Charming Lakehouse /w boat dock and heated pool

Retreat with everything you need. Fully furnished and tastefully designed 3 bedroom home on a quiet 2 acre private property, with a short 5 min walk to a shared boat dock. Boat dock is shared between our two properties only.

Home has all the conveniences you can think of to make a perfect getaway. You can sit around the campfire in the evening or just enjoy wildlife site seeing. Rent a boat and explore Lake Lanier or relax by the fire pit or pool.

Great for families and those looking to get away to recharge.

Geat House!!! Great Location!! The house was very nice, and had everything we needed. The property was beautiful. We enjoyed watching the deer come into the yard every day. The owners were very nice and very responsive. I highly recommend this property and would definitely go back again.

The property is attractive, inviting and well kept. Since it is spacious, not cluttered there is continuous ease of movement, room for one's belongings. We definitely would love to return should the need arise. We also enjoyed the property we visited in this area two months ago but prefer this setting.

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful vrbo for our wedding weekend! It was the perfect place to peacefully relax after all the festivities. We enjoyed the walk down to the lake to enjoy our morning coffee, swam in the pool, had dinner on the patio dining table and made a cozy fire in the evening! The house was secluded and it was a nice romantic getaway! If we are ever back in the area for another long weekend, we will absolutely stay here again.

Great Weekend

We were in the area for a wedding and the place was wonderful to entertain until then. Lake was great for the dogs and the pool was great for the humans. Very well stocked kitchen for a rental too! Owners couldn’t have been nicer to deal with.

Great house!

We had a wonderful stay. Kids loved the pool and the bunk beds! Plenty of supplies for our group of 7 ladies. If we venture back to Georgia, we would definitely stay here again. Houses nearby, but you wouldn't know it. Quiet and peaceful. Loved the walk to the water.

What a wonderful place

The property was clean with updated fixtures throughout. It was roomy and comfortable. The mattresses were comfortable and there was a nice outdoor space. We will definitely book again!

Stayed here while our son competed in the triathalon championship. The house was in a great location, and the owners did a great job getting everything ready for us. We look forward to staying here again!

Very pleased

We were very pleased with our stay. Host was great & provided welcome snacks and even had coffee & filters available. House was very clean & comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen (even though we never used anything except coffee pot). Even saw a few deer in the morning. We will definitely stay there again next time we come to town.

Not only did our kiddo have fun as well as us.. But the dogs had a blast as well! We will be back for sure! Highly recommend this place! Also, Alex and Julie are quick to answer any of your questions! They also thought of EVERYTHING.. If you forgot something don’t worry I’m sure it will be there! Make sure to take a stroll down to the lake, you won't regret!

We were just there during the nights to sleep because we were gone racing during the day. 20 minutes from Road Atlanta. The beds are very comfortable. Very clean. I did like waking up and looking out the back door down the hill.

Husband booked the place but wife is writing the review.We have stayed at multiple VRBOs in this area and this is by far our favorite experience. We booked this ahead of the huge ice storm in Jan, anticipating power loss and needing a wood burning fireplace (while being close to our home). We are so glad we did!! Even though we didn’t lose power, it was so nice having a fire going with AMPLE firewood at our disposal. Thank you so much for the supply!I wanted to rave how impressed I was with how well everything was stocked and all the thoughtful touches around the house. I’m so used to having to bring extra things from home since so many rentals to not have adequate supplies. There was an abundance of towels, toilet paper, and kitchen/cooking items. This is a great place for kids. The kids room has lots of books and toys (our one year old loved this) and the coffee table downstairs was stocked with games, puzzles, and tons of great drawing supplies. We appreciated the high chair to use so we could leave ours behind. This would be a fantastic stay during the summertime. We stayed cooped up indoors but there’s an amazing yard, fire pit area, and trails for folks to explore (along with the pool and sauna).Plenty of space inside that we didn’t use and our two dogs were also very comfortable along.Thank you again for being amazing, communicative hosts and offering an incredible place!! 10/10 recommend

We are a family and happy parents of two wonderful girls (5y + 1y) and three very well behaved and goofy rescue hounds. We love traveling, entertaining guests and very passionate about healthy lifestyle. Recently we fell in love with life at the lake and would like to share this great experience with others.
We are new to being VRBO hosts and are constantly working on improving our charming house between guest stays and busy life with toddler and newborn baby - one step at a time (because we are human, although having superpowers would be very cool), but always trying to move forward, always passionate about what we do, and always working hard to earn your smiles and great feedback after each stay.

Unfortunately in the world of VRBO, a 5-star rating means 'Good', but a 4-star rating means 'Bad'. Please let us have a chance to resolve any problem, concern or issue before you provide us with feedback. We are always available to help!

You will have full access to the three bedroom home with electronic keyless code to access. Unfinished basement is not accessible at this time;
Garage is locked off for owners storage (there are certain things we just can’t store in the basement). Parking is in front of the driveway. There is a private dining patio and back deck with swimming pool; as well as a separate fire pit area.
House is located on a quiet 2.5 acre property, there is only one neighbor that might be visible from afar distance through the greenery by the pool side, but we will be working on blocking off that small gap with continued fence very shortly. Other than that property is very private. Our home is perfect for families and those looking to get away to recharge.
