Beulah Reed Retreat is a mid-century modern inspired home sitting 100 feet above the sea (outside of Tsunami zone) with unobstructed & magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean, coastline and Neah-kah-nie Mountain. This 2-level 4000+ sqft home has 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths and just completed a no-expense-spared down-to-studs renovation in the Fall of 2021. It is perfect for multi-generational family gatherings, friend/family reunions or small corporate retreats. The living /family room, dining room and kitchen are open concept with a soaring beamed wooden ceiling, a central 24-foot tall interior chimney with wood-burning fireplace adorned with rustic cut stone and surrounded on 3 sides by enormous windows to enjoy the mesmerizing and dramatic views. The fully stocked chef's kitchen is equipped with Bosch appliances including an induction cooktop, 48" side-by-side refrigerator, 30" oven, 30" speed oven, two large sinks and two dishwashers. A separate coffee station is equipped with a professional automatic coffee/expresso machine (Jura X8) and a stand alone ice-maker. The open kitchen configuration allows for multiple cooks to interact with the entire gathering and to enjoy the views.

Main level: Kitchen, living & dinning rooms; 3 en-suite bedrooms (one of which is handicap accessible), and a laundry room.

Lower level: Media room, 1 en-suite bedroom, Kids room, 1 shared bathroom and another laundry area.

Four of the five bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms w/ heated floors, 3 bedrooms have private 75-in HDTVs, all have ceiling fans and California king beds with luxury mattresses and linens (no down products, just high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, silk comforters, and linen duvets. The Paris Family Suite, which is located on the upper main level, has an additional set of twin-bed/trundle and can fit a portable playpen if needed; this bedroom also has a handicap assessible bathroom. A separate media room located on the lower level has an 85" HDTV and Sonos sound system. There are nearly a dozen art works throughout the home. Bedroom suites are either named after the artist whose work is presented in that room or the art itself.

Outdoors there is an 8-person hot tub, a 6-person sauna, and parking for up to 6 vehicles. A short path down to the 7-mile beach can be accessed just 5 houses down Beulah Reed road. Manzanita's quaint little town is just an easy walk away (about a mile).

Beulah Reed Retreat is located in a lovely, quiet part of the neighborhood where the Neah-kah-nie Mountain meets the sea. Most of our neighbors are full-time residents. We are grateful to have found this corner of the world where it is truly heaven on earth. We have the utmost respect and appreciation for the peace and tranquillity of this neighborhood and we hope you will too! Our home is designed to be a restorative retreat. It's a place to connect to nature, exhale and spend quality time together. We will NOT entertain requests to use our home for events. NO parties or large gatherings, NO loud music, NO smoking of any kind.

If you plan on working during your stay, we got you covered with 600MHz download speed. We have a business account with Spectrum. This set-up can accommodate multiple computers simultaneously without compromising speed.

PETS: Up to 2 dogs, each 50 lbs or less, will be allowed with property manager approval. There will be a $300 pet fee charged per stay in addition to the existing cleaning fee. A signed pet addendum will be required for each pet.

***NOTE TO ELECTRIC CAR OWNERS*** We DO NOT have e-charging capabilities onsite or in town. Please explore suitable options in the surrounding areas before booking. Cannon Beach, Seaside and Tillamook have charging stations.

The maximum occupancy for the home is 12 adults plus up to 3 children under the age of 12.

A 7-day booking Saturday-to-Saturday during peak season (Jun to Sept) is required; a 5-day minimum booking during Spring Break, Thanksgiving, Xmas or New Years is requested, and 4-day minimum booking is accepted during off season.
