Visiting the area

Nicely decorated, nice size bed and bathrooms (lovely remodeled baths). Well supplied kitchen. Little touches to make the stay enjoyable.

Wonderful place

Everything was very clean and modern. Wonderful bathrooms for each room, including a deep tub upstairs. It was a very comfortable stay for all of us, including the dog! Communication was constant, and all needs were met. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We can’t say enough good things about this place. It was perfect for the 6 of us while we were in Gainesville for a wedding. The owner is awesome and was always only a text away. There were 2 sets of laundry rooms, a refrigerator in each room, the bathroom are all updates and beautiful. Four minutes to downtown Gainesville was nice for going out to eat and activities. If anyone is thinking of staying in Gainesville look no further, this is the place. You can set outside on the patio and we saw deer come through one evening.

Sparkly Space!

Interesting space. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We had 6 cars for awhile and, yes, it was tight, but it also worked with all cars in the drive or the carport. Owners are having fun with the living room and dining room decorations. They're sparkly and up energy. Owners were very easy to reach and talk to. I wish them well.
