The Olive Tree 30A in Seagrove! Sleeps 12 (up to 13). Private beach access. 2 community pools (1 heated). 5 porches. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. 3 parking spaces. 2nd row from beach. Freshly painted exterior and stained decks. 2 bikes.

Our home is a 45 second walk/~45 yards to the beach. Beautiful interior with breathtaking beach views from the kitchen, family room and on 3 of the 5 porches. The Olive Tree is located south of Highway 30A, conveniently in the Summers Edge community off of Eastern Lake Rd. Our family-friendly neighborhood offers private beach access and two community swimming pools, one of which is visible from our front porches and heated seasonally. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented beside the beach access for your convenience. Our guests will have access to our 2 bikes, wifi internet, baby gates & high chair.

1st Floor: 1 master suite with King bed, TV and attached master bathroom. 1 Queen Bedroom with TV & ocean view. 1 Bunk Bedroom (sleeps 4) with TV. One bathroom shared between Queen Bedroom & Bunk Bedroom. Front porch with pool views and Back porch with ocean views. Laundry room.

2nd Floor: Features our open concept kitchen, living, dining room area with beach & ocean views, TV and fold out couch (sleeps 2). 1 half-sized bathroom. 1 master suite with King bed, TV, attached master bathroom & ocean views. Front porch with pool views and Back porch with ocean views. Laundry room.

3rd floor: Cozy bar area with trundle bed (sleeps 2) and TV. Back porch with impeccable beach & ocean views.

Our house is walking distance to Greenway Station’s Local Cantina, Turbo Coffee, Wild Olive’s Bistro, Canopy Road Cafe, shops, restaurants & more. Shopping and dining in Seaside, Rosemary, Grayton and the Prominence are just a short bike ride or drive away. For your safety, security cameras cover the exterior entrances of our home. These are NOT inside.

Such a beautiful home in the most perfect neighborhood! Host was responsive and helpful. Just steps to the beach and a pool just steps in the other direction. Beds were so comfortable! We will definitely be back!

Paradise

A stunning property with a location and views you’ll never be able to beat. The private beach was new to us, so I think the specifics about what to expect with that should be clearly stated, but we made it work. The house was ideal for a family getaway. Quiet neighborhood, 1 minute walk to the beach, comfortable home, and responsive host. Thank you for sharing Olive Tree with us, it was such a delight.

Awesome spring break property

Great Beach house steps from the beach!

We made wonderful family memories at this beautiful beach house. So many balconies to get a glimpse of the ocean, steps away from the beach, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The location was perfect. Close to all of our favorite little beach towns.

Our group of nine loved our stay! The house has a nice layout and it's so close to the beach! The property manager is very responsive, helpful with questions, and very accommodating. It's a lovely house in a great location!!

We came with two toddlers, home was clean, spacious, steps from the beach and extremely well appointed. We had everything we needed and Becca, the host, was very responsive. We would definitely come back for another stay

Amazing home and perfect location

The home is absolutely beautiful, and the location is perfect! We had 12 family members stay comfortably. The walk to the beach is super easy and Becca made sure every question was answered, and all our needs were met. I would definitely love to return to The Olive Tree!

Beautiful Home Best Location

This house is in the perfect location, steps from the beach and pool! Becca has thought of everything and the house is so beautiful! Our family of 10 fit in this house perfectly and they even provided a baby gate which was so helpful for my toddler nephew! The house is close to restaurants and shopping as well! Highly recommend this home and hope to return!

Wonderful Week at the Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Olive Tree. The home is beautiful and well appointed, situated just steps from the beach and within a nice neighborhood. The kids loved their time playing in the (gentle) gulf waves and splashing in the well maintained pool. My wife and I were able to squeeze in a couple of dates, riding the provided bikes to a nearby restaurant one evening and into Seaside on another. The property owners were gracious and provided great communication. We would definitely recommend it to others!

Beautiful beach, great location, wonderful home

We really enjoyed our stay at the Olive Tree. The house had plenty of space for our two families. The location was wonderful, with beautiful views of the water and the white sand of Seagrove beach. We all loved having the bikes and the kayaks to use. We had so much fun biking down the path to Seaside and the Big Chill (aka The Hub!). Becca is amazing and very communicative leading up to and throughout our stay. She was quick to answer and resolve any questions we had. We hope to stay at the Olive Tree again!

Great Location - Close to beach and pool!

A beautiful house with a community pool out the front door and the Gulf beach out the back. Three bedrooms with full bathrooms attached are perfect for couples or older children. The bunk bed room is very cool, but there is no access to a full bathroom and a half bath requires a trek up the stairs. The owner provides beach towels, sea kayaks, and a fully functional kitchen with plenty of pots and pans and utensils. A stand alone ice machine and cooler are also in the home. You can never have enough ice. Becca was amazingly responsive to all my questions and was very accommodating of a special request. We will be back!

Great house and awesome location

This house was perfect for our family and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the seaside area. Becca was extremely accommodating and had great communication. She helped make the check in process quick and simple. The house is right off of Santa Rosa beach which is conveniently located between seaside and rosemary. The beach access point is very close by, only one house down once you go out the back door. They have all kinds of beach toys and chairs/umbrellas to use. If you want someone to set up chairs and umbrellas for you each morning and reserve a spot on the beach, there is a convenient service to use. Becca was generous enough to cover a portion of that service, which was fantastic. The community pool is just steps from the front of the house and our kids loved going there each day after being at the beach. The house itself is set up nicely and there’s enough privacy for everyone. They even had a pack n play which was perfect for our son. There are multiple patios that face the ocean and give a nice view. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend it!

This house was perfect for our multi family trip!! We had everything we needed for the week and the location was ideal! A quick walk to the beach or pool. Close to popular 30a areas without being a congested area. Roland was fantastic with communication! The beds were cozy, but the outdoor living was the real winner for us! If you’re looking for a great home in 30A, don’t miss this one!!!!

Birthday Weekend!!

My nursing colleagues and I rented this gorgeous home for our yearly get away. It happened to coincide with my birthday and it was perfect. Walking distance to the beach, views of the sunrise and sunset just to name a few experiences. Everything we needed was “in house” except our food and beverages🤩Becca was so sweet and cordial and answered all of my questions. Lastly, the decor and the beds were top notch!! I would highly recommend this lovely place for a wonderful vacation

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Wonderful, well-equipped property with ocean views and close proximity on the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the multiple porches and enjoying the view. This perfectly suited our needs as multiple families with small children. Could not beat the location- a two mile bike ride or walk to downtown seaside. We would definitely stay here again!
