Diane was a great guest. Easy to work with, very pleasant and looked out for our home. Would love to have her and her family back again. We have almost made it out of the peak season and we have had some great guests this year. We are looking for more great groups to host on 30A as we move into the fall and continue booking into 2027. If you and your family/friends would like to stay in a great location central to 30A very close to the beach, we would love to be your host! Reach out with any questions!

Matt was very responsive and an overall excellent host! The house was very convenient to everything we like in Seagrove/Seaside/Rosemary. The golf cart and bikes were a huge hit! I wish we could've utilized the paddleboards but we didn't get the opportunity. The pool located behind the house was a nice plus after hosing off from the beach the water was refreshing, I highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay overall! The house is close to restaurants and the beach. We had the option to walk with the provided wagon to the beach or take the golf cart (LSV) and park in a nearby lot. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided which we found very helpful! The house had a lot of space for our group of 6 and would highly recommend.

This beautiful property was perfect for our extended family vacation! It is well located just off scenic Hwy 30A but within a community on a cul de sac so that it is not noisy but close to so many activities. A new beach access with parking lot is just down the street and the 6 seat golf cart and bikes makes getting to the beach a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed and supplied with anything you need for your stay including all the kitchen gadgets and serving pieces, games, beach towels, chairs and toys, Grill. There is a shared pool just outside the back door which the kids loved! Matt, was a great host to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

pros; golf cart included, quick walk to beach, pizza restaurant, surf style, gas station, pool literally in backyard, plenty of seating for meals and watching tv on first floor, wagon, umbrella, beach toys and bikes available, double washer and dryer was wonderful, urgent care and Publix closecons: not enough drawers in bedrooms, need more bath towels/wash cloths, bedrooms smaller than expected, need more hangers for closets, volume didn't work on tve in master bedroom, wish there were more restaurants in this part of 30A
