Welcome to our bright studio with a view of the Aegean Sea from the window. Ideal for two, this peaceful retreat in Avlakia offers sunny mornings, the beach just steps away, and all the charm of an authentic Greek village. A large shared terrace is also at your disposal to enjoy the outdoors. Perfect for relaxing, exploring Samos, and savouring a simple, serene getaway. Set down your bags and let yourself unwind 🏝️🧳

This 25 m² studio is the ideal seaside escape for two. Wake to the sound of the waves and enjoy a bright, open space with two single beds side by side and a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, hob, essential utensils). From the window, enjoy a lovely view of the Aegean Sea, visible from both the sleeping area and the kitchen. A large shared terrace with table and chairs is also available for your moments of relaxation outdoors 🏖️🐚🌊

The bathroom has a shower, towels, shampoo and shower gel. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are included. Linens and towels are provided on arrival. For your comfort, towels are changed automatically every 3 days and bed linen every 7 days, between 11 am and 3 pm. A full mid-stay cleaning can also be arranged on request for €35, with a complete cleaning of the studio and fresh towels and bed linen 🪣🧼

☕ Everything on site is designed to make your stay easy. Our café welcomes you every day from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm on its terrace: start the day with breakfast by the sea — Greek coffee, iced latte, bowls and fresh toasts. And our mini-market right next door has you covered for the essentials — drinks, snacks, everyday items — no car needed 🥐🛒

🗝️ A self check-in, on your own schedule. You let yourself into the studio with a secure key box, whenever suits you. The code is shared just before your arrival, so you can settle in freely, with no rush. Arriving earlier? Just let us know the day before and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Even with self check-in, you're never on your own: a phone contact stays available throughout your stay for any question, tip or need — the number will be shared before you arrive. Luggage drop-off is also possible if needed 🤝
