"Here is our official review of 17 Olive that we'd like you to add to your comment if possible, thank you for being flexible and understanding. Our review following our October weekend girls trip: The house is in the perfect location and is absolutely stunning, I could not believe how close we were to the beach and restaurants! Booking was easy and seamless and communication was always quick and helpful. The bedrooms were spacious and having three rooms with attached bathrooms was really convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies (a positive surprise) and had plenty of room for us all to spread out between the island and kitchen table. We had 11 adults in our group and we never felt on top of each other, always enough room to spread out and be comfortable. Being able to park several cars in the long driveway was super helpful and also made weekend parking stress free. We will absolutely be booking this house if we ever find ourselves in Rehoboth again! Thank you! "

Family vacation: We had a great time. Perfect location and house was big enough for 8 adults and 2 kids. Kitchen was well stocked. Mattresses could use a little updating (except main). Loved the covered front porch which was large and comfortable. Updated and decorated very nicely. Driveway could hold 3 large SUVs and was key! Dining area seated 8 comfortably. Having someone come and take the garbage out and back was a nice amenity. Natural gas grill was a nice feature as well. I would definitely recommend and may stay there again if we return to Rehoboth.

Beautiful clean property. Kitchen well equipped for an extended family/stay holiday. Perfect location just one block from the boardwalk/beach.

Location to the beach and boardwalk is amazing. Plenty of bedrooms for our family and room to enjoy meals together. Upstairs master bathroom is wonderful. The other 2 upstairs bathrooms are adequate. All in all a very comfortable vacation home.

Great location

Very well situated, walking distance to main street and the board walk. We came during the off season but hopefully will be able to check it out during the summer.

We had a great time in this lovely beach house. The rental was well appointed and there was plenty of room for extended family. It was close to everything, but the street still felt relatively quiet. Would definitely book again!

Great location for the start/finish for the marathon. And great location for the boardwalk shopping, eating, and beach!!! Will definitely rent again for a future trip. House was fantastic.

The house was exceptionally nice. Well appointed and spacious. The proximity to the boardwalk, restaurants, shopping on Rehoboth Ave and the beach made for a delightful time for my family. It was great not having to drive everywhere and search for parking.

Amazing stay! Very clean and as described. Great setup for large groups including separate bathrooms. All of our guests slept well and said the mattresses were fine. Large fridge, beautiful porch. Only minor suggestion is to include a few more small wastebaskets for bedrooms and baths. Very convenient location without feeling too crowded. Thanks for an incredible spot!

This is a beautiful house, perfectly located. We rented it last year, too, for our whole family. We'd love to rent it again, but there were some issues.The grill was in disgusting condition - dirty, rusty, unusable. Fortunately, the agent replaced it completely and in time for us to entertain our guests. Dishes were put away in the drawers without having been completely washed. That was also disgusting. Part of the problem, I suspect, is that there was no dishwashing liquid in the kitchen, unlike last year. If a renter is too lazy to go out and buy the stuff and just does a rinse in the dishwasher, this does not come out well.There were other problems with cleaning. The air intake vent under the stairs on the ground level was full of dust. The problems we experienced were not with the house or the property, but primarily with the way it was cleaned and prepared for the next guest. Coldwell Banker can do better. We didn't have those problems last year.It was a wonderful stay. Thank you!

We’re sorry to hear about the cleaning issues you encountered. We do want to clarify that Coldwell Banker does not perform the cleaning of the properties. We work with independent cleaning contractors who are responsible for preparing the homes between guests, and we absolutely take your concerns seriously and address them with the cleaning team when issues are brought to our attention. We appreciate you pointing out the dishes, dust on the air intake vent, and the lack of dishwashing detergent. We will follow up with the cleaning contractor to make sure these items receive additional attention going forward. Great property in excellent location!

Great week with friends and family. Perfect distance from the beach & boardwalk. Close to all amenities but not too close so the beach is slightly less crowded and you escape some of the noise & activity from Funland and Rehoboth Ave. Absolutely no complaints.

The house was beautiful. Parking rnough for 3 trucks plus a car. Lots of room in the house. Bring sheets, bath towels, soap, TP and paper towels.
