House was rustic but clean and well stocked. Each bedroom had its own full bathroom (some with jacuzzi tubs), perfect for two families with kids (the kids loved the bunk beds). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and was a very easy walk to ski at Sugar Mountain. It was also conveniently located to explore Grandfather Mountain, ski at Beech, eat dinner in Banner Elk, or a quick drive to explore Boone. Highly recommend for a group ski trip!

Fantastic for 10

Location was fantastic. Had plenty of room for the entire group. We parked our cars with all our equipment Across the street in the Sugar Mountain parking lot as it was slightly closer than walking from the house. Could not recommend this place enough.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is the perfect location for skiing, tubing, and ice skating. Checking in was easy and we received a text when our place was ready with check in instructions. The gas fireplace was a great amenity that quickly got warm. Definitely recommend PUERTO NUEVO for mexican food, only minutes away. We also enjoyed Banner Elk Cafe and playing trivia on Thursday night. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and we will be coming back next season.

Reviewer Comments: The location was amazing- first time to Sugar Mountain and with this was definitely one of the best locations. Drivers don’t stop for you at night and the stairs to get the ski parking lot across the street aren’t lit and a bit of trip hazard. The pictures of the rental really don’t do it justice, it’s not as old as it looks. The only thing lacking was any kind of bath supplies at all.

Great Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family (2 adults, 3 kids) spent a week here and had an amazing time. Easy walk to the slopes, snow tubing, and ice skating - we skiied for a week and never got back in the car except to make grocery store runs. House was comfortable, had everything we needed except food (of course) and was well kept. Only issue we had was the water being out one day but that was because of a water main break and not the fault of the property management. We reported it and they kept us up to date as the Utility worked on repairs. We would definitely stay again.

NICE UNIT BUT HOT

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Townhouse was nice and spacious. We thought one room had 2 single beds but it did have bunk beds. Little different for the two adults in that room but it worked. All the appliances, plates and cups, pots and pans weer available for use. The location was close to the golf course and close to a shopping store for groceries. Loads of space for the family. Beds were comfortable. One downside was there was no AC. And as we're from the south we need AC. They had a fan in the unit but upstairs was very hot even with the ceiling fan. We also, never got a text to give us the entry code and never recived and the office is closed on Saturdays for checkin. We did have an emergency line we had to call to get the information. But it took a while to get and have access to the unit. Overall we had a good experience.

Sugar Mountain

Accommodations at Real Estate Rentals was fantastic. Our rental unit was literally only short walking distance to the snow tubing attraction. The unit itself was clean, stocked fairly well with necessary kitchen and bathroom supplies. It was really nice to have four separate bathrooms especially for 8 people. I would recommend using this rental property.

The condo was very clean, comfortable furniture and in walking distance to skiing, golfing and tennis. My family of 7 and I were celebrating my grandson's birthday and high school graduation. With it being the Christmas season it was a wonderful surprise to have a beautiful Christmas tree greet us when we arrived. The house was decorated beautifully for Christmas. We will be staying here again.

We had two people at 6’3” so no fans on. Dinner table was excellent Tv worked great deck with chair and cushions was very comfortable!The refrigerator needs baking soda for odor. Carpet in a lower bathroom catches on the door too much! Combo door is the best! Thanks for a great stay
