This stunning 5-bedroom vacation home is perfect for families of all sizes!

With three adult bedrooms (king size bed in each), one children's bedroom (with two full beds) PLUS a bonus bunk space. Four full bathrooms, with each bedroom getting its own dedicated bathroom.

The house, located in the private Magnolia Dune community, is just a short 5-minute walk away from the beach, less than two miles from Seaside's restaurants and food trucks and is centrally located on 30A!

Amenities include:

- 6-seater golf cart included
- 4 bikes (w/ locks) included
- 6 backpack beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas, beach toys/games and beach wagon included
- high-speed wifi internet
- smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room for streaming
- community pool access (located right behind the house)

RESERVATION / BOOKING POLICY

• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking

• Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are made more than 30 days prior to check in. Deposits are 50% refundable if cancellation is made less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to check in. No refunds for cancellations made 14 days or less from check in.

• Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date

CHECK IN IS 4:00 PM and CHECK OUT IS BY 10:00 AM CST

Great location. House is beautiful. We had 12 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. Host was very quick to respond when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Diane was a great guest. Easy to work with, very pleasant and looked out for our home. Would love to have her and her family back again. We have almost made it out of the peak season and we have had some great guests this year. We are looking for more great groups to host on 30A as we move into the fall and continue booking into 2027. We had a wonderful stay overall! The house is close to restaurants and the beach. We had the option to walk with the provided wagon to the beach or take the golf cart (LSV) and park in a nearby lot. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided which we found very helpful! The house had a lot of space for our group of 6 and would highly recommend.

The house was gorgeous. It was in a perfect location to walk to the beach and to get coffee. It was a very close drive to everything you need in the golf cart that came included to use. Bicycles were also a nice touch. The house was stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast. The beds were so comfortable. And the community pool was literally in the back yard!!

This beautiful property was perfect for our extended family vacation! It is well located just off scenic Hwy 30A but within a community on a cul de sac so that it is not noisy but close to so many activities. A new beach access with parking lot is just down the street and the 6 seat golf cart and bikes makes getting to the beach a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed and supplied with anything you need for your stay including all the kitchen gadgets and serving pieces, games, beach towels, chairs and toys, Grill. There is a shared pool just outside the back door which the kids loved! Matt, was a great host to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay and great host!

I booked this place for my family. It was a perfect stay for us! It's very close to the beach, and it has a pool, which was great for the kids. The host was very responsive as well, and he was very accommodating to our needs! I would stay here again!

Loved our Beach trip!!

We loved our time here, perfect location, area is amazing, house and host were superb! We loved it for our big family and plan to stay here again! Thank you so much for providing us with a wonderful place to stay! The Forthman family!

Great Stay

We loved the house and close proximity to the beach! The pool was nice and warm and perfectly located right out the back door. Our crew of 10 made great use of the golf cart and bikes which were helpful to explore the nearby areas. We will definitely be back
