We were very disappointed with our stay. Although the property was clean and the Rincón area is beautiful, the home did not match our expectations based on the listing. Upon arrival, we were unable to connect to the Wi-Fi; there was no hot water; only two bath towels and one pool towel were provided; and we were surprised to learn that part of the home was locked and inaccessible. We did not get access to the whole house, and there were no washer and dryer available. We also found the bed to be very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.As visitors staying near the beach, we were also surprised to find no beach towels or beach chairs available. While these were not advertised, they are amenities many travelers may expect when booking a beach-area property, so future guests may want to plan accordingly.This stay was part of our honeymoon, and after a long day of travel, these issues significantly impacted our experience. We ultimately decided to check out the following morning and find other accommodations. The host did respond to our concerns and acknowledged the hot water issue, but sadly felt that the 3 towels provided for our whole stay were adequate and gave no timeframe for when we would be getting hot water. When we asked for a refund for the night we did not use, that was also denied. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations.
