"Surfside 712" in the Surfside Resort is right next to the gorgeous white sand beaches and emerald waters of Miramar Beach, Florida! This spacious condo offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms. "Surfside 712" is on the 7th floor and has been updated with granite counters, new flat screen tvs, a beachy chic decor and new flooring throughout. The living room features plenty of seating, a flat screen TV, panoramic windows facing the bay and a wrap around balcony with breathtaking ocean views. The open concept dining / kitchen area has a large table with seating for six, an island with seating for three, and the kitchen is fully stocked with new dishes and cookware for all of your dining needs. It also offers a Keurig Duo coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, and mixer, to help you feel right at home.

This three bed, three bath condo sleeps eight. "Surfside 712" has two master king suites to choose from and each has a flat screen TV and private bathroom. The south master has gorgeous ocean views and an ocean view balcony. The north master has a beautiful view of Choctawhatchee Bay. The guest bedroom has two queen beds and also offers a flat screen TV. It is directly across from the hall guest bathroom. A stackable washer and dryer make it quick and easy to launder a few items after a day at the beach.

With only a short walk to the gated private beach access and a perfect location, "Surfside 712" is the best spot for your beach vacation! This resort style condo is your ticket to the perfect coastal lifestyle. Vacation any time of the year and enjoy the ocean view, a year round heated pool and two hot tubs. Take advantage of the onsite fitness center, order from Royal Palm Grille, the onsite restaurant or walk across the beach skywalk and order from the Royal Palm Grille Beach Bar located directly on the Surfside Resort's private beach. Enjoy use of the tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard area, and basketball court. Equipment can be check out from the Reception Desk in the Lobby. Book a relaxing massage at the onsite Surfside Spa or a visit to Rouge & Pure Co, the onsite salon. Vacation bliss is at your fingertips when staying at "Surfside 712". There is even an ice machine, ATM, and vending machine off from the lobby. With two elevators and baggage carts, getting in and out will be a breeze. After checking in at the Reception Desk in the Surfside Resort lobby, you will be given access to all of these wonderful amenities!

Every Friday & Monday at Sunset, the onsite restaurant, Royal Palm Grille Beach Bar, host a FREE Bonfire. There are no entrance fees and plenty of chairs are provided. Everyone is Welcome!! They offer smores and drink specials along with their full restaurant menu. This is a family friendly event and a great place to watch the sunset! They do not allow any offsite food or beverages at the bonfire.

"Surfside 712" is located off Scenic Highway 98, the original beach cruising spot in South Walton, Miramar Beach and the Destin area. This road offers a side paved path is perfect for biking, jogging or a wonderful beachside stroll. The path runs right across from the gulf offering expansive views of the coastline. It's also a local favorite for sunsets walks. You'll be a few block from world-famous Pompano Joe's Restaurant , where you can get the freshest fish and a tropical drink right on the beach. Another local favorite for blackened grouper or shrimp po' boys is Whales Tail, which also features a beachside bar. Jet ski, parasailing, banana boat rides and paddle board rentals are located on the beach in this area as well. Miramar Beach is full of many unique restaurants, fresh seafood and few fun shops that are walkable. There are always extra special excursions you can book such as deep sea fishing or pontoon boat rentals for crab island.
