Come see us and enjoy life in Hot Springs Village on our secluded cove on Lake Cortez with the natural landscape of trees, hills, and an opportunity to see many kinds of wildlife.
We have a covered dock for your boat and know you will enjoy the lake front views from our Arkansas room. Lake Cortez is the best fishing lake in Hot Springs Village! Catch them right from our dock or out on the lake.
Our house has four bedrooms and two and half bathrooms. The master bedroom and two other bedrooms are located on the main floor. The fourth bedroom, with two queen beds, tv, microwave, mini fridge, table and chairs, and half bath, is located on the bottom floor with access only through a secure keypad entry on lakeside. Our home sleeps 10 people. The main floor feels spacious with an open living room area and a large table for eight. We have an additional table with four more chairs in the Arkansas Room. Our glass enclosed porch allows you to enjoy the beauty of the lake throughout the year. Our deck is large and has two tables which seat eight people as you relax with your morning coffee or a beverage of your choice in the evenings. Our sunrises and sunsets are incredible. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a dinner for a large group or a small intimate one. Our house has four TVs for everyone to enjoy time together with two large sofas or time apart when desired. We have 2400 square feet and a .45-Acre lakefront lot with 97 feet of seawall.
Enjoy the numerous recreational amenities Hot Springs Village has to offer. We are just minutes away from golf courses, the tennis center, pickleball courts, hike and bike trails, beaches, swimming pool, lawn bowling, bocce, and the fitness center. We are about 30 minutes from the world renowned tourist attractions and shopping of Hot Springs.

Lovely property

They had a great time and the house was lovely. We enjoyed the deck and the lake very much! They covered boat dock was a bonus as well as the covered carport. Extremely sloped drive would be quite scary if there was any ice, but the turnaround spot part way up the driveway was a great idea. We played mini golf at The Village many times and the guys enjoyed golfing on the village golf courses a few times. We ate at El Jimador in the village several times because it was so good.

Best of Both Worlds

The house is beautiful, clean, comfy beds, and completely furnished kitchen! If your group has varied interests, this is great spot. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking, then thrifting and fine dining in Hot Springs. I would highly recommend to you —and hope to come back myself someday.

What an amazing property

Michelle and her husband were amazing hosts, the house was so warm and welcoming, it felt like I was at home. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen and I have never seen a kitchen as fully stocked as this one. All the rooms are very comfortable and relaxing, neat and clean. We took walks in the neighborhood, so peaceful and quiet, the kids even took the kayaks out on the lake. We had an amazing visit, looking forward to staying here again. Awesome

The house far surpassed our expectations. I have stayed in many VRBO homes and this is the best stocked home I have stayed in. Michelle was a great host. Always answered any questions promptly. If you are a golfer, the location in Hot Springs Village is the best. We had a great tome and next time we come back, I will check to see if this lovely home is available.

Texas Girls Trip

The house was very well furnished. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. We sat out on the deck each morning. The view was awesome. It was quiet and very peaceful. We will definitely come back !

So Quiet, So Lovely

I apologize for taking so long to write this review. I could not find enough right & perfect words to say how lovely this house is and how wonderful the hosts were. We felt like we had the lake to ourselves and just drank in the quiet and peace. The house is lovely and well appointed. It was a surprise to feel so well cared for by Michelle - because we never met her. It was the best of both worlds...lol. I can't say when I have felt so cared for or catered to and her communication cannot be beat! I have no constructive feedback as we found nothing wrong or that could use improvement.

Incredible in every way

We loved everything about our 3 nights! This home was supplied with more than I expected. Very clean, and the beautiful scenery was refreshing from the moment we drove up to the property. You can tell the owners care about their guests.. everything we needed and more was provided... the communication with host made us feel welcomed and at home! So many recreational activities were close by to enjoy! We saw deer, owls, huge birds, a fox, a white tailed squirrel, lightning bugs...OH MY...lol. Can't wait to come back... we love this place! Thank you to Michelle.. she is truly awesome! And the VIEW in the window room & deck was incredible... my favorite part! - LaWanda Porter

Great property and awesome stay

Marvelous veiw with lake behind th house ...vey quite neighborhood and good people on both sides...not to far from th west gate ...my wife and i had a blast everyday fishing watching th deer crossing every morning as we set outside and enjoyed our coffee..even seen a red fox...true vacations

McCauley Family Vacation

Our family really enjoyed the house! Michelle was a wonderful host she really helped us we when we’re having trouble finding the house late at night. I really appreciate it! Overall the house was clean , enough space for our family and really comfortable. I really recommend this Hot Spring Village home five Stars!!!!

Perfect family home!

This home was just the right place for our family getaway. It is more spacious than I expected. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining room which is open to the Arkansas room. The kids really enjoyed the games and puzzles in the Arkansas room. The view of the lake and trees was lovely. We look forward to returning in the summer to fully experience the lake. There is easy access to the deck and dock. The kitchen had every dish and utensil we could have needed. There was plenty of nice bedding and blankets. Michelle was super responsive and kind- she even called in advance to let us know about the cold snap. We will absolutely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at the property with a great location in the Village.

Great location in the village close to the West gate and the grocery stores very convenient to my brother's home for him to visit use.

Beautiful House

This is one of the best vacation houses we have ever stayed in! The location is perfect for the area we were wanting to visit. The house was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner Michelle kept in contact with us and was super helpful from the moment we booked our reservation. I would highly recommend this lake house to anyone that wants to go fishing, boating or kayaking or visit nearby Hot Springs, Little Rock, digging for diamonds at the Crater of Diamonds State Park or even digging for quartz crystals at nearby mines. It is a beautiful house, plenty of room and is in close proximity of everything we wanted to visit!

A wonderful break in Arkansas!

We had a wonderful time at 2 Rubi Place! Our kids (2, 5, 8, and 8) had so much fun, they didn’t want to leave. The home’s location is ideal for adventures in nearby Hot Springs, Little Rock and around Hot Springs Village. The owners have thought of everything from having kids toys, a keurig with k cups supplied and so many cozy throws! Sitting in the “Arkansas Room” and taking in the view of the lake was just what we needed! Perfect space for anyone with kids and the owners went above and beyond to be helpful and have stocked everything you could need. 10/10 would recommend!

We had an amazing time at this location.

Amazing place, spectacular views, so much to do here. We are lake people & loved the view. We could sit on the patio & enjoy the view. Very spacious house it could accommodate a large group. The beds were so comfortable, especially the one in the master bedroom, loved the spacious bathrooms. All the lighting around the house was great. Michelle the host was amazing. Very attentive in every area. If you were in need of anything all you had to do was ask. We will definitely be back.

Lloyd and I both retired recently and have fallen in love with Hot Springs Village. Lloyd loves playing pickleball, exercising daily, and taking the boat out on the lake. I have found lawn bowling and bocce which I enjoy for the great outdoors, the friendly people, and the competitiveness of the games. We both love walking our dogs, Cali and Knight.

2 Rubi Place is a beautiful home with all the amenities you will ever need. We are on Lake Cortez and have spectacular views and an abundance of wildlife and trails. We are 30 minutes from all the activities in Hot Springs including the casino. We are about an hour from Little Rock. There are fun activities for all ages and all families are welcome!
