Hello Darcy. Sorry for the water issue. It was a bad week for the area water but since we have install not one but two 600gallons reserve tank. As for the steep hills it’s very clear in the property listing Glad you guys had fun and please come back for a second chance to enjoy the views and the area gastronomy now you’ll be and expert in the steep hills. Very sorry for your experience but to be clear to future renters that statement is completely false. Unfortunately Lori had some issues with her car rental and was very frustrated upon a late arrival. Our rules are very clear and I believe she didn’t read them correctly They arrived around 9 pm and around midnight she sent me a note that wanted to leave the next morning for the above reasons She never called me or ask about those issues. Her decision to leave was already plan before the message 1. Internet was available because the security system was up and running 2. The second room is available por parties of 3 or more and it’s in the description. If ask we let our guest use second room free of charge 3. We use mattress standard in the industry and never had any issues wit any other guest . See our reviews 4 we provide towels as needed and by guest that are keep in the laundry area 5 we have a washer and dryer as well. They never ask about it either 6 Hot water issue was a tripped breaker due to an early storm in the area Had they ask it was a simple as flipped it We are very proud of our beautiful place and as can see the reviews speak to themselves. Unfortunately Lori didn’t communicate with me , even if it was after midnight I could have help her All of her issues were very simple and could have been solve by a phone call or text which she didn’t do.
