Dierkow West is a residential estate located about 4 km northeast of Rostock city center. The tram and bus stop Dierkower Kreuz is just a 5-minute walk. By tram you can reach the city center in 10 minutes. With the public transport from the Dierkower cross you can also reach the train station, the zoo, the seaside resort Warnemünde and much more. From the A 19, exit Rostock-Nord, it is about 2 km to the Ludwig-Feuerbach-Weg. The beach after Markgrafenheide is 20 minutes by car.
