Enjoy a stylish experience at this large centrally-located place. New and fresh apartment 5 blocks from the beach. Great bathroom and practical small kitchen. Two balconies one with an ocean view and one with lush planting. Great for couples or single people who like to explore a PV local neighborhood and feel like you live in PV and not in the tourist area. Walking distance to MalecĆ³n & zona Romantica. No stairs but a soft steep one block walk from the main avenue. Spacious studio you can stretch a yoga . It has insulated windows dressing/bathroom and kitchen. Two balconies one with ocean view and a garden in the other.

Could not have been a better stay

In summary my review title says it all. Excellent hosts, a modern & well appointed apartment in a well established and dynamic neighbourhood, great location for easy access to the beach and restaurants and shops and the popular spots around Puerto Vallarta.

Great little spot

This was the perfect spot for my husband and i..we spent out first 3 days here before heading to our next spot..we would absolutely stay here again and the owner was very gracious from the start of booking, to meeting us here the night we got in..great aparment!! Beautiful studio perfect for 2

Arrived earlier than expected to a welcome greeting from Fernando. Studio is walking distance to Malecon and Old Vallarta. Very clean, well equipped, safe to leave both patio doors open day and night. This studio is the perfect gem for travellers! We enjoyed our stay especially with variety of restaurants close by.

A perfect time!

This apartment was PERFECT. In great condition and well-kept. Itā€™s in a really safe, bustling neighborhood with lots of things to do in the neighborhood. I stayed here for three nights. Juan Fernando was a perfect host and an excellent communicator. I will be booking again in the future!

Fantastic Location.

This was are second stay here. Juan was very responsive and friendly. The unit is well appointed with all your needs and is close to the market, grocery store and great restaurants. The beach is about 5 blocks away and the balcony has a view of the ocean. We had a wonderful stay here for 16 nights and would definitely stay again. One note is that it is up a hill so you do need to be somewhat mobile but this is great for the views.

Spectacular Spot!

My husband and I stayed for two weeks in this unit. Our host Juan was very helpful and responsive. The unit was well appointed and he even left a welcome basket which was much appreciated. The condo is in the fabulous neighbourhood of 5th of December with access to lots of restaurants and shops to get everything you need. It is at the top of a large hill so keep this in mind if you have mobility issues but with the hike came a great view. Would definitely stay here again.

Hidden secret in 5 de Diciembre area!

The studio is meticulously clean and modern. Furnished with great attention to detail, great utilization of space. Sculpture and wall art were created by the owner! Terrific kitchen to cook like a chef. Well stocked with the right tools and appliances. Very comfortable and very attentive host... Fernando...Thank you for all your details during my stay. Great restaurants...love the friendliness of the area.Perfect for one person or a couple! Highly recommend.

Great location!

Fernando is the best. He met us at the unit to explain everything. When we told him we were vegetarian, he sent us a list of restaurants which was so helpful. The area of Cinco de Diciembre is a short walk from downtown therefore much quieter and more like a real neighbourhood. The unit is bright and with windows and patio doors open there was a lovely breeze. We didn't even use the air conditioning. I would definitely stay at Fernando's again.

Perfect stay in 5 de diciembre

Juan Fernando has created a perfect place to stay in 5 de diciembre. The studio, while not huge, is perfectly appointed and we happily stayed there for 12 days in March, 2023. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is beautiful. Fernando has thought of every detail, from a privacy curtain in front of the sliding door to the street, to a good knife, great pans and scissors in the kitchen, to extra towels and storage for anything you bring with you. We appreciated the small sample toiletries (shampoo etc) because we were travelling carry on only and had very little with us. He was quick and attentive to any messages we sent him and we would highly recommend him, In fact, we hope to stay with him again! Gracias Fernando y adios

Super Studio in interesting local area

I loved my stay at Kai Loft. It is bright, clean and modern and everything was in working order. The local area is interesting with good health orientated restaurants and a good selection of restaurants. The local fish and vegetable markets were good and the main supermarket is within walking distance. The beach is 10 mins away. The malecon is 15 mins away. The area was quiet at night for sleeping apart from a few dogs barking. The last block up to the apartment comprises of quite a steep hill, but very "doable." Fernando, the host of Kai Loft, is amazing and a super nice person who was kind, responsive and very helpful. Simply, "the best" and I would stay here again at any time in the future.
