The balcony is accessible from both the living room and Primary Suite, with seating and an outdoor dining table perfectly positioned for slow mornings, breezy afternoons, and relaxed evenings overlooking the blue-green Gulf.

Inside, the open living area keeps the view front and center with large sliding glass doors, generous seating, and a large flatscreen TV. The dining table seats six, while additional seating at the granite breakfast bar makes meals and snacks easy for the whole group. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need for quick breakfasts, beach-day lunches, or a seafood dinner at home.

*Ariel Dunes I will undergo a roof replacement project beginning in mid-September and lasting approximately six to seven weeks. Guests may experience construction noise and temporary amenity or access impacts during this time. Rates have been discounted to reflect the potential inconvenience.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
