Step into the coastal charm and be met with the open planned living area and dining area with a nice open window into the fully equipped kitchen. From this floor you will be able to step into the cozy sunroom which is the perfect spot to sit back and enjoy the views of the golf course through the tall trees. Not only will you have the sun room to unwind, but also the small courtyard placed to the left of the home, where you'll be able to soak in the sun and grill up the perfect meal.
One the first floor, you will also find the laundry room, which leads off from the kitchen and the first bedroom. Enjoy waking up in the first bedroom with the view through the courtyard and get your first peak of the morning sun. The first bedroom is equipped with a king bed, smart TV, a desk, and a full bathroom, en-suite.
As you make your way up to the second floor, you will find the other three bedrooms, the first being a king sized bed, with a smart TV, and an attached shared bath. The second, with a view of the golf course, with two queen beds, smart TV, and a shared attached bath. Lastly, is the bunk room with two twin beds, and a smart TV.

Great Stay in Sea Pines, HHIOur family of 6 adults and 2 kids had a wonderful time in this spacious home. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the living room perfect for gathering. Located on a quiet street with easy access to Sea Pines and town.We had a minor A/C issue upstairs, but Island Time responded immediately with a technician and a great temporary fix. Only downside: the floors in the hallway and dining room felt a bit soft due to a foundation issue.Overall, a great experience—we’d happily return!

Thank you for letting us know of your concerns with the floors in the hallway and dining room. The property has been fully inspected and does not have any issues with the foundation. We are working to correct any issues with the flooring as quickly as possible. We look forward to hosting you again in the near future!

Great House
We loved the house- exactly as the pictures show. Bright , comfortable and spacious. It’s in Sea Pines- a fantastic community- beautiful, lots of bike/walking trails, beaches, cafes and restaurants- all in all a wonderful place

Clean, Comfortable and Accommodating
The property manager communicated greatly throughout the entire process, from beginning to end. We had absolutely no issues at all. The house was clean and comfortable.
The only thing I'd recommend is labeling the light switches; there are so many! Other than that, we had a really great stay over Thanksgiving. Thank you!!

4 bedroom home has a great location in Sea Pines on the Sea Pines CC Golf Course. Interior was spacious, clean, and modestly furnished, which fit our needs and expectations. Kitchen was very functional, as were the washer and dryer. Lots of windows meant lots of bright light in the house, and the rear facing porch-like room was nice. We would have preferred some outdoor furniture in the back yard, but this was a minor issue. Overall, a very nice stay.
