This popular rental has been upgraded and renovated to provide you with the comforts of home while you are away! Plenty of space for more than one family with spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, a beautiful sun room, fire pit and oversized loft and basement game area! If you have a pet that is 20lbs or under, bring them along!! ONE DOG MAXIMUM. PET FEE APPLIES.
This home is about a 5 minute drive to the main beach/pool or a 15 minute walk. The marina and park are just a short walk away!

****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. Maximum capacity, as per Township and community rules, is 15. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 7 cars allowed in the driveway.
