The Olive Tree 30A in Seagrove! Sleeps 12 (up to 13). Private beach access. 2 community pools (1 heated). 5 porches. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. 3 parking spaces. 2nd row from beach. Freshly painted exterior and stained decks. 2 bikes.
Our home is a 45 second walk/~45 yards to the beach. Beautiful interior with breathtaking beach views from the kitchen, family room and on 3 of the 5 porches. The Olive Tree is located south of Highway 30A, conveniently in the Summers Edge community off of Eastern Lake Rd. Our family-friendly neighborhood offers private beach access and two community swimming pools, one of which is visible from our front porches and heated seasonally. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented beside the beach access for your convenience. Our guests will have access to our 2 bikes, wifi internet, baby gates & high chair.
1st Floor: 1 master suite with King bed, TV and attached master bathroom. 1 Queen Bedroom with TV & ocean view. 1 Bunk Bedroom (sleeps 4) with TV. One bathroom shared between Queen Bedroom & Bunk Bedroom. Front porch with pool views and Back porch with ocean views. Laundry room.
2nd Floor: Features our open concept kitchen, living, dining room area with beach & ocean views, TV and fold out couch (sleeps 2). 1 half-sized bathroom. 1 master suite with King bed, TV, attached master bathroom & ocean views. Front porch with pool views and Back porch with ocean views. Laundry room.
3rd floor: Cozy bar area with trundle bed (sleeps 2) and TV. Back porch with impeccable beach & ocean views.
Our house is walking distance to Greenway Station’s Local Cantina, Turbo Coffee, Wild Olive’s Bistro, Canopy Road Cafe, shops, restaurants & more. Shopping and dining in Seaside, Rosemary, Grayton and the Prominence are just a short bike ride or drive away. For your safety, security cameras cover the exterior entrances of our home. These are NOT inside.
