15th Floor, 2BR/2BA- Beautiful Views of Gulf of America & Lights of Destin! Newly Renovated & Beautifully Decorated! New carpet in bedrooms. New bedspreads, sheets, pillows, accessories, etc. You've chosen the perfect location for your family vacation! Short walk to emerald green water and white sandy beach with Life Guards.

The master bedroom has views of the Gulf also, 32’ flat screen TV, a king size bed and a large bathroom with a shower and garden tub. Hair dryers in both bathrooms. The guest room has a 27’ flat screen TV, a bathroom and 2 twin size beds. Living room has new leather sofas; one with queen size pullout and one is a brand new leather twin recliner loveseat all geared to watch Brand New 55" SMART TV with NETFLIX..

On the large balcony with new patio furniture; the whole family can enjoy a nice dinner while watching the sun set over the ocean. The resort has three large pools, (one Heated pool in the winter), a gym, sauna, access to over 2000 feet of powder white sand and emerald green waters, a championship 9-hole golf course, eight tennis courts, PICKLE BALL COURT and more.

At Ariel Dunes II it is easy to escape and relax. Your luxury Ariel Dunes II condominium is a step above the average vacation rental. In unit 1504 you will find a large private balcony, nine-foot ceilings, ceramic tile in the entry, kitchen and bath, granite counter tops in kitchen. All NEW WHIRLPOOL APPLIANCES; Keurig coffee maker & regular one. The unit includes a top of the line Bose surround sound system with new 55" SMART TV, NETFLIX & FREE high speed internet access.

Multiple restaurants in walking distance: Beach front dining at the popular Whales Tail. Cabana Cafe located downstairs is a fun family restaurant with live music & bar overlooking the pools. It stays open until 2am. Walk to: Acme Oyster Bar, Mezcal Mexican Grill, Sandlot Sports Bar, Two Birds Cafe, and Moo La La Ice Cream. Other nearby restaurants include: Pascalli Kitchen, Royal Palm Grille, Surf Hut, Pompano Joe's, and Crab Trap. Live music on the corner. Less than a mile from the resort entrance you will also find the well known Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

The owner has a beautiful property with great views. His property manager Walter is very accommodating and very quick to respond to any issues or concerns. We will definitely be coming back to the unit for other stays.

This place was great! Location to the beach was nice and the property was great. The pool is huge which our kids loved. The view was fantastic from the 15th floor. The building does check wrist bands so anyone not staying on the property can not join you.

We loved the property. There were lots of extras that most rentals don't have. Lots of blankets and pillows, spices, coffee, filters, soap shampoo.. If the person that I spoke with had been kind, it would have been perfect!

Wonderful Stay at Mirimar Beach

Nice condo with great view. We have stayed here three times and had another great visit. Nice furnishings, easy access to the beach, and plenty of room. The host is very easy to deal with and helpful.

Our fave condo

This was our third stay in this condo, and our 6th trip to Destin. This is our favorite place to stay. Always so clean, and the property manager is easy to contact if you have issues. View is incredible and it is a short walk to the beach. Enjoyed it and hope to be back next year!

A Wonderful Stay with a Perfect View

We stayed 6 nights and wish we could have stayed longer! The condo was clean and welcoming, and our access was smooth and easy. The kitchen was stocked with some basic spices, etc., and plenty of plates, cups, pots, pans, etc. The balcony had a wonderful view, and was set up with a table and chairs and high top chairs too. The beds were just a little firmer than we are used to, but we adjusted quickly. And just a side note, The primary bedroom's king bed is slightly elevated, so for those that are mobility challenged this might be an issue. We walked everywhere with no problem, even down to the Dairy Queen for a treat and the Circle K for a few basics! We did purchase some inexpensive chairs to be delivered from Walmart to the condo as there were no beach chairs in the condo. (Our friends who drove in for a few days took them home with them, as we had flown in and were unable to bring them home.) There is the option to rent a beach set up from a local company (LDV Beach Rentals) but we opted against that due to cost and availibility issues. We look forward to our next stay at this perfect condo in the Seascape Resort.

Everything was as expected. Great views. Responsive hosts. Would absolutely recommend. It was a short walk to the beach of maybe 10 minutes so bring a wagon to haul beach gear.

Location, location, location

Great area with plenty to do and places to eat. The beach is right in your backyard and watching the sunset from the balcony is awesome! The owner is wonderful and happy to help if needed. We would definitely come back!

Daughter’s Wedding

This property was an excellent choice for my husband and I. The condo is beautiful, very clean, well maintained. I feel pictures don’t due it justice. Never stayed anywhere that we have felt so comfortable before. Walter and Jimmy are great with any questions or concerns you have and respond immediately. We were there for daughter’s Miramar Beach Wedding during the hurricane. Walter assured us we would be fine and we were. Wedding was beautiful!!! Views from condo are gorgeous and is very convenient to everything. This condo is top notch and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Walter/Jimmy!!!!

Amazing week!

The condo was fabulous, it was very clean when we got there and stocked with everything we needed! Check in and check out was very simple. The condo is beautifully furnished and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We had a very enjoyable stay.

With new sofas, brand new A/C, new washer/dryer, new flooring, new carpet in bedrooms and all NEW WHIRLPOOL KITCHEN APPLIANCES including ice maker of course and filtered water!THIS CONDO IS STATE OF THE ART! A very short walk to the beach and with THREE SWIMMING POOLS (one heated) to choose from if you wish. The rates are extremely competitive with NOT a lot of added on fees like most condos! Photos don't do justice - YOU HAVE TO EXPERIENCE IT FOR YOURSELF!
