There is over 1400 sq feet of game rooms, and a few of the TV's in the home have 20,000 games on them. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, with 2 optional ADU’s. For groups over 10, there is an ADU behind the house, and this has a Full bath, TV, fridge, and coffee bar. For groups of 14 or more, there is a second ADU with King bed in loft (over 400 square feet counting loft). This ADU has a TV, coffee bar, fridge, microwave, and full bath. To be clear, this property is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home, with optional ADU's. See pics! Private gated ranch on acreage, yet close to shopping, restaurants, and more. Parking for up to 20 cars. Heated 7.5’ x 12’ Swim Spa and a separate Hot Tub! There is a Hot Tub and a Swim Spa, Soccer goals, Foot ball throwing game, Ax Throwing game, Volleyball, Pin Ball, Frisbee golf, Skee Ball, Two 8' Foot Pool Tables, Darts, Volleyball, Arcade Games, 2 Ping Pong tables, Golf putting game, Cornhole, Air Hockey, Indoor Bball game, Shuffleboard, Three BBQ grills (Propane, Charcoal BBQ, and a Pellet Smoker), dumb bells, 2 fire pits, Hammock, Corn hole, & weight bench. There is a optional Kayo S200 2 Seater Side by Side. The rate is $900 for the 2 Seater Side by Side, with a 3 night minimum. Please ask about availability. Must sign liability release and wear all safety gear. There is also a $500 deposit, that is fully refundable, assuming no damage to ATV. We require advance notice.
