This beautiful modern four bedroom villa is located in Trogir - part of Ciovo island .Villa is positioned on a little sunny hill with private roof swimming pool and jaccuzzi ideal for enjoying the warm Dalmatian sun . It is overlooking the promenade of Trogir and it has a spectacular sea view. There is a barbecue and dining area and relaxing garden furniture. The villa is well-equipped and tastefully decorated with attention to details.With 4 elegant bedrooms, villa Marina has the capacity to accommodate 8 guests. At your disposal there is also a luxury living area connected to kitchen. All bedrooms have own bathrooms and A/C units.Private parking .
Shops and restaurants are in walking distance from the villa.

-First floor living area with kitchen door leading to the terrace.

We had a wonderful stay in this luxury villa and we would recommend it highly. The house is spacious, very well maintained and clean and well equipped. We loved the roof top pool and the amazing views over Trogir. We also enjoyed the gentle à capella singing from the monastery in the early evenings, wafting across the town.I forgot to mention the hot tub - a very nice bonus. Trogir is a 15 minute walk with a lovely bakery on the way down, as well as a convenience store.We hired a car for journeys outside Trogir but apart from that, we could have managed without a vehicle.There are nice beaches nearby and lots of places to visit but Trogir itself has plenty to see and do. Miranda was the perfect host, kind and friendly, and made sure that we had a lovely stay. We would happily return.

The villa was immaculate, very spacious and well equipped with everything you need. There were 6 of us in our group. There were little extras too, like shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher tablets etc. Communication with the host was excellent. She responded within minutes and went above and beyond sorting things out for us, including taxis and a stop at the supermarket on the way from the airport to the villa. The pool area was lovely with a shaded area, jacuzzi and the views towards Trogir were incredible. It’s situated about 15 minutes walk to the town, the walk back is uphill but there are Ubers and taxis if you need them. Trogir is absolutely beautiful. Lots of little cobbled streets with many restaurants, bars and little shops. There is a harbour and we booked a boat trip from there. Shop around for the best price as there was a huge difference in the prices quoted. We had a half day trip with 3 stops which was 300 euros which included fuel for 6 people. There are 2 small pebble beaches within walking distance with bars, but no food was served there. We took a taxi to Cocacabana beach, but it was very busy although we had a lovely lunch at a restaurant there. I would highly recommend this villa. Thank you Miranda for a perfect stay. We hope to be back soon.

We had a great stay at the beautiful apartment owned by Miranda and Milan. It was about a 15 min walk into town with a longer walk back up! If you have a relatively good level of fitness this was no problem at all. Plenty of Uber drivers are able to take you back for a few euros. The apartment was well appointed and there was little to complain about. I wish to point out how amazing and attentive Miranda and Milan were. Communication was excellent prior to our arrival with Miranda arranging airport transfers. Miranda also advised us to shop prior to arrival at the flat as food shops are closed on Sunday. The main reason for my review is how helpful they both were when one of my friends had to go to hospital on the penultimate day of our stay. It was necessary to go to the hospital in Split. Milan drove us, waited with us and brought us home a few hours later. What an amazing kindness. The flat is beautiful with amazing views and I cannot recommend highly enough.

This beautiful property is in Trogir and sits at the top of the overlooking the town. The house and pool were wonderful! Everything is modern and up to date with an easy walk to the town. The roads are narrow for driving but we had a large van and there is private parking. I highly recommend this property, we were a family of 7 adults with lots of room

Family Holiday

Great property and location. The property was spotless and as described. We could not fault it. The host Miranda was excellent and extremely helpful. Miranda also arranged our airport transfer from Split and also arranged an eight seater minibus and driver to Dubrovnik. I would recommend this property for large families or two families like us as you have loads of space and each room has it’s own Bathroom.

The perfect place for a relaxed and comfortable stay in Trogir. Wonderful views of Trogir (from inside, the terrace off the lounge and the rooftop pool), a short walk into town, and situated between nice beaches on both sides of Ciovo. Plenty of parking, but we decided not to hire a car. The roads down are steep and narrow in places, but Uber is available quickly if you don’t want to walk/drive. We liked Trogir and did not feel the need to visit Split as much as we expected, but it is easily accessible by boat or road, and many tours can be taken from Trogir (Krka and the towns along the coast between there and Trogir are well worth visiting). The house could hardly be better equipped (we got plenty of use from the jacuzzi and the bean-to-cup coffee machine; and all practical needs are covered, one bathroom per bedroom plus laundry facilities). Everything was as described/pictured or better, and our host was very welcoming and helpful - we had one little issue close to the end of our stay, but they were ready to intervene intermediately. We loved the villa and recommend it without reservation.

Family vacation

We had a great stay at this lovely villa. It had great facilities with the rooftop swimming pool and hot tub with amazing views. The whole property was immaculately clean and all guests had a comfortable stay. Miranda was very accommodating, greeting us on arrival and helping to arrange airport transfers and was very quick to respond to any queries. She was also accommodating of early check in/ late check out so we could make the most of our stay. The location was great with Trogir just a short walk away and Split a short taxi/bus away. We enjoyed visiting all of the bars and restaurants each day and there was certainly plenty to choose from. The location at the top of the hill meant it was difficult for the eldest member of our party (who is awaiting a knee replacement) to walk to the villa but very reasonably priced Ubers were readily available. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Villa!

We had a wonderful stay at Vila Marina. What a stunning property; lovely bright airy living area, air-conditioned bedrooms and clean, modern bathrooms. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were excellent and made us feel that we were living our fantasy lives! Miranda was an excellent host, very friendly and helpful. On hand to answer any questions and full of tips and information on the local area. The villa is located in Ciovo, just a ten minute walk over the bridge and into the heart of Trogir's historic town centre. We did a day trip to the stunning Krka Waterfalls and took the water taxi in to Split which was a very relaxing way of sightseeing. Also do try Konoba Vila Moja (a ten minute walk uphill from the villa) for an evening meal. Set among olive trees, away from the tourist crowds. Lovely people and delicious Croatian food. We loved Croatia, a beautiful country with lovely, friendly people and our stay in this beautiful villa was the icing on the cake!

What an awesome villa. Miranda was brilliant, very helpful and always there if you need something. The villa was spotless together with Pool and Tub. The walk down was no problem in Trogir though on way back is uphill slightly. Ubers are fine and easy to get hold of. Went in June. The kitchen has most things. There’s an ice machine, a beautiful coffee machine and a stone built bbq. The bbq is away from main terrace but not a problem….just one small thing, if you have an hire car the drive up to the villa roads are extremely narrow but you do get used to this. Tbh dont really need a car but handy just in case. Villa was amazing and absolutely loved it. 10/10.

En underbar villa med en fantastisk utsikt över Trogir som man inte kan få nog av. Allt var bra här. Poolområdet är toppen. Miranda är en jättebra värd som svarar snabbt och har varit mycket hjälpsam med bokning av transfer och vår utflykt till Krka där vi hade en fantastisk guide/chaufför, (Ivan) som hon också ordnade. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka hit för det är fantastiskt mysigt i Trogir.

Toller Familienurlaub

Als Familie mit vier (jungen) erwachsenen Kindern hatten wir eine tolle Zeit in der wunderschönen Villa Marina. Am Anreisetag wurden wir von Miranda sehr herzlich empfangen, das Haus ist rundum tipptopp und es ist alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Am Pool gibt es ausreichend bequeme Liegen für alle und auch schattige Plätze. Der Blick auf die Bucht und den Hafen ist von dort oben besonders toll! Miranda ist super nett, sie hat uns einige gute Ausflugs Tipps gegeben und uns mit sehr leckerem Obst und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten verwöhnt! Ein Bäcker ist ganz in der Nähe, auch kleinere Supermärkte fußläufig und in die wunderschöne Altstadt von Trogir kann man gut zu Fuß runterlaufen. Der Rückweg ist ein bißchen steil, aber gut machbar! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!!

Very smart clean apartment with excellent facilities

A wonderfully presented apartment. Very new, very clean. Great facilities, comfortable beds, enjoyed the pool with wonderful views of Trogir. Only downside a steep hill back from Trogir but you can’t have the views without a hill!! All added to by a lovely host Miranda. One tip, use a local taxi firm, ours was Split based and he got hopelessly lost through no fault of his own!

Fabulous!

This is the perfect location to tour the northern part of the Dalmatian Coast! Miranda was wonderful and the house was beautiful! Trogir is a short distance away and a free ferry takes you from the bottom of the hill to the island. The beach is a short distance away.

Miranda und Milan sind einzigartige Gastgeber, herzlich, fürsorglich und gleichzeitig sehr dezent. Das Haus ist extrem sauber und bietet alles was das Herz wünscht. Der Blick ist atemberaubend!! Wir empfehlen die hauseigenen Tomaten und das Olivenöl. Besser geht nicht! Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in einem Haus das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir können diese Location uneingeschränkt empfehlen. TOP TOP TOP. Miranda und Milan, vielen Dank!

Ein neues und supertolles Ferienhaus mit viel Platz

Es handelt sich um ein ganz neues Haus, viel Platz und nahezu kompletter Ausstattung; es fehlt an Nichts, was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Möbel sind neu, die Betten hervorragend, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub braucht; genügend Geschirr, Gläser, Töpfe, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Herd, Geschirrspüler. Eine Kühl-Gefrierkombination mit Eiswürfelspender rundet die Küche ab. Im Wohnraum eine große Coach, ein sehr großer Esstisch, ein Kinderstuhl, usw. usw. Es werden ausreichend Handtücher für die Bäder gestellt, es gibt eine Waschmaschine; lediglich Strand- bzw. Poolhandtücher müssen mitgebracht werden. Die Terrasse am Wohnraum hat einen großen Tisch, eine Truhe mit Sitzauflagen für die Stühle, eine Wäschespinne. Von hier und der darüberliegenden Poolterrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf Alt-Trogir, die Promenade, die Yachten, und den Sonnenuntergang. Auf der unteren Terrasse steht eine qualitativ sehr gute Tischtennisplatte. Es gibt genug Sonnenschirme, auch einen kleinen für einen Strandbesuch, und klappbare gepolsterte Unterlagen für den Strand. Die Parkplätze vorm Haus sind immer frei. Zu Fuß sind es ins Städtchen ca. 10 min. Heimwärts zwei min. mehr, da die letzten ca. 200m etwas steiler sind. Es gibt natürlich auch einen Fernseher. Alle Zimmer haben Klimaanlagen. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus nebenan, immer ansprechbar, immer extrem freundlich, niemals aufdringlich. Der Pool wird täglich, frühmorgens, gereinigt; davon bekommt man aber eigentlich nichts mit.

Alles wie versprochen und erwartet. Bietet alles was man möchte und braucht. Die 10 min in die Altstadt sind etwas steil aber gut zum Verdauen nach einem leckeren Essen wo es genügend Möglichkeiten gibt.
