We are glad you enjoyed the location. We do apologize that housekeeping was not sent out to follow up. There was a miscommunication in the office. We did send an apology and refunded the cleaning fee. Our office was undergoing construction that day, and our computers and phones were not working for much of the day. This is not our normal response to any problems our guests may have.

We at RRR are very sorry that you were unhappy with the choice you made for a rental property. While we understand your misunderstanding about the air conditioning, there was no intentional deception in the description. The house does have air conditioning, as stated in the description. There is nowhere that it says "central air conditioning". When you called our office, you were very angry, accusing us of lying and being deceptive. We are sorry that you thought we were rude for saying that we did not try to deceive anyone. We apologized for the misunderstanding and even sent a maintenance person over to make sure the A/C units were working correctly, and they were. When we asked if you were comfortable, it was to see what we could offer to make you comfortable, not to "gaslight" you as you claim. "Gaslighting is a form of emotional abuse where one person manipulates another into questioning their own sanity and is a tactic used to gain control in a relationship", according to the definition. No one at RRR would ever practice this method on anyone. We strive to maintain integrity in our business and do what we can to make our guests comfortable. In the future, we will try to distinguish if a unit has central air or just an air conditioner, both of which essentially cool the air. We did not offer a refund since the unit does have air conditioning, and that was your only complaint. We are not dishonest, and it is unfair to say that based on your misunderstanding.
