the indoor showers as the outdoor shower was amazing. The home was well stocked with kitchenware, supplies, beach towels, and beach stuff. The walk to beach entrance was super short but once you reach sand still a little walk to actual beach with beautiful scenery. Great communication w host and I hope we get the chance to return to this beautiful, peaceful gem.

One of the last of the true old beach house types. Rustic porch with hammock facing sunset. Lots of cool New Orleans and Redneck Riviera art. Outdoor shower stall and easy beach axis.

Great location in Grayton beach

Great location in Grayton beach. The house was as pictured on the listing. To make the stay better it could use some updates. The mattresses and bedding felt very dated. New pillows and bedding would go a long way.

Fantastic - the way 30A used to be

My family and I absolutely loved our time at the house. I grew up going to the beach over in Santa Rosa and in Grayton, back before all of the massive houses for 20+ people were built. This place embodies all of the best qualities of the way things used to be, but also with the modern amenities you expect today. The location right on the state park is great as well. We'll definitely be back.

Lovely Grayton Beach House

Beautiful views of sand dunes, white sand & crystal-clear waters. Very comfortable eclectic house. Easy easy walk to beach. When not at the beautiful beach I was in the hammock on porch. Walking distance to yummy food. Plenty of shopping nearby. Basically the perfect house for my family in Grayton beach. Ty! ♥️

The Best of the Best

This home has a wonderful screened in porch ! We spent hours out there looking at the beautiful dunes, playing cards, talking, and reading books. We ate dinner on the porch each evening. The colors of the house are bright and cheerful. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. We also feel at home at this special house.

The location and property is perfect. Being able to see the Gulf Dunes and incredible sunsets is priceless. Short walk to pristine, uncrowned beach is easy. The beach home was spotless and very well appointed for a vacation atmosphere. The communication was excellent. One of our family members was diagnosed with leukemia when we first booked and we were able to move dates a number of times. Thank you for great vacation!!!

Great Week in Grayton!

My wife, our two daughters, son-in-law and grandson had a fantastic week in Grayton and loved this house. We basically lived on the front porch if we weren't at the beach or out around town. The weather was perfect and that porch was awesome! We had coffee each morning on it and just enjoyed the views. Siestas on the hammock and evening meals were also highlights of life on the porch. It was an easy walk to the beach as well as Chiringo's which we hit up a few times. The house is in the middle of a bunch of newer/bigger houses, but we really loved the feel and charm of this house.... it felt like what Grayton was and should be. Hope to go back next year.

Old house with ants

Small house on a great street. Would not rent if you expect to spend time in the house as there is little space for cooking and relaxing. Ants throughout the top floor. Property manager kept deposit with a long list of false accusations and has not responded to my request for an explanation. We’ve stayed in Grayton for years and this was the worst house and worst overall experience.

Old Florida Gem!

We feel so lucky to have found this house! A wonderful slice of Old Florida, charmingly decorated for a comfortable modern vacation (and becoming increasingly hard to find). The location is awesome - a short walk to a wonderfully uncrowded beach and an easy bike ride to lots of great restaurants and coffee shops. The exterior looks even better than the photos - having been recently painted in shades of grey with bright turquoise shutters and orange doors. Private outdoor shower and storage area were great for coming back after a day on the sand. The front porch is the best part of the house - plenty of room for our family of 7 to play games, lounge, and watch the sunset over the dunes - we spent all our time out there. The interior of the house has a wonderful vintage aesthetic - bright and colorful compared to the neutral palette preferred by most designers these days. Every little detail was thought of - from straw bags for the beach to a wagon to carry all our gear to a large selection of games for nights on the porch. No, it's not like the luxurious new houses popping up all over 30-A, and that's what makes it so special. It's old and retro and comfortable and a little weathered the way a beach house ought to be. We had a lovely relaxing week and can't wait to go back!

Great location and perfect beach house

This property is the perfect beach house with a screened porch with a hammock that you overlook the dunes and can see the ocean. Fun styling in the house and all the amenities to make for a great trip. Just magical!!!

We loved our week at Folie a Deuxn. Such a sweet little house with so much charm. And on the perfect end of the best street in Grayton Beach.
