Charming Original Lake Norman Cabin in Great Location - Come relax and enjoy!

If you are looking for the true lake living experience on a budget - this 864 square foot cabins offers everything you could need for a great vacation. The location is fantastic nestled in the heart of multi-million dollar homes and properties. It's almost hard to believe this little gem still exist here.

The private yard is populated with large trees and offers a big natural sandy beach with big cove/island views. The cabin itself has a really neat old stone fireplace, comfortable furniture & beds, and clean. It is well stocked with free coffee, spices, cooking utensils, linens, towels and everything you might need.

There are TV's in both bedrooms as well as the living room with Netflix and to YouTube TV to enjoy High Speed WiFi for your other devices.

Enjoy your complimentary morning coffee in the large screen room or the deck watching the ducks, geese and the occasional herd of deer. Although tempting, we ask you please Do Not feed any of them :)

At lunch time fire up the Gas Weber BBQ grill or the charcoal grill to cook your favorite foods. The Horseshoe pits and corn hole games will keep you entertained when you are tired of swimming in the lake.

The Private dock offers a seating area and a jetski port available for your use if you rent or bring your own PWC. Great fishing here also with rods and tackle provided for your use. 3 kayak with one being a double for your use and a paddle board.

This will be a clean environment for you to come enjoy the lake. Rest Assured! We also offer a very relaxed cancellation policy.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cozy Cabin! We kayaked everyday, cooked on the grill, enjoyed the dock and had a fire in the fire pit every evening! Stunning sunsets, so peaceful and we had gorgeous weather all week! This is our second stay at this property and we can’t wait for next year to visit again! Scott is a wonderful host, we just couldn’t ask for better communication!

The view is amazing from both the large screened in porch and the spacious dock. The water was warm and so clean. And the kayaks are in great shape and easily accessible.

This was our 3rd time staying at this lovely lakeside cabin. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay at the lake. We did more cooking than usual this time and the kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. The convenience of kayaks at the house makes it convenient to hop on the lake whenever the mood strikes. Great view of the sunset from the dock. Wonderful host! We will be back!

We had a wonderful time at the cozy cabin. The attention to detail, even adding a birthday welcome since we were there for my husband's birthday was so appreciated. Everything was clean and organized. We enjoyed grilling each night, fishing and being on the private beach during the days. Gorgeous views. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you to the owners - this place is a gem.

Stellar host! Easy communication with quick response. Scott was very patient in answering questions. The location is fantastic and the cabin was well equipped. Sitting on the dock was my happy place and I enjoyed hours spent there. I deducted one star because my friend and I both found seating in the living area and on the porch to be very uncomfortable.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The beach area was perfect for my 4 and 6 year old. The house was just the right size for our family of four and the location was great as well. We will definitely be coming back!

What a wonderful place! The cozy cabin is everything we expected and more. Scott’s southern hospitality is unsurpassed. He even bought a recliner for my 87 year old father in law to sleep in as he cannot lay horizontal, making his trip so memorable. We will definitely be back!

While living in Phoenix, my passion for lake living sent our family on a crusade spanning 10 years and 15 states searching for the perfect lake life location. The search ended when we discovered Lake Norman, North Carolina to raise our family with my wife Sandy and 2 boys. Spending the past 17 years in the Lake Norman area, I'm intimately familiar, passionate and knowledgeable about this local paradise. Just ask me anything and I'll be glad to help! Full Disclosure - I am helping my friend rent this property until he is ready to build his dream home. The added bonus is the super cool antique cottage that graces it's shoreline. I used to live across the street from this cabin for over 13 years and spent many a day swimming at the beach, playing poker and horseshoes, fishing off the dock, and relaxing with a cocktail around a fire. It's a fantastic place to experience Lake Norman set in an incredible location. It's the perfect place to stay and play, with the dock available for you to use whether you rent or bring your own watercraft. Kayaks are provided, fishing poles, and everything inside you could need.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Located down an original lake road in the heart of The Point Community that Features the Trump International Golf Club Charlotte. You get to enjoy all the beauty when driving into the property and then enjoying your own heavily wooded and private cabin with a great cove view. It's one of the few properties on the lake with a natural sandy beach. The owner also created a sandy beach on shore to enjoy which is being professionally beachscaped spring of 2021. You can't go wrong vacationing in this property for almost what it costs to stay in a stuffy hotel.
