Sunsets on the beach

Sit back and relax while you watch the sunset over Charlotte Harbor. Hang by the pool or chill out on the dock or the beach. If you prefer you can mix up a tropical drink and hang out in the Tiki hut, the possibilities are endless. Fish jumping while Osprey and Pelicans soaring over the harbor will keep you entertained. The home itself offers great entertaining spaces from the dining area that opens directly to the lanai, the kitchen is in the center of the house with views through the aquarium glass out to the pool and the Harbor beyond. Plenty of room to relax in the sitting area in the living area of the great room or if you prefer to watch a movie or some tv head into the family room. This home can satisfy whatever your interests may be. The master suite is very spacious with access to the lanai and the pool as well as a very roomy master bath with soaking tub and alcove shower. The layout is a split floor plan so the additional bedrooms are at the other side of the house with a bathroom adjacent to them. There are laundry facilities just off the kitchen to keep those pool and beach towels ready to go! This area of Port Charlotte is great for walking with several parks close by - in particular there is the Beach Facility at the end of Harbor Blvd - about a 5-10 min walk that offers facilities for volleyball, basketball, tennis, bocce, large swimming pool , boat launch, kayak rentals, playground and of course - the beach. Port Charlotte is a great central location to use as your base to explore both north and south - too many highlights to even list. Best part of the day is Sunset....I think we already mentioned that!
