Ready for a relaxing retreat that you and your family could enjoy all year around? Cambridge Retreat may be the place for your next family vacation. Beautiful views of Lake Norman both inside and out! This home is completely furnished including a fully-stocked kitchen ready for meals and conversations while enjoying spectacular views. Outside includes many relaxing spaces including 2 porches overlooking the lake and access to your own private beach and a floating dock for swimming. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee before you start your lake adventures and a cocktail on the porch after a long fun-filled lake day.

This house is ideal for a group of 8-10 people. Interior includes 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, living room and an eat-in area.

Perfect house for the four of us and our 2 pups. Loved the fenced in yard and the little beach access. Kitchen had everything you would need.

Great time and we enjoyed the stay. We recommend replacing the broken light fixtures inside and out and the grill on the front porch. Other than that, it’s a great place and our stay was very pleasant.

Awesome vacation

The Cambridge Retreat was a perfect place for us to stay. We came down to North Carolina to visit family and the location for us was 15 monutes from their house which worked out even though 98% of their free time they came and hung out with us as the host graciously allowed for them to come hang. It was also perfect as we could bring our 65 pound German shepherd mix dog who had just as much fun diving and swimming in the lake. Thank you so much. It also was perfect for our 65 was petfect.

Family get away

This property was as advertised: clean, well provisioned, spacious, and in a nice location. The kitchen, living/dining room, MBR and master bath are all modern and very nice. The fenced backyard was perfect for our small dog and the house sits directly on the lake, but it is in a nice private cove area. The deer came to visit each morning! We felt at home and enjoyed our stay.

Family time at the lake.

The house and property are beautiful! The house has a great layout, was very well equipped and had plenty of extras that made it feel homey. We would definitely return.

Property is located in a nice quiet area. The view of the lake is beautiful.

We had four adults and our small dogs. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our small fur babies and they enjoyed being free! The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook with. Easy parking and check in was so simple, thanks to our host! Not much in way of restaurants in the area so you have to drive at least 30 minutes from the house. Best steak house was Linenerger’s. Got to try it out. There is a CVS and several grocery stores within minutes. There were plenty of kiddos things in the house to keep them entertained, but we hid not have kids. The beach area could have been a little cleaner as there was weeds and not inviting. All in all it was a good experience and we would stay there again.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Getaway

We rented this wonderful property to be near other family members who were staying on Lake Norman for Thanksgiving. Cambridge Retreat was a real treat! The home was very clean and spacious with an astonishing view of Lake Norman. We loved being privately tucked away in the cul de sac. The fire pit is properly placed near the water where we enjoyed using it during our stay. The fenced in area of the yard is perfect for families traveling with small children or pets. Each morning we sat on the porch located on that side of the house and watched the deer, they visited quite often.There was ample parking, including enough space for me to park our boat trailer without blocking the driveway or street. The boat dock comfortably accommodated our 26 foot boat. Little Creek Access Area is located very close to this home, maybe a 5 minute care ride and 10-15 minute boat ride.

Relaxing retreat

We rented this gorgeous lakeside home for a family members 60th birthday. It was perfectly peaceful and Staci provided everything we could have possibly needed. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Staci was so great about getting with us promptly. 10/10 would recommend!

Perfect weekend getaway

We hosted my moms birthday here and this property did not disappoint! Stacie thought of every little thing and we had everything we needed. We made use of the kayak several times and it was the most peaceful spot. Highly recommend!

Perfect family getaway

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay here. Very spacious and comfortable accommodations. We spent most of our time outside fishing and swimming, but enjoyed using the kitchen and living areas to prepare meals and share lots of laughs! The house is situated in the perfect quiet cove. Stacie was very accommodating and responsive to any of our needs. It was hard to say goodbye to the property, but we can’t wait to stay again!

Stacie was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. We were delighted to find such a modern and clean space right in Lake Norman and close to our relatives. It was the perfect place for us to stay with stunning views. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again!

Fabulous view and updated space

The house is located on a quiet cove with a great view of the lake. The house was very comfortable, with open space, nice furnishings, comfortable beds with nice linens, large updated master suite and bath, and a well equipped kitchen. There is a fenced in yard for puppies although there was a damaged section where a tree had fallen on it so we had to keep an eye on them. Luxury vinyl tile throughout meant no pet odors from previous occupants. The deer visited us several times and a blue heron as well.

Home on the lake!

This was a most amazing experience. The home is perfect. It’s as if I just walked in to my own dream house :-). The hostess was so amazing and available and we are so grateful to have been able to stay!
