Our cozy but spacious Casita offers 2 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. Living space and full kitchen One bedroom has two queen beds and the master has one queen bed.

Other things to note
Due to the locations and to be able to enjoy the amazing views the road might be a little steep for some people. Our manager will be available to give you some tips to enjoy the road as well

The view was AMAZING! Being able to share memories and laughs with my family was the best! The hill was a little to steep for my family and I but overall it was a lovely first time experience! Would definitely love to come back!

Great property for couples

The property was very nice and private. It’s perfect for a romantic getaway. The drive through the mountains is pretty steep and windey, but it is worth it for the remote location.

Beautiful place in the hills

Benjamin is a wonderful host and his property in the hills is breath taking. Every day we were in aw of the view off the balcony. We got to watch the New Year fireworks from the balcony which was gorgeous and a site we will never forget!

Wonderful view

My daughters and I had a fantastic time at the property. The view was the best. The surrounding neighbors are super friendly and helpful. The steep roads were a bit of a challenge, but overall we loved it and highly recommend it.

This place was perfect for our stay! The pool was awesome, views amazing and everything you need with great AC inside! The property manager was so helpful and knew everything there is to know about the surrounding area! He had the place cooled and so clean when we arrived. Thank you!

This property is one of the best we have stayed in. The view is awesome, the pool is very nice, and the house is very comfortable and clean. Benjamin was a great host. I will definitely come back. Loved it!!

The view is amazing to say the least.The pool was a plus.Going to sleep with the sounds of the native frog and waking up to roosters is priceless.

At times no running water, water supply limited especially at night , lots of hills, very steep drive all the way up to property with minimal clearance to pass another vehicle. Lots of fun small places to eat close by. The views were amazing! The manager was prompt in response Enjoyed the stay, wish the pool was heated Minimal supplies for guests

Amazing

My family and I travel to Rincón alot. This is the first time we had the pleasure of staying here. The house and veiws were AMAZING. My son loved the pool in the am before heading off to the beach! Benjamin is a great host and was in communication with me since i booked the trip here. Cant say enough good things about him and his property! Look forward to our nexr adventure!

Beautiful View

Clean and comfortable. If you can handle the drive thru the mountains it is worth the view. The neighbors have lots of dogs 7 of them which bark thru out the night 4 am to 8 am after they settle down nice and quiet. Despite that we want to return and stay again.

Beautiful view

It was very nice, super clean, beautiful ( just like the pictures) with a spectacular view. If you don’t mind driving 15mins up windy roads and clearing a really steep driveway this place it great. We headed out during the day and once we drove up we just hung out ( did not want to do the drive at night or after a few drinks). Only suggestion to owner- more toilet paper, some paper towels ( there were none), some cooking oil and more beach towels ( only had 2 ).

Great calm getaway

This is my second time back to this property. I can’t give enough thank you to the gratitude and hospitality that was given to us. Very calm house with a grill and a pool with a view of the beach and ocean what else you can ask for. Has ac in all the rooms for Puerto Rico’s hot humid weather. The drive is not that bad you just have to be cautious and take your time you should be fine. Restaurants and beaches near by recommend this property to anyone that wants an adventurous calm getaway you will not disappoint. Thank you again.

Amazing Views and Host!

Upon arrival all I could notice was how immaculate the place was. Looked exactly like the photos and the views from the balcony and backyard pool area were absolutely stunning. The kitchen comes equipped with a number of useful things like pots and pans, dining and silverware. The host was amazing very responsive and attentive. It is located on a hill which is a little steep as stated in the description would recommend a slightly bigger car like an suv to maneuver better. There were a couple of bugs which is to be expected due to all the greenery. Overall 10/10 5 star reviews for my stay here with me and my boyfriend.

A wonderful house for a Rincon stay

Having visited Rincon very briefly in the past, we wanted to experience Rincon and the surrounding area for a longer time. We rented VelBELA for a month. The house is a modern beautiful home recently constructed with nice decor. It is perched at the top of a hill with majestic views of the sea and coastline. The description of the house was accurate but the pictures don’t capture the grandeur of the views. We found our stay to be outstanding. There are restaurants with panoramic views within 5 min of the house and exploring the country roads in this area was lots of fun as we came upon small eateries, bars, and bakeries. The center of Rincon was a 15 min drive and you could reach a beach in a 10 min drive. One is also located close to the city of Mayagüez, which has much to offer. The area where the house is located is quiet at night and restful. The morning coffee by the pool cabana looking at the sea will be a time remembered and missed. Definitely would recommend this experience!!

Perfect Stay on the West Side of PR

When I dream of PR it's now of the view from this balcony. We stayed @ VelBELA for 4 nights and couldn't be happier with it. The place was perfect for us. We were looking for privacy, peace & a pool. The space was perfect for my family of 3. If we weren't beach hopping we were on the patio or in the plunge pool. We cooked all our meals outside on the plancha (griddle). The neighborhood is great. Very safe. The neighbors were super friendly. Always waving hello. One of the families up the hill are the caretakers, so when an issue arose with the water supply it was remedied right away. Also, the customer service was fantastic. Quick responses to any of our questions. We had a jeep (highly recommended) and found our daily climb down the mountain to be a HUGE part of the fun. And all the mountainside restaurants and cafes were a daily part of our stay. When using google and apple maps, we found that the best way to navigate to it was using the address we found on google for: VelBELA Guest House Rincon.

Stayed for 3 weeks and enjoyed the beautiful views!

This is a great house with amazing views that puts you close to restaurants, bars and downtown (about 10-20 min.) The owner of the property was very accommodating and responded fast anytime I would text and we communicated a bunch since we stayed there for about 3 weeks. The house has a very modern feel inside and great outdoor space! The only downside was that the pool didn't have heat yet (the owner says it's coming soon and because it was "winter time" in Puerto Rico, the water was too cold for us to use the pool. Though I did recommend to the owner to try a solar cover for the pool in the meantime, which he ordered and added to try out until he installs the heat pump soon. Also be mindful that the hill leading up to the house is very steep, our little rental car was fine unless there was rain and the road was really wet. In that instance we just parked at the lower landing, as the property has two levels to park on. The trade off for the steep hill is the best part of the property, the beautiful view that was given because we were up so high. We loved sitting on the porch and watching the sunsets each day! We would definitely stay at this house again. If you need a place to stay in the area, this is a great choice!

This property came in great for a last minute reservation needed for my wife and I. There are 3 queen size beds so this space can easily sleep 4-6 people. The house is new constructed and they are finishing construction on what looks like another level above or a roof top deck. My wife and I spent mostly only the evenings in the house as we would wake up early by the natural alarm clock of dogs barking and roosters. We are early risers as it is and the entire point of being in PR is to explore. Either way glass half full type of view. The WIFI worked great and we were able to stream movies onto the TV at night. The views from the space are great and the night sky is great to see high up in the mountains. Just make sure to keep any belongings inside the rooms as the local dogs came by during one evening and stole my sandals. Also dont be sketched out if you feel like you are driving to the middle of no where. The house exists and was perfect for what we needed. The roads all around Rincon are generally sketchy so be prepared to gas it up certain hills. The owner will give you GPS coordinates of the house so make sure to have Google Maps loaded before you start your drive. Recommendations to the host An outside garbage can to get rid of the garbage we collect. Cooking utensils like sheet pans, pan holders so we could use the oven Paper Towels Curtain on the front door Maybe a gate for the balcony area to keep the dogs out Ide give this stay a 4 out of 5 stars.

Celebration/ Vacation

Property and views were more beautiful in person. Owner and manager were so kind, responsive, and helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for breathtaking views and private getaway. Definitely looking forward to returning in the near future. Thank you soo much for a wonderful experience.

Awesome place. Great views. Authentic experience.

This place is really awesome. The views are incredible and the house is new, clean & stocked with most of the base necessities. It was somewhat tricky to find and the roads to get there are very hilly. We had a small Hyundai Accent that did just fine, but the first time we drove to the place it was an experience. I would strongly suggest finding this place during daylight hours. Absolutely would recommend and we enjoyed our stay.

This is one of the most beautiful views in the area and Puerto Rico. You can hang and socialize with the locals where you can find exquisite local food and drink spots or you can go downtown or the beach 20 minutes away. Did I mention see the stars and the sky at night from a different dimension and listen to the Coqui and birds songs
