Situated right in the ocean block of coveted North Rehoboth, you will be just steps away from the boardwalk and beach as well as the restaurants, shopping, and fun of downtown. This single-family house welcomes you with first and second floor front porches perfect for relaxation, people watching, and enjoying the salt air. Ample front- and backyards and a back deck off the kitchen allow plenty of space for family play and relaxation. 17 Olive is a premier vacation home, ideally located to enjoy all Rehoboth Beach has to offer!

FIRST FLOOR: You will find a master bedroom on the first floor with a private full bathroom, two living areas (one with a gas fireplace), large dining area, new mudroom and powder room, laundry room, and brand new well-equipped kitchen. A gas grill is available for your use in the backyard.

SECOND FLOOR: There are two master suites on the second floor, with the main suite featuring a spa-like vibe with both a shower and beautiful soaking tub. There are two more bedrooms that share a hall bath. The second-floor front porch is accessible to all through the upper hallway and provides great views, sunbathing, and relative solitude.

There is convenient off-street parking for four cars. This is a non-smoking home and pets are not permitted. All TVs are ROKU-ready for viewing ROKU TV offerings or streaming whatever premium channels tenants subscribe to.

We had a great time in this lovely beach house. The rental was well appointed and there was plenty of room for extended family. It was close to everything, but the street still felt relatively quiet. Would definitely book again!

Amazing stay! Very clean and as described. Great setup for large groups including separate bathrooms. All of our guests slept well and said the mattresses were fine. Large fridge, beautiful porch. Only minor suggestion is to include a few more small wastebaskets for bedrooms and baths. Very convenient location without feeling too crowded. Thanks for an incredible spot!

Beautiful Home

The home is beautiful! We had our annual ā€œGirls Reunionā€ (our 41st year) and there was plenty of room for 10 women. We loooved sitting on the front porch and laughing, had a great time at the Sea Witch festival, and of course we loved the ease of walking on the boardwalk and of course enjoyed sitting at the ocean! This house is the perfect house to park your car and walk around Rehoboth and enjoy the great outdoors!!! (Maybe provide some dish towels)

Great property in excellent location!

Great week with friends and family. Perfect distance from the beach & boardwalk. Close to all amenities but not too close so the beach is slightly less crowded and you escape some of the noise & activity from Funland and Rehoboth Ave. Absolutely no complaints.

Great house for the plunge

We have been coming to Rehoboth Beach for the polar bare plunge for the last 15 years and this by far was the best year yet. The house was centrally located, so it was easy to get to the bars and restaurants downtown. Loved the house so much, my friends already want to book it for next year. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with our realtor, Bill . Upon arrival we discovered the house had been missed for cleaning. We called Bill and he immediately got back to us and had the cleaners there within 15 minutes. We also alerted him to the issue with a water leak under the sink. We have been renting in Rehoboth and Lewes for many years and this was one of the best experiences we have had.
