Direct beach front!! Casa Paquita is a luxurious beach home located in the prestigious community of Playa Langosta / Tamarindo. Experience the epitome of Costa Rican living in your own private Spanish-Mediterranean estate. Just a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo with its wonderful restaurants and art galleries, trendy shops and discos, you will enter the motorized gate of Casa Paquita and your own world of luxury, privacy and security. The beach gate by the swimming pools allows direct access to one of Guanacaste's most beautiful beaches. Watch the surf break from the edge of the infinity pool while you sip your favorite drink.

The classic Spanish-Mediterranean architecture with its hand-painted tile and large covered terrace are the essence of Casa Paquita. You will enjoy the beautifully manicured gardens and romantic balconies with spectacular views and breathtaking sunsets. Your vacation home is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!!!

Casa Paquita features five en-suite bedrooms in the main house, plus an additional 2 en-suite bedrooms in the Casita. The spiral staircase weaves around a 3 level waterfall that cascades down 2-sides of an open cylinder. The gourmet kitchen, breakfast nook, bar room, living room and front and back patios blend together to create a perfect common area overlooking the infinity edge pool and the Pacific Ocean. The large double infinity edge pool features a children's pool, spa seating with jets, four bar stools, and an easy entrance staircase. This enormous living area is perfect for large groups, family reunions, small intimate weddings or just the best vacation Costa Rica has to offer!

The main house sleeps 14 people with 3 king beds, 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4) and 2 queens beds.

The Casita sleeps 4 people with 1 queen bed and 2 double beds.

House-keeping services are provided 6 days per week There is also a grounds-keeper/pool cleaner on property 6 days per week.

Full concierge service is included and will arrange airport pickup, car rental and tour reservations, baby sitting and other luxury services.

This home was a wonderful group home! Located in a quiet neighborhood with everything you need. The property manager was amazing and so helpful booking transports and tours. We had an amazing time on our family vacation with our group of 13 people. The pool and outdoor area was the perfect place to spend the day - a mix of sun and shade all day, and the baby area of the pool was perfect for the 1 year old. The beach is steps away and we enjoyed the most amazing sunsets every evening. It was a quick 10 min walk to a sandier part of the beach where the kids loved bogie boarding in the waves. The house and kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking etc, and we had ample space for everyone. We do wish there was a bit more closet space or dressers to put away clothes in the bedrooms. Lorena the housekeeper and Oscar the groundskeeper were both amazing. Tamarindo was a quick few minute drive away and we loved checking out the restaurants and beach bars! Highly recommend a golf cart to get into town and different beaches. We probably would have skipped the car rental next time as most excursions we would get transportation provided for our large group. Jonathon was excellent to communicate with, very responsive and helped us in planning many excursions which kept everyone busy! We would come back in a heartbeat!

The house was beautiful, the location and beach access was convenient and stunning! Jonathan and Roy were very helpful helping us plan our trip and having golf carts delivered. Oscar took excellent care of the pool and gardens and he was a delight to talk with every morning while we were drinking our coffee pool side and taking in the gorgeous sunrise. That was all wonderful but it was Lorina and her assistant Maya that stole the show with their fabulous cooking. One of our party has Celiac and they went out of their way to cook gluten-free and pick up gluten-free options. All in all it was a great trip supported by great people and a beautiful and conveniently located house. Our family of 12 found it hard to leave! Thanks Jonathan and crew.

Fantastic Girl’s Trip!

Our stay at Cssa Paquita was wonderful! Jonathan was very responsive and helpful with our requests. Lorena and her assistants spoiled us with wonderful breakfasts every day, and 2 delicious dinners. We loved the infinity pool, and we were entertained by the monkeys in the trees. Pura Vida!

Our family group of 13 had a fabulous experience here. It is a beautiful home and we felt very safe. The hosts answered our questions promptly, and helped us arrange some great activities. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The living, dining, bar and outdoor areas were perfect for gathering together. The kitchen was well equipped for our large group. The view from the backyard/pool was amazing. Although the beach, only steps away from the house, is too rocky for swimming, the tide pools there were spectacular. We saw lots of fish, starfish, urchins, and sea cucumbers every day at low tide. The location worked well for us...it was much quieter than Tamarindo, and there were plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Tamarindo was only 5-10 minutes away by car. The staff, there every day, was very accommodating. We arranged for them to cook one dinner at the house. It was delicious and economical. We also loved seeing monkeys, iguanas, crabs, butterflies, parrots, and other beautiful birds from the pool area. We would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The home is beachfront, so we enjoyed peaceful walks every morning and watched the beautiful sunsets every evening. We even spotted monkeys playing in the trees above the pool, which was such a fun surprise for the whole family. Jonathan was incredibly helpful—he arranged our airport transfers and golf carts, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Lorena was absolutely amazing. She prepared a delicious traditional Costa Rican breakfast for us each morning, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The home was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for our family. We’d definitely stay here again!

Amazing house, great staff and incredible stay

I have only great things to say about our stay at this property. The bedrooms, outdoor area and location of the property were even better than advertised. Langosta beach was awesome and the house is almost perfectly located. The concierge (Jonathan) was incredibly helpful during the lead up to our arrival and the chef prepared some great meals! Would highly recommend staying here

We had a perfect trip staying at this beautiful house. The view is breathtaking and the house has everything you need. We felt so well taken care of from Jonathan’s helping arrange activities to the delicious meals and the house being cleaned for us. We travel quite a bit, and this house is one we would love to come back to! The pool area and yard are gorgeous and you can just walk out the back gate and be on the beach. It’s not an area for swimming in the ocean much, but you can just walk down the beach a little and there are areas for that or surfing. There is air conditioning throughout the whole house and locked gates so we felt completely safe and comfortable. This is my favorite VRBO I have ever been to!

Beautiful house for our family

The house was just as pictured - easy walk down to the beach and into Tamarindo. Property manager was quick to respond to all questions! Lorena cooked several dinners and breakfasts for us and they were fantastic! The pool has a unique layout great for our toddler as well as the teenagers! We would definitely stay here again!

We fell in love with Costa Rica the first time we visited in August, 2000. We enjoy the beaches of Guanacaste as well as the diverse activities the area offers. The surfing, golfing, fishing, turtle watching, horseback riding, zip-lining, and boating are all great. And the restaurants are world class!!

Casa Paquita is an extraordinary location, directly on the Pacific Ocean. When you awaken in the morning and open the curtains the blue waters of the Pacific are very calming. Just walk out the back gate and you are on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It is very spiritual!!!

Come stay with us and let our in house cook prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner for your group and enjoy the traditional costa rican cuisine.

Example of breakfast. Costa Rican style meal. Fried rice and beans (Gallo Pinto), eggs, bacon, corn tortillas, fresh fruit, grilled cheese. etc. Or anything that you want the cook to prepare.

Example for dinner. Grilled garlic Mahi-Mahi, rice and beans, fresh salsa, guacamole, lentils soup, BBQ ribs or anything that you want the cook to prepare.
