>> Description: one of (4) 1BR Villas in two private & secluded single-story duplexes. Each very spacious, completely remodeled in a Latin style, surrounded by lush tropical landscape, with a Spanish inspired saltwater pool. Modern furnishings and décor with premium Queen beds (some King), upgraded full kitchens with granite countertops, full baths; two private entrances, private patio garden, furniture and BBQ. A decorative fence bordered by thick, lush landscape, surrounds the property providing privacy and an escape ambience.
>> Space/Occupants: 1BR at 1000sf (93m2) is very roomy for 2 adults
>> AMENITIES: Self Check-in/out with secure electronic door locks. All utilities provided, central AC, Hi-Speed WIFI for business guests, HD cable, SMART UHD 55” & 40” TV’s for streaming, full kitchen utensils, initial paper goods, linens/towels/beach towels, huge walk-in closets/storage. Cleaning every 2 weeks with extended stays. Security: exterior security cameras only.

Amazing property and location! Susan and Bill are the sweetest people. Highly recommend staying here. The pool was always very clean, and it is saltwater. There are so many amazing restaurants and cafes that are within walking distance to this location. Would love to stay here again.

Bill and Susan were an absolute pleasure to work with and were very responsive to my questions before, during, and at the end of my extended stay. I had everything I needed during my 30 day stay. The cleaning was coordinated and met my every expectation and more. I will be back here next time I visit Delray Beach and recommend to my friends to look for Nill and Susan’s Villas!

Ideal villa

Everything was up to par, super location…walked everywhere and used the Freebee golf cart rides. And the patio of our villa was tropical and lush…I was in orchid heaven !!! Pure enjoyment.

Tranquil and tropical villa

This villa was a very nice find, lovely tropical private yard with barbecue and well-kept, cozy home perfect for a couple. Appreciated the new king bed in this home. Feels like a retreat yet you are walking distance to the action of Atlantic Ave. Great discount available for stays of more than 1 month. Would recommend!

With your relocation to Fla and local home remodel work, we are glad staying with us worked out so well during the transition. It was easy in and out as we provided all amenities & utilities etc to minimize any hassle. Being convenient to the Ave and the area made it easy to check on your project progress.

Great Property / Great Owner

We rented here for the summer and the experience couldn't be better. The unit is clean, everything works (A/C important in summer Florida), comfortable, and well appointed - and the pool is a great amenity. The location is convenient - easy access to Atlantic Avenue and the beach. As great as the unit is, the owner's have been just as wonderful. The booking and access were simple. They've communicated well and been accommodating of all of our requests.

You've been great extended stay guests and glad you are still with us. The location is indeed superb- close to all. And we pride ourselves in making our Villa's (4) a home away from home, no hassle, easy book, move in, check-out.

Winter get away- Snow Bird practice

Very nicely landscaped property tucked behind palm trees.You would never know this property was there.A block and a half away from Walgreens,Publix and other eateries and shops. Also just a 10 minute walk to Atlantic Avenue.The property owners are very communicative and have such great attention to detail.They really take pride in making sure your stay is perfect. Will definitely book again.

Found our annual Vacation Rental in Delray

This Villa was superb in decor and location on property. The villa was large, airy and bright, just as advertised. We had all that we needed to enjoy our vacation, exploring, then to return to our comfortable "home" at night. The owners were outstanding on communication & professionalism. We have stayed in many vacation homes in Delray. This was definitely the best with accurate description and pre-arrival information. We also saw their studios, 1 & 2 bedroom Villas as well,they were just as wonderful. We plan to return regularly!

Could not have been any more perfect!

From the moment I booked my stay until the moment I departed my experience was exceptional. The attention to detail from the owners personal art from around the world to the immaculate cleanliness was far more than I expected. The willingness to communicate and assist with any of my needs from the owners was as if I were staying at a friends place who would t have anything but the best for me. I felt safe and well taken care of. The amenities made me feel like I had arrived at a quaint private resort. The pool is literally a few steps away from the front door and was kept in pristine condition throughout my month long stay. I will most certainly stay again and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to be spoiled in a home away from home.

Everything we hoped for

We have been travelling from Western Canada to Delray Beach area for years and are so pleased we found Bill and Susan's beautiful properties. We have stayed with them a couple times and plan to return. Their units are well maintained, spotless and well equipped. They are very attentive to guests providing quick responses to inquiries and requests. Their perfect location provides easy access to great shopping, restaurants, groceries and the beach and it is all within walking distance. We hope our family will join us there next year. It is everything they claim it to be. Thanks so much Bill and Susan!

Chic Poolside Villa

Second Susan and Bill Hallett property we've enjoyed, first of the Red Palm Villas. The 709 is highly desirable because of the private outside grill spot. There we enjoyed our morning coffee, grill tasty steak dinners, and an evening glass of wine. The interior, like all of the Palm Villa properties is eclectically, and stylishly appointed. The 709 has an alcove space similar to a butler's pantry. During our extended stay, it proved extremely functional for neatly storing non-perishables, sundries, and wine. The living room sofa and oversized seat is brand new, firm and comfortable. The dining table served as an excellent place to enjoy our meals, the corner by a floral print and pretty porcelain vase was a great backdrop for my webcam meetings, and a comfortable impromptu business center. The pocket doors help to maintain privacy between the bedroom, living room (which has a single sleeper), and the bathroom. Highly recommend this space for couples, and potentially a family (of 3 - 4), as the sofa is comfy too. ***Check with the Hallets regarding whether they have Villa capacity limits with the long term rentals. They were okay with my sister staying overnight during the holiday. Villa rental includes parking which is FANTASTIC!

Amazing villa!!

An amazing experience from beginning to end!! Let me begin by saying that the owners Bill and Susan are awesome!! Very accommodating and helpful in every way. I cannot find better words to describe the villa we stayed in but beautiful, immaculate and very peaceful. I honestly felt so comfortable, it felt like home. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Short drive to Atlantic Ave and to the beach which is a plus. Once again, thank you Bill and Susan!!

Private oasis in the missdle of it all!

What a spectacular stay with Bill and Susan! We can't thank them enough for sharing this little slice of heaven with us. This was not our first time staying with them so we knew enough to book early. The unit in the back with its own private patio felt secluded and peaceful and is now possibly our favorite place to stay and we will definitely be requesting it for next time. Bill and Susan know what they are doing, the unit like every other we have stayed in was clean clean clean, just like we like it, with homey decor and yummy sheets for a wonderful nights rest. Bill and Susan are Delray pros and while a walk on the avenue is great and just down the street, exploring some of the side streets and new restaurants on them was a perfect suggestion from our hosts and felt like a whole new Delray! We can't wait to come back, its a pleasure to rent from Bill and Susan and its always the perfect escape coming home to their property. Thank You Bill and Susan!!

Wonderful, Perfect place & owners with integrity

I hesitate giving a review as I want to keep Yellow Palm to ourselves! A fantastic place to stay, the grounds were magical, the Villa was immaculate, close to all and owners (susan & bill) made the process and stay so easy. Décor was modern and homey with amenities such as we had no questions or needs. Perfect location to Ave and beaches. And no pets or smells like other rentals in the area.

We have professional cleaning and maintenance staff.
Susan is from Connecticut/Massachusetts and Bill from Chicago. Together we travel extensively and the international inspiration and much of the décor are from various countries and adventures.
