Fairway to Heaven! Sea Pines Home with Pool and Golf Course



Near the Beach and located on the 14th fairway of the new Atlantic Dunes Golf Course, (formerly known as Sea Pines Ocean Course) on a quiet, secluded street. Our home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and is the perfect accommodation for family vacations or golf and tennis trips. Accommodates up to ten people and is a 5 minute bike ride or 8-10 minute walk to the beach. By bike, our home is less than 15 minutes away from South Beach, Harbortown, Lawton Stables and Sea Pines Forest Preserve.

Experience all that the island has to offer including sun-drenched beaches, walking/bike trails, world-class golf and tennis, horseback riding, fine dining, incredible shopping and much more.

Relax and unwind after a fun day at the beach, on the golf course, biking, shopping or horseback riding in a heated athletic pool and spa surrounded by a beautiful moss-draped live oak in a lush, wooded setting. The backyard is surrounded by shrubbery, affording much privacy, yet allowing one to enjoy a backyard view of the 14th fairway of the Atlantic Dunes Course (by Davis Love III). Large private deck includes gas grill and comfortable furniture that is perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing.

9 Jessamine Place is a spacious, 2,300 square foot home featuring two large newly decorated master bedrooms, each on opposite sides of the home. Third bedroom features queen bed and the fourth bedroom includes two twin bunkbeds totaling 4 twin beds - perfect for teens or little ones. The "bunkroom" also has TV available. Athletic events, movies, etc can be viewed on the new HD flat screen (includes DVD) or choose to play games and puzzles on the pub-style game table. Within the bookshelves in this room, one will find books related to HHI history, culture, folklore and flora and fauna, plus many fiction/literature reads. Puzzles and games are also available within the bookshelves.

Large living area features an updated eat-in kitchen (with gorgeous pool and golf course view) and breakfast bar with granite countertops, Brazilian hardwood floors throughout along with recessed lighting. This large family room and living area includes beautiful French doors leading to a large deck and pool area. Our home offers all of the comforts of home.

Our family's favorite activities are biking the trails, biking to and on the beach, morning walks on the beach, looking for shells at the beach, playing tennis, playing family games on the beach, exploring the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, and best of all, watching the gorgeous sunsets at the beach! We all love coming home to cool off in the backyard pool!

Amazing house!

Absolutely loved this house for all of our family’s needs. The 10-12 minute walk to the beach and the pool made this trip amazing for us! Owner and property manager were great to work with and very helpful. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Lovely Home-Highly Recommend

The home was a wonderful place to get our family together for a week. With a 2 year old in the group, it was so convenient to have the backyard pool and the walk to the beach was very easy. We enjoyed the house so much, we realized by the end of the week that besides our beach outings we hadn’t really explored the island and we didn’t feel like we missed a thing!

This house and location are perfect. We loved the pool and it was larger than most in Sea Pines. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Just As Advertised!

Great home tucked away on cul-de-sac street. Great set up for 2 families and absolutely wonderful back yard and pool. Communication from the owner and property management were great and both were very helpful. Extra beach chairs and towels on-site were a bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

Pool and Beach wins

What a beautiful home! Everything was just as pictured, complete with a fantastic pool and hot tub. We certainly made the most of our time there. Although we rode our bikes a mile to the beach club, we took advantage of the close beach access for morning walks. Appreciate all of the detailed notes in the house and the attentiveness of the owner and property manager.

Annual family vacation

Lovely home and yard. Very convenient to have a private pool. Layout of home worked well for our family. Property owner and management were very responsive. There was a warning message on the pool monitor and they had a service tech there in under 30 mins. Property was clean and ready right in time.

Very nice week on HHI

This is a very nice property. Owner could not have communicated any better. Upon arrival we found a very clean and updated property. Owner has all switches labeled, no guessing what turns on what! This is a really really nice rental. The only thing that could have possibly made it better would be if the house was closer to the beach. It’s a little too far to walk if you’re taking a lot of stuff, or if you have small kids.

Perfect Beach House

We have rented 3 different houses on HHI and this was the best by far. The location in Sea Pines was a short and easy bike ride to the beach. House was very clean, especially the bathrooms, and exactly as pictured in the photos. The owner was proactive, a great communicator, and labeled items within the home to assist guests. The bunk room and dual owner’s suite layout made this perfect for the multi-family group we had for the week. While we did not need to use the property manager during our stay, she did reach out on our first day and gave us her contact information. Overall, this was a great experience and I would definitely rent again.

Wow! This was one of the best homes I’ve ever stayed in on a vacation. First, the communication with Linda was wonderful. She made sure we had our guest passes to Sea Pines in plenty of time and she was always prompt with an answer to my questions or recommendations. The house overall was wonderful. Many evenings were spent laughing around the dinner table while we played cards or from the kids taking over the den as their own special hangout. The proximity to everything in Sea Pines was great. Although we drove to south beach and Harbor Town, we utilized the free Sea Pines shuttle on several occasions to avoid having to hunt for parking before dinner. The seclusion of the house being at the end of the neighborhood was wonderful. It was so quiet and peaceful. We spent hours (sometimes the whole day) enjoying the backyard and the very very large pool. We even had a few deer visit us in the backyard throughout the week. Even though the well stocked kitchen was a very big bonus, I think our entire group would say the backyard and pool is the highlight of this house. The walk to the beach was also very easy; navigable through the bike path just across the street. We were walking with little ones, so it took us about 15 minutes, but for older kids and adults, the trip could easily be made in under 10. I can’t say enough great things about Linda as a host, Deborah as her property manager and the house. We are already planning our next trip back to this wonderful house!

More Than Expected

Our family of six, including our daughters (9,7), really enjoyed everything about 9 Jessamine Place. It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 children!! The home had everything that one would need for a couple of weeks of relaxation. Bike to the beach in the morning, pool in the afternoons and out for dinner. Rinse and repeat :-) Easy 5 minute bike ride to the beach. The home had beach chairs and umbrellas, but we decided to rent our chairs/umbrellas through the HH Beach Patrol. They had them set up and ready to go for us each day in our predetermined spot. That allowed us to bike to/from the beach pretty much unencumbered each day. Would highly recommend. Another plus is the owner and property manager interactions. Very helpful before and during our visit. They left nothing to stress about. Really appreciate their flexibility and helpful information! We will return!

The Ulitmate Home away from Home Vacation!

This beautifully maintained and updated home is not only the perfect location but it is fully stocked with everything you might need. This is the first home we have rented that actually has a kitchen that is stocked with everything you might need or want to prepare a meal.....everything except the food ! Whether you are a couple with or without children , a newly married couple, a single person or like us a HH repeat Grandparents ..this home is the perfect vacation ! We took advanage everything that Sea Pines and HHI has to offer. I would highly recommend renting Bikes and exploring the island....and follow the instructions to the beach ....easy and so fun! Dolphin cruise (out of Harbour Town) is a must and we highly recommend the Crazy Crab at Harbor Town....offering the BEST meals! Shopping is great at Shelter Cove and a favorite restaurant is San Miguel’s....the BEST Mexican food and margaritas for over 15 years !!!!! Our favorite days were the ones spent around the lovely pool at the home and making lasting memories with our family ! The sun room off of the family room was my hide away with my coffee and a good book before my family awoke for the days adventures . We hope to make this home our annual vacation spot!!! Many thanks to Linda , she is so helpful and quick to respond to any need you might have ! I would highly recommend this home .....A+++++++

perfect getaway

Everything about this stay was excellent. Communication with Linda and her property manager was outstanding. The pool was used daily and the kitchen is very well stocked. The fact that we had 80 degree weather during October was a perfect topping to a perfect week.

Great home for families!

Wonderful home in Sea Pines with close access to beach. Lovely pool was enjoyed by the family. Bike riding in Sea Pines is a true pleasure and the paths give easy access to places like Harbor Town and South Beach.

Excellent getaway

Communication about the property was consistent through the entire process. Property was clean and spacious. Pool and hot tub were outstanding as was the grill. Left an item behind accidentally and was promptly returned. Would definitely rent again! Thanks, Linda!!
