Splash 1604, One Bedroom, Two Bath Condo with Bunks, Sleeps Six

This is a one bedroom, with bunks and two bath. It is beautifully decorated and has all the conveniences to make your stay truly comfortable.

The family room has lots of comfortable seating. The entertainment Armoire stores a 42 inch TV, with Stereo Surround Sound and DVD/CD player. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a chest of drawers with a 32" TV/DVD combo. The adjoining bath has a marble garden tub with shower and granite vanity. Two hall bunks will be a hit with the kids and a queen size sofa sleeper allows this unit to accommodate six guests. The hall bath has a shower and of course granite vanity and plenty of storage space.

The fully equipped stainless steel kitchen has a side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range and microwave. The unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer. The sidebar provides additional storage dishes.

A large balcony with a table and four chairs and a chase lounge are directly over the beach and invites you to enjoy the beautiful view and warm Gulf breeze.

Anniversary Trip

Fun Fall Break

Great Stay

It was an all around great stay. Are 3 year old loved the splash/swim area. Room was clean, perfect spot on the beach and the property owner was very friendly. Are family will definitely be back.

Great beachfront condo!

The condo was tastefully decorated and thoughtfully appointed. Lots of hooks, trays, baskets, etc. to organize your things. Very clean and well-stocked. 16th floor beachfront view. Resort is very nice with covered and uncovered pools and had beach chair and umbrella service included in our March stay.

Everything they provided was very thoughtful, and just right for 2, on a quick getaway for a week, Paul was excellent, first time coming to florida during spring break, usually only out here during summer, but my daughter had a wonderful time, and great things nearby for us to enjoy.

Relaxing Getaway

We had an amazing 5-night stay. It was perfect for our family of four—my wife and I, along with our two kids, felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The condo was spotless and well-maintained, with a beautiful beach view that we never got tired of.One of the highlights was the beach service, which included two chairs and an umbrella—such a convenient touch that made relaxing by the ocean even easier. When we needed a break from the sun, the pool and splash pad were a big hit, especially for the kids.Another big plus was the location. Everything we needed—restaurants, shops, and attractions—was just a short walk or drive away.This condo truly exceeded our expectations, and it will definitely be our first choice for our next beach getaway. Highly recommended!

Beautiful

Easy check in, the condo was clean and perfect. Our grandson loved the bunkbeds. Just steps away from the beautiful beach/Golf. I loved the fact we was able to fix meals instead of going out to eat all the time. Also nothing is better then having clean clothes when you go home. Frank called the day we arrived to make sure everything was okay. We will stay again in the future.

Beautiful condo

The pictures are a very good representation of what the unit looks like. It was beautiful, the view from the balcony was beautiful. We were very comfortable and felt at home. The owners were very sweet and super easy to contact/communicate with. The resort was very good. One of the two complaints we had was the lack of chairs around the pools for the number of people present. Our girls loved the waterpark, pool, and lazy river. Our second complaint here was the number of unsupervised preteens and teens jumping into the pool from on top of the jacuzzi with no concern for anyone else. The unit came with chair service on the beach, which was wonderful and super convenient. We will be staying here again.

Lovely accommodation and location was great!

This was a great accommodation for my husband and I along with our two children. Host was very friendly and responsive and check-in process was easy. The condo was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Location is great, not too far away from popular areas like pier park but distant enough to get away from the heavier traffic and crowds. The only thing I think could be improved would be an update to the balcony in terms of furniture/seating. There is outdoor seating although I felt it was not maintained quite as well as the interior. Aside from that the view from the balcony is great, we definitely enjoyed our time here and would stay again in the future.

Amazing, need to come back

It was great. The place felt like a home away from home for us. The kids got comfy and loved the bunk beds. Main bedroom was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen made it easy to cook all our meals. Living room was great to kick back a bit at night after a long day at the beach and the splash resort downstairs. The pool, lazy river and kids splash park were all great. If you head to the gym then it was really nice as well and an added perk if you like to go while on vacation. This exceeded our expectations and we'll need to come back. Thank you Frank and Betty Lou.

Short Summer Getaway

We traveled from Monday to Friday with our family of 4. We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the condo. From the condo itself to the niceness of the staff. Our children are 7 and 4 and they absolutely loved the waterpark area , lazy river and reserved beach chairs each day. Our only complaint was the little tiki bar area was closed down due to the hurricane last year but that was apparent around the area. They are reconstructing alot of places nearby. It didn't effect our stay at all. Praying for all those contininuing to rebuild. We had a blast at our condo at Splash and if we come back to PCB in the future this is where we will be!!🌞⛱🌊🐚🦐🦀🍧

Long weekend away

We brought our grandkids down for a long weekend and this was our first time staying here. We always come to PCB but decided to stay here because we didn’t know how the weather would be and the kids would have somewhere to play outside of the bad weather if there was some. We loved it. The condo was great, we absolutely loved it. We failed at our check out process because we honestly didn’t think. We just forgot to take our bedding off and put it in the laundry bag and I felt so bad for that. We just weren’t thinking. The owners left us a nice little basket with some essentials. We did kindly replace those items for the next guest to show our appreciation. There was some things about Splash that could be better like a ramp to the beach for beach carts to get down and control of children being in the hot tube that were under the age 12. Adults couldn’t get into it because of that and they were not occupied by adults either and people smoking a lot on their balconies and it’s a smoke free resort. Those are the only issues we had with Splash. The condo, there were no negatives and we absolutely loved it and would stay there again and recommend it to others. Thank you so much.

Great getaway

Absolutely Perfect

Our stay at Splash 1604W was perfect!! My family including 2 small children stayed for Mother’s Day weekend and it was wonderful. This unit had everything we needed. Plenty of towels were provided and the property was very clean. It is perfectly located with amazing views. We can’t wait to come back
