The homeowners are members of the private Golf Club and Beach Club of Amelia Island. (Not all property owners are members of this exclusive resort and club.) Resort amenities include year-round access to the private and gated Beach Club of Amelia Island, the oceanfront pool, and access to the beautiful oceanfront golf course at the Ritz Carlton. The Beach Club bar and grill, cabana, and towel services are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

THINGS TO KNOW
The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club & Beach Club. Guests can enjoy the resort amenities which include:
•Private Pool - Non Heated note: no fitness club access
•Tennis & Pickle Ball Courts - MUST call the club to schedule court time
•Private Beach Area-5000 Summer Beach Blvd complimentary towels, chairs/umbrellas small fee. Food & Beverage concession. (Memorial Day - Labor Day)
•Access to the Ritz Carlton's beautiful oceanfront golf course: Must call to schedule tee time.
•The Amenity card fee is $125 + tax and applicable fees.
•Amenity Cards must be purchased, activated and obtained through the local Amelia Office.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Quick Getaway

The property was beautiful and right infront of the beach access. Perfect for those traveling with small children! Definitely our new favorite place and will be booking again!

Perfect

This place was amazing. The decor was southern living chic and not tacky beach! The view is amazing and we loved the ground level walk out with grassy lawn. There are two porches nicely furnished. The beds were very comfortable! The beach was quiet with neighboring set ups 50-100 ft away. Downtown was close with great restaurants! My only complaint is that most of the other units allowed pets so there were dogs everywhere and I wish we could’ve brought ours. The community is very nice and quiet. It was also be so very helpful to have a couple of beach chairs to use. I had called ahead and was told there was no beach umbrella chair rental service so we stopped and bought some. However there was a rental service called Riptide that will set up chairs and umbrellas for you. I was very very pleased with this unit!

Great Little Gety

This is the perfect property! It is secluded and safe but right at the boardwalk to the beach. Even though the condo is a bit older, it’s cute and clean. I look forward to coming back soon.

Girlfriends beach trip

We loved the fact that we could walk out the back door and walk to the beach! The large back porch was a perfect gathering place overlooking the ocean. The condo itself was perfect for four people and clean.

The condo was just as described. It was clean and offered all the amnesties we were expecting. Easy trip to stores and enjoyed the historic district as well.

Great location, condo could use some updates.

Location and view were wonderful! I love the ground level! The condo is pretty dated, especially the bedrooms and bathrooms. Overall a great place though and would stay again for the convenience!

Week in Amelia

We were here to play golf with another couple. The property was excellent and used the amenity card to play Golf Club of Amelia Island. This is the best course on the island, condition wise. Great vacation

Beautiful setting

Loved the spectacular views from the patio. This place was very well equipped, very clean, very comfortable. The only issue we had was the WiFi, which was sketchy at best. We had to reset the router almost hourly. The positives of this Condo totally out weighed the WiFi issue though and I would recommend staying here. I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect place

My family of 2 young children, 2 parents and 2 grandparents stayed here for 4 nights and it was just the most perfect place for us! We loved the condo so much we want to stay here every time. It was set up perfectly for us with the two bedrooms being on separate sides of the house. We loved watching the sunrise and the gopher tortoises in the lawn and dunes. We loved the porches outside and just being able to walk right out and go to the beach or play in the grass. It was a quiet area and the beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. The condo had everything you would need to feel right at home. It was very clean and the king sized beds were great. We loved it!

Dated condo

The location of our condo was beautiful. The condo itself was dated, somewhat musty, and needs of updating in the worst way. The AC unit failed during our stay. Credit to Vacasa for sending our a repairman within 24 hours of our reporting the problem. We will not stay in this condo again.

The location of this uit was excellent and lot of good walks. I already sent you a list of needed imporvements including adding a knife caddy in the drawer. holrers, a knife sharpener, nonslip floor m grab bars and under the n shower' s rugs and a nonslip mat t IN the showernatha itelf. REplace missing bumpers in thee bumper holder in the toilet seat in the master bath. replace dead battery in the ceiling fam; tv ser directions (we c9uld never make the tv work) all we got was the owners kids channels and signuo offerings from othernetwoirks. The Staf on the phone was excellent...Not much she could do about these structural features. The unit we rent them to others has all of these and more. I sharpened the knows (I carry a knew sharpener. The knives are always in awful shapr. Adjust the bulbs to the three-stage turn on thee sock was built to handle Pretty many small items for $3+k a week. As a professor I would go with C+/B-on unit///A on location

Beautiful on the Beach

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was well appointed and just steps to the beach. The entire complex was very well kept. I would have given it 5 stars, but the silverware and pots were not cleaned that well and there were hairs in the shower. We would definitely return again.

Awesome Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay and hope to rent again in the future. The condo was extremely spacious and well equipped. Access was phenomenal as was the view. Our only complaint was some minor trash in the plant area on the back patiio.
